Abstract

Kewirausahaan lokal merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi komunitas dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Untuk meningkatkan nilai kewirausahaan lokal, inovasi dan kreativitas memainkan peran yang sangat krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan inovasi dan kreativitas dapat meningkatkan nilai kewirausahaan di tingkat lokal. Melalui observasi, mahasiswa KKNT-MBKM STIE BIMA melihat kurangnya pengetahuan masnyarakat desa rato dalam hal inovasi dan kreativitas. Maka dengan itu kami melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak pemerintah desa rato dan pelaku UMKM untuk melakukan kegiatan inovasi produk khas desa rato demi pengembangan dan keberlangsungan ekonomi masyarakat desa rato. bahwa dalam produk dan layanan serta penerapan solusi kreatif dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis lokal mampu memperluas pasar, meningkatkan daya saing, dan memperkuat posisi ekonomi para wirausaha. Pendekatan berbasis komunitas, kolaborasi antar pelaku usaha lokal, dan pemanfaatan teknologi adalah beberapa strategi yang terbukti efektif dalam memacu inovasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi wirausahawan lokal dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang dan melaksanakan strategi inovasi yang berkelanjutan, serta mendorong ekosistem kewirausahaan lokal yang lebih dinamis dan berdaya saing tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham pada PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan selama 10 tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2014 hingga 2023. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria laporan keuangan telah diaudit dan tersedia lengkap. Instrumen penelitian meliputi data aktiva lancar, utang lancar, total utang, total modal, dan harga saham. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi, dan koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap harga saham. Namun secara simultan, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman hubungan rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi investor dan manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Supervision and Effectiveness, to determine the relationship between Supervision and Effectiveness and to determine the magnitude of the influence of Supervision on Effectiveness in the Sumedang Regency Social Service. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the type of statistics used is descriptive statistics with a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples studied was 33 respondents. The analysis used includes percentage calculations, normality tests, correlation coefficient tests, significance tests, and determination coefficient tests. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Supervision in the Sumedang Regency Social Service is in the very good criteria with analysis results reaching 85%. Then for Effectiveness in the Sumedang Regency Social Service, it is in the very good criteria with analysis results reaching 85%. From the correlation analysis, a correlation value of 0.847 was obtained, indicating a positive and significant relationship between Supervision and Effectiveness in the Sumedang Regency Social Service. From the results of the significance test, a t-count value was obtained which was greater than the t table, namely 8.871> 2.039. From the results of the determination coefficient analysis, it is known that the Supervision variable has an influence on Effectiveness of 71.8% while the remaining 28.2% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Hospital food waste and its determinant factor among inpatients at PKU Muhammadiyah Tegal HospitalBackground: The amount of food waste reflects patients’ acceptance of the food served in the hospital and is used to assess food service quality. Patient satisfaction and compliance with the hospital’s food therapy will speed up the patient’s recovery and prevent malnutrition.Objective: This study aims to assess the level of food waste as well as the factors that influence food waste among patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Tegal.Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional research design was employed, involving 68 respondents purposively selected from PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in October 2024. The percentage of food waste was estimated using visual comstock observation with six standards over 3 days of the menu cycle at the hospital. Ten aspects of food service satisfaction data were collected through interviews using standard questionnaires. Descriptive data analysis and an independent t-test were used to determine the difference in satisfaction levels between groups of patients with low food waste (<25%) and high food waste (>25%).Results: The average food waste rate was determined at 27%. Patients in the internal medicine ward contributed the greatest to food waste, accounting for 46.7% compared to other wards. Vegetable meals account for 35.5% of all food waste. Patients with low food waste reported considerably higher satisfaction scores than patients with high food waste, particularly in terms of meal appearance, cleanliness of dining utensils, and staff appearance.Conclusions: The aspects of food appearance, cleanliness of dining utensils, and staff appearance significantly influence the leftover food served by the hospital.
