Abstract

Pembelajaran Sejarah di SMA Negeri Ambulu semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 masih belum maksimal. Guru masih terbiasa dengan metode konvensional, dan terkesan hanya mengejar target penyelesaian penyampaian materi. Hal tersebut tentu sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, di samping karena faktor kemampuan siswa yang kurang pada penguasaan materi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini yaitu: a). Mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri Ambulu pada pembelajaran menganalisis perkembangan kehidupan negara-negara kerajaan Islam di Indonesia melalui penerapan model Dua Tinggal Dua Tamu (Duti-Duta). b). Mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri Ambulu pada pembelajaran menganalisis perkembangan kehidupan negara-negara kerajaan Islam di Indonesia melalui penerapan model Dua Tinggal Dua Tamu (Duti-Duta). c). Mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru pada pembelajaran menganalisis perkembangan kehidupan negara-negara kerajaan Islam di Indonesia melalui penerapan model Dua Tinggal Dua Tamu (Duti-Duta). Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri Ambulu pada pembelajaran menganalisis perkembangan kehidupan negara-negara kerajaan Islam di Indonesia dapat diwujudkan melalui penerapan model Dua Tinggal Dua Tamu (Duti-Duta). Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa secara klasikal yang tercapai sebanyak 4 indikator dari 6 indikator secara keseluruhan. Pada siklus II indikator akivitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan menjadi 5 dari 6 indikator. Sedangkan, kemampuan siswa pada pembelajaran menganalisis perkembangan kehidupan negara-negara kerajaan Islam di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dari ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 55,6% pada prasiklus, meningkat menjadi sebesar 77,8% pada siklus I. Pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan menjadi sebesar 94,4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a model of religious counseling based on local wisdom in reducing bullying behavior. This research is research development (Research & Development). The development model used is the ADDIE Model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The results of the development were validated by 2 counseling experts in order to obtain validation and reliability of the local wisdom-based religious counseling model. Next, a limited trial was carried out through experiments on 10 (ten) bullying students. The instruments used were expert validation sheets, questionnaires about bullying behavior, and student response questionnaires about the local wisdom-based religious counseling they received. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the validation test by 2 (two) counseling experts were categorized as good (75%). Notes and suggestions for improvement include highlighting religious values and local wisdom and telling more folklore related to friendship. Furthermore, based on input and comments from the 2 counseling experts, a revision of the religious counseling model based on local wisdom was carried out in phase I. The implementation phase will end with an evaluation, namely revision in phase II. Based on the data from the trial results through experiments on bullying students, the result was a reduction in bullying behavior with a difference in pretest and posttest scores of 52%. Then tested through the Wilcoxon test, obtained a significant value of 0.005 less than 0.05, it means that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest values. Students' responses to the local wisdom-based religious counseling that they attended were generally categorized as fun, interesting, clear and easy to understand. Overall, it can be concluded that the developed local wisdom-based religious counseling model is able to reduce student bullying behavior.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam moderat, yang menekankan nilai-nilai keseimbangan, toleransi, dan keterbukaan, memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis dan damai. Kitab Ta'limul Muta'allim karya Syaikh Az-Zarnuji memberikan panduan berharga mengenai pendidikan Islam yang mengintegrasikan pengajaran agama dengan pembentukan karakter yang mulia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali konsep pendidikan Islam moderat dalam perspektif Ta'limul Muta'allim dan relevansinya dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan saat ini. Melalui metode riset kepustakaan, artikel ini mengidentifikasi Konsep Pendidikan Islam Moderat yang diajarkan dalam kitab tersebut, yang meliputi bagaimana kurikulum Pendidikan islam modereat, tujuan Pendidikan islam moderat, peran seorang guru dalam Pendidikan islam moderat, murid dalam Pendidikan islam moderat dan metode Pendidikan islam moderat serta relevansinya pada Pendidikan di masa kini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam moderat yang diuraikan dalam Ta'limul Muta'allim memiliki lima konsep Pendidikan dan relevan pada pada pendidikanmasa kini bahkan dapat membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas dalam bidang agama, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman dan menjaga keberagaman sosial. Dengan demikian, konsep pendidikan ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam memperkuat pemahaman agama yang moderat dan menghindari potensi konflik sosial yang disebabkan oleh perbedaan pemahaman. Moderate Islamic education, which emphasises the values of balance, tolerance and openness, plays an important role in creating a harmonious and peaceful society. Syaikh Az-Zarnuji's Ta'limul Muta'allim provides valuable guidance on Islamic education that integrates religious teaching with noble character building. This article aims to explore the concept of moderate Islamic education in the perspective of Ta'limul Muta'allim and its relevance in facing current educational challenges. Through the literature research method, this article identifies the concept of moderate Islamic education taught in the book, which includes how the curriculum of moderate Islamic education, the objectives of moderate Islamic education, the role of a teacher in moderate Islamic education, students in moderate Islamic education and methods of moderate Islamic education and its relevance to education today. The results show that moderate Islamic education described in Ta'limul Muta'allim has five educational concepts and is relevant to today's education and can even form a generation that is not only intelligent in the field of religion, but also able to adapt to the times and maintain social diversity. Thus, this educational concept can be a solution in strengthening moderate religious understanding and avoiding potential social conflicts caused by differences in understanding.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas konsep pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di berbagai lembaga pendidikan, termasuk sekolah umum, madrasah, pesantren, dan perguruan tinggi. Pendidikan (Tarbiyah) memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk generasi yang siap menghadapi tantangan masyarakat yang dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang perbedaan pendekatan dan tujuan pembelajaran PAI di masing-masing instansi. Metode yang digunakan adalah riset kepustakaan, dengan analisis terhadap berbagai naskah dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI di sekolah umum lebih terintegrasi dalam kurikulum umum, sedangkan madrasah fokus pada pemahaman mendalam ajaran Islam. Pesantren menekankan pembelajaran praktis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sementara perguruan tinggi lebih mengkaji isu-isu kontemporer dalam konteks Islam. Pembelajaran PAI di perguruan tinggi juga mengarah pada pengembangan pemikiran kritis terhadap tantangan sosial dan global. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa penting untuk mengadaptasi metode pembelajaran sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik dan kebutuhan masyarakat agar pendidikan agama Islam tetap relevan, bermakna, dan mampu membentuk karakter generasi yang berakhlak mulia serta siap berkontribusi di masyarakat. This article discusses the concept of learning Islamic Religious Education in various educational institutions, including public schools, madrasah, pesantren, and universities. Education (Tarbiyah) has an important role in shaping a generation that is ready to face the challenges of a dynamic society. This study aims to provide an overview of the different approaches and learning objectives of Islamic Education in each institution. The method used is library research, with analysis of various texts and related literature. The results showed that PAI learning in public schools is more integrated in the general curriculum, while madrasahs focus on in-depth understanding of Islamic teachings. Islamic boarding schools emphasise practical learning in daily life, while universities study contemporary issues in the context of Islam. PAI learning in higher education also leads to the development of critical thinking towards social and global challenges. This article concludes that it is important to adapt learning methods according to the characteristics of learners and the needs of society so that Islamic religious education remains relevant, meaningful, and able to shape the character of a generation that is noble and ready to contribute to society.

Abstract

It’s hard for former convicts to get their place back in society, so they must adapt to society to get back to a normal life with others. But they are ostracized indeed by society. The readiness to do social adaptation is very difficult because former convicts always feel ostracized by society, moreover, they feel isolated in social interaction with others where they are living in. The goal of this research is to know how social adaptation in society for former convicts under the founding of the Rehabilitation Center Class II City of Tanjungpinang. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative which gives a full view of the phenomenon of what is happening in the field. The population of this research is 22 people, which uses purposive sampling to get 9 people as the sample, consisting of an informant and a key informant. Data collection by observation, interview, and documentation, will be analyzed by using data analysis from Mattew B. Milles and A. Michael Huberman. Former convicts who have finished their time of imprisonment and have to go back to society must adapt to a life with new regulations and they must know how to react if there are social problems that happen. Former convicts will be acceptable in society depending on their ability to adapt to others. It also happens to former convicts who have to go back to society with social status as ex-prisoner and they have to change their point of view of society to them. Former convicts have to show off their positive attitudes by doing better, being polite, diligent in praying, and not being unwilling to help society.

Abstract

The concept of husband-wife relations in the KHI which states that the husband is the head of the family and the wife is the housewife has carried a negative stigma. Husbands feel entitled to everything, do not provide freedom for their wives, religious arguments are often used to justify arrogance so it is not surprising that domestic violence (KDRT) often occurs. This concept in today's social situation is seen as having given rise to legal injustice and is irrelevant, especially from a gender justice perspective. The aim of this research is to further examine the concept of husband-wife relations in the KHI from the perspective of mubjadi theory. Practically, this study is expected to give birth to a new paradigm for the concept of husband-wife relations and can be accommodated in the articles of the KHI. The type of research used is library research. This research is qualitative in nature using descriptive-qualitative techniques to clearly describe the concept of husband-wife relations in KHI and then analysis is carried out using mubjadi theory. The results of the research conclude that the concept of husband-wife relations in the KHI, namely article 79 paragraph 1 concerning the position of husband and wife and articles 80, 84 and 152 concerning nusyuz in the perspective of Mubjadi theory is considered gender biased because it is not equal and not egalitarian. The concept of husband-wife relationship must be built on the basis of pairing (zawaj), mutuality (mubjadi), partnership (mu'awanah), and cooperation (musyarakah). Therefore, it is necessary to immediately reconceptualize KHI so that the concept of husband-wife relations is fair and can support the creation of a sakinah mawaddah and warahmah family.

Abstract

This research examines the 2 to 1 inheritance distribution system from a maqasid sharia perspective, with a focus on justice and prosperity in family inheritance. The distribution of inheritance in Islamic law, especially which stipulates that men have twice the rights compared to women, often triggers controversy regarding gender issues. Through a library research approach, this research analyzes how the principles of maqasid sharia—protection of the soul, mind, and offspring—can be integrated to formulate a fairer and more sustainable distribution system. Research finds that understanding inheritance law, social norms, economic conditions and education have a significant influence on the implementation of this system. In addition, challenges in upholding justice and adapting inheritance provisions to the modern context are also identified. Thus, this research provides recommendations for more inclusive inheritance law reform, ensuring that the principles of maqasid sharia are applied to achieve wider benefits, for the welfare of all family members, especially women.

Abstract

In today’s fast-paced tech world, it’s important to understand and adapt to new methods like Agile. Agile is commonly used in project and product management to help with planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects based on user needs. This approach can also be applied in education, especially in classroom lectures. This research examines how Agile is used in lectures at UTM Jakarta and STIKOM CKI Jakarta. It looks at students’ understanding of Agile, their creativity during lectures, and the impact of a new curriculum on classroom learning. To analyse this, the study used descriptive statistics to measure students' understanding of Agile, a correlation test to see connections between different aspects of lectures, and a regression test to examine the new curriculum's impact. The goals are to 1) Measure students' understanding of Agile concepts. 2) Assess students' creativity in class, and 3) Analyze how curriculum changes affect classroom activities. Results show that students have a moderate understanding of Agile, and their creativity is evident in how they apply concepts, document work, and present material. The regression model shows that the new curriculum has a positive impact on classroom learning, and the findings are valid and reliable. Overall, Agile methods can enhance learning and creativity in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji status pernikahan suami yang hilang (mafqud) menurut pandangan imam mazhab dalam hukum Islam. Suami mafqud adalah suami yang hilang tanpa jejak dan tanpa kabar, menyebabkan ketidakpastian bagi istri dan keluarganya mengenai status pernikahan dan masa depannya. Hal ini memunculkan berbagai implikasi hukum yang perlu dipertimbangkan secara seksama. Mazhab Hanafi cenderung menetapkan bahwa istri harus menunggu sampai ada kepastian mengenai keberadaan suami, ketika ada bukti yang cukup tentang kematian suami, maka hakim yang akan memutuskannya. Mazhab Maliki memberikan jangka waktu empat tahun untuk penantian sebelum istri bisa menikah lagi, sementara Mazhab Syafi'i dan Hanbali umumnya memperbolehkan istri untuk mengajukan pembatalan pernikahan setelah empat tahun penantian, dengan proses pengadilan yang memastikan bahwa suami tidak mungkin kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis, dengan menggali sumber-sumber klasik dan kontemporer dari masing-masing mazhab untuk memahami argumen dan dasar hukum yang digunakan. Fokus utama adalah solusi mengatasi masalah ketidakpastian yang dihadapi oleh istri suami mafqud, serta implikasi hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan pandangan antara imam mazhab mencerminkan kekayaan dan fleksibilitas hukum Islam dalam menyikapi masalah kompleks seperti suami mafqud. Pendekatan yang diambil oleh masing-masing mazhab menunjukkan upaya untuk mencapai keadilan dan perlindungan hak-hak istri, meskipun dengan jangka waktu dan prosedur yang berbeda. Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pandangan-pandangan ini sangat penting bagi institusi hukum dan masyarakat dalam mengatasi kasus-kasus serupa di era modern. Abstract

Nusyuz merupakan norma klasik yang terkandung dalam nash Al-Quran yakni QS. An-Nisa: 34 dan 128. Norma klasik tersebut kemudian diadopsi dalam hukum Negara, yakni pasal 80, 84 dan 152 Intruksi Presiden Nomor 1 Tahun 1991 Tentang Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Meskipun demikian konsep nusyuz dalam KHI tidak dijelaskan sebagaimana Al-Quran karena nusyuz hanya berlaku jika isteri tidak dapat menjalankan kewajibannya namun tidak berlaku sebaliknya bagi seorang suami. Meskipun secara substansi Al-Quran dan KHI sama-sama “menyudutkan” hak-hak perempuan, akan tetapi KHI lebih tendensius dalam menjelaskan nusyuz. Konsep nusyuz dalam Al-Quran dan KHI menimbulkan ambivalensi, ambiguity dan ketidakadilan hukum bagi seorang isteri, hal ini menimbulkan potensi adanya sifat otoriter dan terjadi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) atas nama agama. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana konsep nusyuz dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam? Dan Bagaimana konsep nusyuz dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam perspektif teori mubadalah?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi konsep nusyuz yang ada di dalam KHI sehingga lebih berkeadilan dengan menjadikan suami-isteri sebagai subyek kehidupan yang setara. Jenis penelitian adalah library research dengan pendekatan analisis teori mubadalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidakadilan gender dalam KHI karena nusyuz hanya berlaku bagi seorang isteri dan tidak berlaku bagi suami, sehingga butuh penataan ulang dengan menambahkan konsep nusyuz suami pada pasal 84 KHI. Kata kunci: Kompilasi Hukum Islam, Nusyuz, Teori Mubadalah
