Abstract

This study aims to develop a theoretical proposition concerning the role of education in tourism development based on the core components of attractions, amenities, and accessibility (commonly referred to as the 3A framework). The background of this research lies in the limited integration of educational strategies in shaping sustainable and competitive tourism sectors. Education is identified as a key factor in enhancing human resource capabilities, facility management, and accessibility planning—primarily through vocational training, curriculum development, and knowledge-based policy-making. The study employs a qualitative method using literature review and bibliometric analysis with the aid of Vosviewer software. The research offers a theoretical and historical analysis of how education supports tourism development by improving the quality and sustainability of attractions, enhancing the management and service standards of amenities, and increasing accessibility through inclusive policy frameworks and data-driven infrastructure planning. The findings suggest that the effectiveness of the 3A components is significantly influenced by the educational capacity and competencies of tourism stakeholders. This paper provides a conceptual foundation for future studies and recommends further empirical investigation using exploratory or confirmatory factor analysis. Future researchers are encouraged to examine the causal relationships between educational strategies and the enhancement of tourism infrastructure and services using quantitative and multilevel analytical methods.

Abstract

This study  presents a  systematic  literature  review that  maps the  development of  digital marketing  research  and  its  influence  on  consumer  behavior  across  Indonesia,  with  an emphasis on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in future research design. Using content analysis on 60 journal articles published between 2012 and 2025, the study identifies five dominant variables—purchase decision, social media marketing, influencer marketing, brand trust, and brand image—alongside prevailing analytical methods, including Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Multiple Linear Regression. Bibliometric mapping through VOSviewer  reveals  clusters  of  thematic  focus  such  as  consumer  engagement,  digital branding, and e-commerce localization. The study also highlights trending topics over time, showing a shift from traditional marketing elements to AI-enhanced strategies. Furthermore, this paper proposes a conceptual framework linking AI applications with social media marketing, influencer marketing, and brand trust to guide future empirical studies. Findings underscore the growing academic and practical relevance of AI in digital marketing, and offer a foundation for predictive, data-driven approaches to understanding Indonesian consumer behavior.

Abstract

Kawasan wisata alam Dieng, khususnya Telaga Warna dan Kawah Sikidang, menyimpan potensi besar dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis pariwisata. Namun, pelaku usaha lokal masih menghadapi tantangan dalam perencanaan usaha, strategi pemasaran, dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku ekonomi kreatif melalui pendekatan kolaboratif lintas bidang ilmu manajemen, yakni manajemen strategik, manajemen pemasaran, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatif-edukatif, melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, diskusi kelompok terarah, dan pendampingan dalam bentuk mini-workshop. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas peserta dalam menyusun strategi usaha, mengembangkan pemasaran digital, serta memperkuat keterampilan layanan berbasis soft skills. Kebaruan program ini terletak pada integrasi tiga pendekatan manajerial secara kontekstual dan partisipatif dalam ekosistem wisata alam. Model kolaboratif ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal serta berpotensi direplikasi pada kawasan wisata sejenis di Indonesia. Model kolaboratif ini memberikan kontribusi praktis pada pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal melalui peningkatan kapasitas nyata pelaku usaha, serta kontribusi akademik berupa model pemberdayaan berbasis kolaborasi strategik yang berpotensi direplikasi pada kawasan wisata sejenis di Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian mencakup rekomendasi program pendampingan berkelanjutan, digitalisasi terstruktur UMKM wisata, dan advokasi kebijakan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis potensi lokal.
