Abstract

Di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan degradasi moral, masjid memiliki peran strategis sebagai pusat pendidikan Islam dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, menjadikan kajian tentang efektivitasnya sangat relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran masjid binaan Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kota Palopo dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-fenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus Muhammadiyah dan masjid, serta analisis dokumen kegiatan, dengan analisis data mengacu pada model Miles dan Huberman serta triangulasi untuk validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masjid-masjid ini aktif melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan nonformal seperti pengajian rutin, Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an, kajian tematik, dan Darul Arqam, yang mendukung pembentukan karakter berbasis nilai Islam. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan pendanaan, masjid berfungsi sebagai pusat dakwah dan sinergi dengan amal usaha Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang peran masjid sebagai lembaga pendidikan di konteks urban. Kesimpulannya, masjid-masjid ini signifikan dalam pendidikan Islam, namun memerlukan strategi seperti pelatihan pengurus dan program berbasis teknologi untuk mengatasi tantangan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan campuran dan membandingkan masjid dari berbagai organisasi untuk wawasan yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to (1) provide an overview of how progressive muscle relaxation techniques and group counseling services affect student learning stress, (2) provide an overview of students' learning stress levels both before and after progressive muscle relaxation technique treatment, and (3) determine How progressive muscle relaxation techniques affect student learning stress. This type of quantitative research, pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design approach, consisting of one treatment group. The research sample was 15 class VIII Tahfidz students who were identified as experiencing learning stress. Data collection was obtained using observation and the student learning stress scale, then analyzed using the Shapiro - Wilk test analysis which is used to test the normality of data distribution in a sample, especially in small to medium samples. The results showed that (1) students used the progressive muscle relaxation technique for learning stress in accordance with procedures that had been designed with several implementation stages, (2) the level of student learning stress before using the progressive muscle relaxation technique was high, and the level of student learning stress after using it Progressive muscle relaxation technique is low, and (3) Progressive muscle relaxation technique has the effect of helping students reduce learning stress. The results of this study indicate that the application of progressive muscle relaxation techniques can significantly reduce students' learning stress levels, providing empirical evidence that group counseling interventions are effective in improving students' psychological well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the innovative strategies developed by Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers at MAN Palopo in reducing the level of psychological stress in students who are victims of bullying. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method where to obtain accurate information, the researchers conducted direct research to BK teachers at MAN Palopo by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. The object of the study was carried out at MAN Palopo and the subject was a BK teacher where the researcher identified how or how the BK teacher in the school to overcome bullying behavior in the school. Based on the results of research at MAN Palopo, BK teachers' strategies have been proven to be real in the field in reducing students' stress levels after bullying. The approach used includes interventions tailored to each student's needs, a combination of how to deal with problems with a focus on feelings and the problem itself, and helping students to develop their inner strengths. The results of the study show that BK teachers play a role in helping students overcome post-bullying stress with an individual approach. In addition, positive developments were seen in both study subjects. For DF, the guidance counselor uses expressive therapy through dance and cognitive reframing techniques to boost self-confidence. Meanwhile, TM is motivated to utilize his hobby in sports and join a choir group as an emotional expression outlet. Positive developments in both subjects can be seen in the results of interviews with students who continue to show increased confidence and active involvement in school activitie In addition, MAN Palopo also implements a comprehensive anti-bullying program, demonstrating the school's commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment.
