Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha menggali nilai-nilai dalam ajaran Islam yang perlu diperkuat agar dapat menjadi peneguh sikap keberagamaan untuk melewati ujian pandemi korona. Peneliti menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (literature review) dengan membaca literatur yang relevan dengan riset ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlu usaha serius untuk menggali dan meneguhkan nilai ajaran Islam pada aspek individual dan sosial. Dari aspek individual antara lain keimanan pada qada dan qadar, bersikap sabar dan bertawakal. Pada aspek sosial antara lain peduli sesama dan taat kepada Ulama serta pemerintah. Musibah yang mendunia ini pun juga membutuhkan iman yang rasional sebagai panduan dalam bersikap dan beragama dalam keseharian.

Abstract

The Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) is in charge of overseeing general elections. As an organization, it faces a number of internal and external challenges. The purpose of this article is to describe strategies for strengthening organizational culture in order to internally consolidate in order to face the challenges of the 2024 General Election. Internal consolidation in the form of strengthening organizational culture will go well if internal consolidation in the form of institutional task implementation goes well. This study uses a literature review method. The ndings of this study show that the organizational culture values declared by the Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) can be seen from its vision of becoming a trusted election supervisory agency. The four values that dene his work culture are solidity, integrity, mentality, and professionalism. Efforts to strengthen the organizational culture within Bawaslu can be carried out through the processes of recruiting new members, education, negotiations, instructions, participation, and expert involvement. Other approaches, such as behavioral, cognitive, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches, can be used to strengthen organizational culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the leadership training with the theme "leading a team and leading a business" is for employees of PT Brantas Energi. This training is intended to provide leadership knowledge within 4 days. This research was conducted quantitatively, and primary data was collected from the pretest and post-test scores of 26 respondents. Data were tested by descriptive analysis and paired t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the scores of the pretest and post-test participants. This shows that the average score of the participants increased after attending the training. In addition, the significance value shown by the Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs test analysis showed that the participants' knowledge increased after participating in the training. Overall, the findings of this study indicate that the training materials increased participants' knowledge and understanding of leadership.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of talent management implementation on the performance of financial reporting in the administration of state assets at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study investigates the relationship between talent management encompassing planning, development, and talent placement and the quality of financial reporting, evaluated through accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Data were gathered through Likert-scale questionnaires and financial report documentation, followed by analysis using simple linear regression and t-tests. The findings reveal that talent management significantly enhances financial reporting performance, with an R-squared value of 0.72, indicating that 72% of the variance in financial reporting performance is attributable to effective talent management. The remaining 28% is influenced by external factors. These results highlight the critical role of consistent and integrated talent management practices in driving organizational efficiency and accountability, particularly in the context of state asset administration.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pandangan para agamawan lintas agama di Kota Bandung terkait dengan fenomena pernikahan beda agama. Menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini diarahkan ke para agamawan baik Islam, Katolik, Protestan, Hindu dan Budha. Observasi, wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Para agamawan mengakui fakta sosiologis tentang nikah beda agama, hanya saja mereka berusaha sekuat tenaga untuk membina umatnya agar tidak melakukan pernikahan beda agama karena akan menyulitkan secara teologis.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the comparison of political philosophy thoughts, especially regarding the caliphate of two Muslim intellectual figures from Egypt who lived in the same period. Ali Abdul Raziq and Rashid Rida, these two figures talked about the formulation of the ideal state form for Muslims and the implementation of Islamic government. The author writes down the arguments of the two figures and then compares them with the formulations of the two. Khilafah which is a system of government that follows the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad, sharia as the legal basis and Islam as an ideology in running the government. This type of research is library research by applying the comparative method, which prioritizes library materials as the main source. The results of the research from the two Muslim intellectual works from Ali Abdul Raziq's book entitled al-Islam wa Usul al-Hukm and the book Al-Khilafah wa Al-Imamah written by Rashid Rido, show that there are very basic differences in the thoughts of the two figures, where Rashid Rida firmly held the position that followers of Islam are required to uphold the caliphate in their country based on sharia and ijma. On the other hand, Ali Abdul Raziq argues that there is no binding obligation for Muslims to establish a caliphate in their country, he argues that Muslims are free to choose what ideology will be applied in a country. Because in the Qur'an and as-Sunnah do not regulate the form of state that Muslims must apply. The thought of Islamic political philosophy, of course, does not only come from these two figures, many Muslim intellectuals argue that this matter needs to be explored for the benefit of Muslims in terms of the state.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam suatu struktur lembaga pendidikan, fungsi komunikasi sangat vital. Fungsi komunikasi harus berjalan dengan baik karena di dalam lembaga yang diisi oleh pelbagai pos dengan posisi berbeda, harus terjadi kesepahaman. Selama ini, dalam sistem komunikasi, banyak terjadi disrupsi kesepahaman antara pelbagai posisi yang ada di dalam struktur pendidikan, terutama disebabkan oleh komunikasi dari pemimpin sebagai ketua kepada anggota yang bersifat asimetris. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya peran komunikasi pemimpin kepada anggota. Penelitian ini akan meninjau sejauh mana pengaruh teologi Islam dalam menentukan karakter dan pada gilirannya penyampaian komunikasi dari ketua ke anggota, sebagai bagian yang bersifat a priori secara filosofis dan teologis. Melalui pendekatan literatur—teologi Islam, komunikasi, dan pendidikan—dengan deskripsi analitik, penelitian ini akan melihat keterkaitan langsung antara teologi Islam dengan sifat komunikasi dari ketua ke anggota. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pengaruh sejumlah poin ajaran teologi Islam sangat mempengaruhi komunikasi; terutama bagi pemimpin pada anggota dalam lembaga pendidikan. Penekanan paling mencolok muncul dari pemahaman sifat Amanah (jujur) dan tabligh (menyampaikan) melalui imitasi sifat Nabi agung Muhammad saw. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pendidikan, teologi Islam,  AbstractIn an educational institution structure, the function of communication is very vital. The communication function must work well because within the institution, which is filled by various posts with different positions, there must be an understanding. So far, in the communication system, there has been a lot of disruption of understanding between various positions in the educational structure, mainly due to asymmetrical communication from the leader as chairman to members. A number of studies show the important role of leader-to-member communication. This study will review the extent of the influence of Islamic theology in determining the character and in turn the delivery of communication from the chairman to members, as part of a philosophical and theological a priori. Through a literature approach—Islamic theology, communication, and education—with analytic descriptions, this study will look at the direct relationship between Islamic theology and the nature of communication from chairman to members. In this study it was found that the influence of a number of points of Islamic theological teachings greatly affects communication; especially for leaders in members in educational institutions. The most striking emphasis comes from understanding the nature of Amanah (honest) and tabligh (delivering) through imitation of the nature of the great Prophet Muhammad. Keywords: leadership, communication, education, Islamic theology,

Abstract

The educational program integrating falak science with astronomy is designed to increase interest and understanding of science among students in Banjar City. Through interactive and practical approaches, this program aims to develop students' analytical and scientific skills. The program's implementation involves a series of workshops including direct celestial observations using telescopes and computer simulations, as well as group discussions. Evaluation, conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires and open discussions, shows a significant increase in students' understanding and interest in Falak science and astronomy. The average understanding score increased by 22 points (44%), and the interest in further study increased by 40%. This program not only provides academic benefits but also equips students with practical skills and a broader understanding of the world around them.

Abstract

Background. This study aims to investigate the impact of leader personality, leader values, regulatory focus, and servant leadership on educational quality, specifically at the primary and secondary school levels in Tangerang City. Methods. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, data were collected from 474 school principals through a structured questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Results. The results showed that personality, core values, and regulatory focus significantly influenced servant leadership, which in turn had a positive impact on improving education quality. The findings also reveal that servant leadership plays a mediating role in the relationship between the three variables and education quality. Conclusion. This study emphasizes the importance of developing servant leadership attributes such as empathy, awareness and commitment to human growth in improving education quality. This study makes a new contribution to the educational leadership literature by integrating psychological and behavioral aspects in the context of primary and secondary school management.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of talent management strategies as a key factor in improving organizational performance, by taking case studies at the Potential Indonesia Jaya Foundation and the Bangka South Jakarta Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R). The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach used to detail the complexity of the interaction between talent management policies and their impact on organizational performance. The research population includes all members involved in talent management strategies at the PIK-R Bangka. The purposive sampling method was used to select respondents who had significant involvement in the talent management program. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document study. The research results describe the implementation of talent management strategies in the context of non-profit organizations. Data analysis uses a content analysis approach, revealing patterns, themes and relationships between variables that are relevant to improving performance. The results of this research have practical and theoretical implications in the context of human resource management and organizational strategy. Therefore, these findings can be a valuable contribution to the understanding of how the implementation of talent management strategies can be the key to success in improving organizational performance.
