Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan spiritual dan budaya organisasi dengan iklim organisasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Bank Mandiri Syariah Kabanjahe yang berjumlah 42orang. Mengingat keterbatasan jumlah anggota populasi, maka seluruhnya dijadikan sampel penelitian (teknik total sampling). Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga macam skala sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang disusun berdasarkan metode penskalaan Likert. Ketiga skala tersebut adalah skala gaya kepemimpinan spiritual, skala budaya organisasi, dan skala iklim organisasi. Data penelitian yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier dan regresi ganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisa data, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan spiritual dengan iklim organisasi, demikian pula antara budaya organisasi dengan iklim organisasi. Selain itu, diketahui pula bahwa secara bersama-sama, variabel gaya kepemimpinan spiritual dan budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan iklim organisasi.

Abstract

Every employee must have faced work-related stress. Although there are times when work stress is beneficial, if it is excessive it will have a negative impact which is especially detrimental to employee performance. So it is necessary to control and prevent stress in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to examine how the performance of employees of PT. X is affected by stress at work. For this study, a sample of 13 workers who sprayed pesticides were interrogated. The data for this study came from a questionnaire. Quantitative descriptive analytic approach is used in this research. Simple linear regression analysis yields Y = 2.435 + 0.770X and partially t count for the work stress variable (X) of 11.133 and t count value 11.133 > t table value 2.201 and also a significant value less than 0.05 (0.000 <0 , 05). This proves that there is a strong relationship between stress at work and worker performance. So companies should offer advice for managing work stress and other outside activities that can energize the body and mind.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi beragama pada lansia serta dampaknya terhadap individu di Pengajian Miftahul Jannah Kecamatan Medan Denai, Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan fenomenologis. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitan ini adalah dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam.Dengan menggunakan Teknik snowball sampling Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, motivasi mereka dalam mengikuti pengajian adalah untuk mengisi waktu luang mereka setelah pensiun dari pekerjaannya, untuk mengejar ridho Allah Swt. Serta untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan karena timbul rasa takut dalam diri mereka ketika mereka tidak berusaha untuk menggali ilmu pengetahuan lebih dalam lagi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada mata kuliah psikologi agama serta memiliki implikasi praktis dalam pemahaman lebih baik tentang motivasi beragama pada lansia.

Abstract

The Occupational Safety and Health Branch (2008) explains that optimizing work shift arrangements can help reduce the potential health impact on employees. Shifts involve a variety of work schedules and patterns, and their arrangement must take into account a number of factors, including the length of the shift or the number of hours worked per shift, number of team members, work breaks, rotation period or speed, and shift time. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of shift work on the stress level of PT. Tamarind Employee in the City of Pinang. To find out whether there is a relationship between work shift variables and work stress of PT. Tamarind City of Pinang, this study uses a qualitative methodology. This study involved 114 participants. This study shows that although morning shift workers do not experience high levels of stress, night shift workers do, which lowers their overall level of productivity. evening and night. Worker performance, health and psychosocial problems are the subject of the complaint. Except for the night shift workers who complained of a lack of focus at work due to poor quality, there was no difference in physical complaints experienced by morning shift workers and night shift workers in terms of body parts complaints. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of extra fooding on the fatigue of field workers at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Selatan. This study considered the impact of additional food intake on fatigue levels, taking into account factors such as physical activity, rest time, working environment conditions, and the type of additional food consumed. The quantitative research method involved 20 engineering service workers who were given additional food in cucumber juice and coconut water. Data was collected before and after consuming extra food, with fatigue levels measured using a psychometrically tested rating scale. Descriptive statistical and regression analyses were performed to establish the relationship between extra food consumption and changes in fatigue levels. The results show that extra fooding has the potential to reduce fatigue in field workers, but the impact may vary depending on contextual factors. In conclusion, a holistic and integrated approach is needed in managing worker fatigue in the field, considering nutritional aspects and other factors that influence their working conditions.

Abstract

Employee performance is not just the final result, but a planned and measurable process over a certain period of time, in accordance with predetermined conditions and agreements. More than that, employee performance is a reflection of the way and how they carry out their duties, which is the main key in achieving organizational goals. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and collects data from various relevant literature. The research results identified several factors that significantly influence employee motivation and performance. These factors include recognition, needs, achievement, satisfaction, compensation, leadership style, and work environment. By understanding and meeting these factors, organizations can create the right strategy to increase employee motivation and performance. This will ultimately have an impact on achieving more optimal organizational goals.

Abstract

Workload is one of the main factors affecting work stress. Workload that is not managed properly can cause significant work stress, with an impact on nurses. Nurses as providers of nursing care, in carrying out their profession often experience stress related to their work. Based on this background description, the author is interested in conducting research in the form of a literature review that aims to analyze the relationship between workload and nurses' work stress. This study used the literature review method where researchers traced several journals with contents and discussions in accordance with the research objectives. From the results of several journal studies, there is a relationship between workload and work stress.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the influence of religiosity on academic resilience of students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication of UIN North Sumatra Medan. Low academic resilience often causes students to experience difficulties in facing academic challenges, which can lead to stress and mental health problems. Students often face challenges in completing college assignments, but these challenges are not always accompanied by maximum effort and seriousness to complete them.  The method used was an explanatory quantitative approach with a sample of 50 students, where data was collected through a questionnaire measuring religiosity and academic resilience using a Likert scale. Furthermore, data assumption tests and simple liner regression were carried out with SPPS version 25. The results of the analysis showed a significant positive relationship between religiosity and academic resilience, with a correlation coefficient of 0.639 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 40.8%.  The significance value (p=0.000) is smaller than 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This confirms that there is a significant influence between religiosity and students' academic resilience partially. These findings indicate that an increase in religiosity contributes to an increase in students' academic resilience.   Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh religiusitas terhadap resiliensi akademik mahasiswa Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Rendahnya resiliensi akademik sering menyebabkan mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik, yang dapat berujung pada stres dan masalah kesehatan mental. Mahasiswa sering menghadapi tantangan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas kuliah, namun tantangan tersebut tidak selalu diiringi dengan upaya maksimal dan kesungguhan untuk menyelesaikannya.  Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan sampel 50 mahasiswa, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang mengukur religiusitas dan resiliensi akademik menggunakan skala Likert. dilakukan uji asumsi data dan regresi liner sederhana dengan SPPS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan resiliensi akademik, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,639 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 40,8%.  Nilai signifikansi (p=0.000) lebih kecil dari 0.05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Hal ini mengonfirmasi bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara religiusitas dan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa secara parsial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan religiusitas berkontribusi pada peningkatan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Stres merupakan respons alami tubuh terhadap situasi yang menantang dan dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan fisik maupun mental. Mahasiswa, sebagai kelompok usia produktif yang tengah menjalani masa transisi penting dalam kehidupan, cenderung lebih rentan terhadap stres. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai tekanan, terutama dari beban akademik, tuntutan sosial, serta aktivitas non-akademik lainnya. Stres yang tidak terkelola dengan baik dapat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kesehatan, salah satunya adalah kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa semester VI angkatan 2022 di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU) Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester VI angkatan 2022, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,337 dengan tingkat signifikansi p = 0,000 (p 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang lemah namun signifikan secara statistik antara tingkat stres dan kualitas tidur. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat stres yang dialami mahasiswa, maka semakin cenderung menurun kualitas tidurnya. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya upaya pengelolaan stres secara efektif guna mendukung kualitas tidur yang optimal dan kesejahteraan mahasiswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This article aims to examine communication strategies and religious conflict resolution through an Islamic psychological approach. The paper is compiled using a library research approach. Data is collected from various literature sources, such as books, scholarly articles, journals, and previous research findings. In the historical records of humankind, social conflict is an unavoidable phenomenon that often arises from differences in perspectives ranging from thoughts and moral values to, at its most extreme, warfare. To understand how Islam views conflict resolution, it is necessary to study primary sources such as the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as interpretations by Islamic scholars concerning verses that address social conflict. In Islamic psychology, conflict resolution can be achieved through various approaches, including clarification (tabayyun), mediation (tahkim), reconciliation (islah), doing good (ihsan), mutual consultation (musyawarah), forgiveness, acting justly, and upholding freedom. Therefore, Islam as a religion of “rahmatan lil ‘alamin” carries the principle of promoting peace and harmony in the lives of all humankind.
