Emosi sering dianggap negatif, padahal merupakan reaksi alami manusia terhadap situasi tertentu dan melibatkan pengalaman perilaku serta fisiologis. Pada remaja, perkembangan emosi signifikan dan kompleks, sering membawa ketidakstabilan. Pengelolaan emosi penting untuk mencegah dampak negatif seperti gangguan konsentrasi, konflik, dan bullying. Program pengabdian masyarakat di SMKN 18 Jakarta bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang bullying dan pentingnya pengelolaan emosi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan workshop yang terdiri dari kegiatan diskusi, praktek, observasi, dan kuisioner. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa melalui sesi interaktif dan diskusi. Manfaat jangka panjangnya adalah meminimalisir bullying, meningkatkan prestasi akademis, dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan keterampilan mengelola emosi yang baik, sehingga mengurangi risiko masalah kesehatan mental dan depresi. Pelatihan diakhiri dengan praktik teknik pengelolaan emosi dan pengisian pre- dan post-test. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, workshop, pengendalian emosi. ABSTRACT Emotions are often considered harmful, even though they are a natural human reaction to certain situations and involve behavioral and physiological experiences. The James-Lange theory explains that physiological stimuli trigger emotions. In adolescents, emotional development is significant and complex, often bringing instability. Emotion management is essential to prevent negative impacts such as impaired concentration, conflict, and bullying. For this reason, the community service program at SMKN 18 Jakarta on June 4, 2024, was held using training and workshop methods with discussion, practice, observation, and questionnaires. The aim is to increase students' awareness about bullying and managing emotions. This activity succeeded in increasing students' understanding through interactive sessions and discussions. The long-term benefits are minimizing bullying, improving academic achievement, and preparing students to face future challenges with good emotional management skills, thereby reducing the risk of mental health problems and depression.
