Abstract

The study aims at discovering the description of students’ career plan at MAN 2 Model Makassar before and after the treatment and examining whether direct modeling has influence on students’ career plan at Man 2 Model Makassar.The type of this study was quantitative research with experiment research. Samples were chosen by employing random sampling technique with drawing method. Data collected were conducted by using two instruments, namely career plan scale and observation. Data analysis employed descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The results of the study reveal that (1) the level of career plan of grade XI students at MAN 2 Model Makassar before being given the treatment in this case the direct modeling was in medium category. However,after being given the treatment,the level of career plan improved or was in high category,(2) the implementation of direct modeling gave influence in improving students’ career plan, meaning that when the direct modeling was applied, it would help improving the students’ career plan at MAN 2 Model Makassar.

Abstract

Social Service is one of the cultures that exist in Indonesian society and has been passed down from generation to generation, from generation to generation. Nowadays, social service has begun to be forgotten and eroded by technological developments. The culture of social service is a culture that must be maintained and revived in every community. The culture of social service can provide several benefits to social life, because through social service activities, friendship and community cooperation can be improved. In addition to the community, social services can also provide benefits to the environment, because with regular social services the environment will be maintained and with a well-maintained environment it will create a healthy environment for the community.

Abstract

Abstract This research is to measure and assess the company's performance in need of an integrated and comprehensive performance measurement method consisting of financial and non-financial aspects. This type of research is a qualitative analysis. In this study, the sample used is the 2018-2020 financial report, the balanced scorecard measurement method with 4 aspects, namely financial aspects, customer aspects, internal business aspects, and learning and growth aspects. Data analysis used in this study consisted of financial and non-financial data. Where the results of the research are based on the results of research from a financial perspective, customer perspective, Internal Business Perspective and learning and growth perspective as seen from cafe sorata sales growth using financial performance benchmarks such as sales growth because these benchmarks are generally used in companies to find out how much increased sales growth. From 2018 to 2020 From the results of cafe solata for the last 3 years it can be seen that cafe solata is able to run the company's wheels well. At cafe sonata, innovation is carried out, where the innovation is in the form of adding a list of food and beverage menus in accordance with consumer desires and the progress of the times, most consumers like modern or contemporary food and drinks so that they invite consumers to come and visit cafe solata. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the level of self-esteem of students before and after the treatment of the Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) technique and to determine the effect of the REBT technique on students' self-esteem. This study used a pre-experimental study method with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 10 students of class XI at SMAN 1 Palopo for the academic year 2021/2022, which were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection was obtained using observation and the Self Esteem scale. The results showed that the level of self-esteem of students before being given treatment was in the low category, and after being given treatment was in the high category, and the REBT technique had a positive effect on students' self-esteem.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effectiveness of relaxation techniques in reducing learning stress levels in students at SMAN 11 Luwu. Using a quasi-experimental design One-group Pretest-Posttest, the study involved 26 students who showed symptoms of learning stress. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). The intervention was carried out in 8 sessions, incl pretest, 6 treatment sessions, and posttest. The results showed a significant reduction in students' stress levels after the intervention. Before the intervention, 53.8% of students were in the moderate stress category, while after the intervention 88.5% were in the mild stress category and 11.5% reached normal conditions. Analysis Paired Sample T-test showed a significant difference between stress scores before and after intervention (p < 0.05), with an average decrease in score of 12,808 points. These results confirm the effectiveness of relaxation techniques in reducing students' learning stress, providing important reinforcement for the development of stress management programs in educational settings.

Abstract

Perilaku agresif di kalangan pelajar merupakan masalah yang seringkali menjadi fokus perhatian dalam bidang pendidikan dan psikologi. Dalam upaya untuk mengatasi dan mencegah perilaku agresif, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara kontrol diri dan kebiasaan game online dengan perilaku agresif pelajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelajar kelas XI IPS I, XI IPS II, XII IPS I, XII IPS II SMAN 10 Luwu dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 122 siswa. 122 populasi akan diplih secara acak oleh peneliti. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ialah bahwa kontrol diri relative tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku agresif siswa. Kebiasaan game online memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku agresif siswa SMA. Ketika siswa mempunyai kemampuan kontrol diri yangh baik, maka dapat mengurangi perilaku agresif yang timbul akibat terlalu sering bermain game online. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to (1) provide an overview of how progressive muscle relaxation techniques and group counseling services affect student learning stress, (2) provide an overview of students' learning stress levels both before and after progressive muscle relaxation technique treatment, and (3) determine How progressive muscle relaxation techniques affect student learning stress. This type of quantitative research, pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design approach, consisting of one treatment group. The research sample was 15 class VIII Tahfidz students who were identified as experiencing learning stress. Data collection was obtained using observation and the student learning stress scale, then analyzed using the Shapiro - Wilk test analysis which is used to test the normality of data distribution in a sample, especially in small to medium samples. The results showed that (1) students used the progressive muscle relaxation technique for learning stress in accordance with procedures that had been designed with several implementation stages, (2) the level of student learning stress before using the progressive muscle relaxation technique was high, and the level of student learning stress after using it Progressive muscle relaxation technique is low, and (3) Progressive muscle relaxation technique has the effect of helping students reduce learning stress. The results of this study indicate that the application of progressive muscle relaxation techniques can significantly reduce students' learning stress levels, providing empirical evidence that group counseling interventions are effective in improving students' psychological well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the innovative strategies developed by Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers at MAN Palopo in reducing the level of psychological stress in students who are victims of bullying. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method where to obtain accurate information, the researchers conducted direct research to BK teachers at MAN Palopo by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. The object of the study was carried out at MAN Palopo and the subject was a BK teacher where the researcher identified how or how the BK teacher in the school to overcome bullying behavior in the school. Based on the results of research at MAN Palopo, BK teachers' strategies have been proven to be real in the field in reducing students' stress levels after bullying. The approach used includes interventions tailored to each student's needs, a combination of how to deal with problems with a focus on feelings and the problem itself, and helping students to develop their inner strengths. The results of the study show that BK teachers play a role in helping students overcome post-bullying stress with an individual approach. In addition, positive developments were seen in both study subjects. For DF, the guidance counselor uses expressive therapy through dance and cognitive reframing techniques to boost self-confidence. Meanwhile, TM is motivated to utilize his hobby in sports and join a choir group as an emotional expression outlet. Positive developments in both subjects can be seen in the results of interviews with students who continue to show increased confidence and active involvement in school activitie In addition, MAN Palopo also implements a comprehensive anti-bullying program, demonstrating the school's commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment.
