Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variabel luas lahan, jumlah tanaman produktif, umur tanaman produktif, pupuk, tenaga kerja dan pengalaman berusaha memengaruhi produksi kopi robustadi Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Lore Timur Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Lore Timur, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2019. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara sengaja (purposive). Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis produksi Cobb-douglas. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai Fhitung (96.601) > Ftabel(2,41). Berarti; secara bersama-sama variabel bebas: luas lahan, umur tanaman, jumlah tanaman, pupuk, dan tenaga kerja secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi Kopi Robusta. Secara parsial variabel luas lahan, umur tanaman, jumlah tanaman produktif, pupuk, dan tenaga kerja, berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi kopi robusta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing terhadap Brand Loyalty melalui Brand Trust sebagai variabel mediasi pada produk Telkomsel by.U di Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif Telkomsel by.U. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling insidental. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0, melalui pendekatan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Tahapan analisis meliputi pengujian model pengukuran (outer model) untuk menilai validitas dan reliabilitas, serta model struktural (inner model) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Brand Trust, dan Brand Trust berpengaruh terhadap Brand Loyalty. Selain itu, Social Media Marketing juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap Brand Loyalty melalui Brand Trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial untuk membangun kepercayaan merek yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk Telkomsel by.U.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of social conflict management programs in creating regional conduciveness in the National Unity and Political Agency of Sumedang Regency, which is an inhibiting factor and an effort to overcome obstacles to social conflict management programs. The method used in the preparation of this research report is the Qualitative Research method. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling, which is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. There are 4 people who are used as data sources, namely: Head of National Vigilance, General Administration, Office Administration, Letter or Recap. Meanwhile, in analyzing data, the Miles and Huberman model (sugiyono, 2017:246) is used with step steps: data reduction, data presentation, conclution drawing/verification, and triangulation, as well as data validation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the effectiveness of the social conflict management program in creating regional conduciveness in the National Unity and Political Agency of Sumedang Regency has not been maximized, because there are things that affect so that it becomes an obstacle such as lack of special skills, uneven workload, suggestions and facilities have not been accommodated as a whole. To overcome various things that exist as inhibiting factors, efforts that can be made are to conduct exercises, technical guidance and comparative studies to improve the quality of human resources and improve recommendations and facilities in accordance with the set budget.

Abstract

Rapid digital transformation demands flexible, automated, and scalable network solutions. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) serves as the foundation of modern networks, yet its management requires enhanced intelligence to support cloud service scalability. This article proposes an SDN design based on nano AI, which is a micro-artificial intelligence system for real-time automated network management. A Research and Development approach is utilized to develop the prototype and system model. Experimental results demonstrate a 43% increase in network management efficiency, a 27% reduction in latency, and a significant improvement in cloud system scalability.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 drives the transformation of production systems toward the smart factory concept. Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) implementation serves as the primary key to creating adaptive, efficient, and intelligent production systems. This study aims to design an optimal network system model to support the performance of IIoT-based smart factories. Utilizing a Research and Development approach, this research develops a network system prototype and model focusing on data transmission effectiveness, security, and scalability. Evaluation results demonstrate that the designed network model enhances IIoT device communication efficiency and delivers a positive impact on industrial productivity.
