Abstract

One of the state investments that needs attention is the health sector, because it is closely related to the Human Resource Development Process. The fate of the nation really depends on it. The aim of this literature study was to examine the form and outcomes of evaluating health financing policies for the poor in the JKN program in various regions in Indonesia, based on identified concerns and in accordance with their urgency. This article was prepared using the literature review method, namely summarizing and explaining the contents of previously published sources of findings in accordance with the topic of the author's analysis regarding the implementation of the JKN program among contributory assistance (PBI) participants or underprivileged communities in the regions. Articles from 2019 to 2023 are used as references, using Google Scholar, Garuda Journal, and Springer Link. The JKN program does not reach everyone, especially the poor, who cannot obtain fair and adequate health protection. And as those in need, all poor people must be prioritized. because they do not get or qualify for government support. To complement the National Social Security System which is not yet able to cover all underprivileged andl; poor communities, regional and central governments must create regional health insurance programs.

Abstract

Medical devices are tools and/or equipment used to prevent, diagnose, treat and reduce disease. The aim of this study was to assess how well medical equipment purchases balance hospital operations. The research method uses a descriptive-analytic approach and is qualitative in nature. The results of the research show that logistics management at RSU Haji Medan has been carried out well and in accordance with applicable procedures. The process of procuring medical equipment at Haji Medan Regional Hospital which follows the SOP system approach, finances, human resources and facilities still do not fully comply with the rules for managing medical devices in health facilities. Inadequate infrastructure, budgets that need to be increased, problems with process components that have not been received, and less than optimal use of medical equipment are just some of the weaknesses.

Abstract

Stres di tempat kerja muncul dari ketidakseimbangan antara kemampuan fisik dan psikologis seorang karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh stress kerja terhadap efektivitas dalam keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3) pada karyawan di industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan studi literature. Data yang diambil berdasarkan dari artikel yang direview dengan menggunakan kata kunci pengaruh stress kerja terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3). Artikel yang di analisis diambil dari 5 tahun terakhir sehingga informasi yang diperoleh bersifat baru. Hasil penelitin menunjukkan bahwa stres di tempat kerja dapat berdampak buruk pada lingkungan tempat kerja, yang dapat mengganggu individu, dan proses produksi atau kesuksesan yang berkelanjutan. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Stres di tempat kerja dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti tidak memiliki cukup waktu untuk menyelesaikan tugas, tujuan yang tidak jelas, arahan yang tidak tepat dari manajemen, kegagalan dalam mengakui prestasi, terbatasnya kesempatan untuk terlibat di tempat kerja, dan tanggung jawab tanpa wewenang. Saat mengalami stress kerja sangat mempengaruhi gagasan, perasaan, sikap, dan perilaku organisasi dalam mencapai kinerja yang maksimal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu stress kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (k3) bagi karayawan di industri sebab dengan tidka mengalami stress karyawan di industri lebih fokus saat berkerja sehingga kecil terjadinya keselamatan dan kesehatan juga semakin membaik.
