Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has changed the way human interaction and daily activities are carried out. The limitations of direct human interaction have driven the development of AI, which improves the operational efficiency of organizations. AI has penetrated various industries, especially the digital commerce sector, where AI has become a valuable tool to increase promotion and sales. In the face of these challenges, companies need to wisely integrate AI into their operations to deliver balanced benefits to their customers and businesses. This research focuses on the case study of Tokopedia, a fast-growing online marketplace in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, allowing in-depth analysis of complex social phenomena. Internal and external data were collected through in-depth interviews, nonparticipatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the AI-based promotion model significantly increased product purchases. This study reveals how Tokopedia successfully leveraged AI technology to increase product appeal, personalize customer experience, and ultimately increase sales. In a competitive digital market, AI-based promotion strategies are crucial to success. The implications of this research show that AI has great potential to transform business operations in the digital marketplace, and companies that are able to optimize AI have a great opportunity to increase sales and achieve success in an increasingly competitive era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi desain dan analisis dari silinder teleskopik hidrolik yang digunakan pada mesin press hidrolik mobile, yang memfokuskan pada peningkatan mobilitas dan efisiensi operasional. Melalui penerapan Analisis Elemen Hingga (FEA), studi ini mengidentifikasi parameter kritis seperti tegangan, regangan, dan faktor keamanan dalam kondisi operasional yang beragam. Penelitian ini mendemonstrasikan bagaimana desain teleskopik dapat mengatasi tantangan khusus dalam operasi mesin press hidrolik, termasuk peningkatan jangkauan operasi dan penyesuaian terhadap beban kerja yang dinamis. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa silinder mengalami tegangan maksimum 599,51 MPa dan regangan maksimum 0,0030939 mm/mm di bagian tengah, yang menyarankan adanya kebutuhan untuk modifikasi desain atau peningkatan material untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan durabilitas. Sementara itu, faktor keamanan yang tinggi di sebagian besar area menunjukkan bahwa desain keseluruhan memiliki keandalan yang baik. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang bermanfaat bagi insinyur dan desainer mesin dalam mengoptimalkan desain silinder hidrolik teleskopik dan menyarankan area-area penelitian yang dapat dijelajahi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti penggunaan material inovatif dan teknik manufaktur canggih. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk memandu pengembangan mesin press hidrolik mobile yang lebih efisien dan adaptif dalam menghadapi kebutuhan industri modern.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between MSMEs' social capital, financial inclusion, and entrepreneurial skill performance in East Jakarta. MSMEs play a significant part in economic expansion, but still face various challenges, especially in terms of access to social networks, entrepreneurial skills, and utilization of financial services. This study employs a survey method in conjunction with a quantitative approach through questionnaires distributed to 234 MSME players in East Jakarta. The SEM-PLS 3.0 technique was used to measure the association between variables in the data. The findings demonstrated that financial inclusion, entrepreneurial skill, and social capital all had a major positive impact on MSME performance. The findings confirm that strengthening social capital can improve access to information and business collaboration, while improving entrepreneurial competencies contributes to business innovation and more effective business management. In addition, greater financial inclusion assists MSMEs in gaining access to capital and financial services that support business sustainability. Therefore, policies and programs that promote the development of MSMEs through improved social networks, entrepreneurship training, and access to more inclusive financial services are needed.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of talent management strategies as a key factor in improving organizational performance, by taking case studies at the Potential Indonesia Jaya Foundation and the Bangka South Jakarta Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R). The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach used to detail the complexity of the interaction between talent management policies and their impact on organizational performance. The research population includes all members involved in talent management strategies at the PIK-R Bangka. The purposive sampling method was used to select respondents who had significant involvement in the talent management program. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document study. The research results describe the implementation of talent management strategies in the context of non-profit organizations. Data analysis uses a content analysis approach, revealing patterns, themes and relationships between variables that are relevant to improving performance. The results of this research have practical and theoretical implications in the context of human resource management and organizational strategy. Therefore, these findings can be a valuable contribution to the understanding of how the implementation of talent management strategies can be the key to success in improving organizational performance.
