Abstract

This training examines organic waste management using composter buckets in Sirnasari Village. The purpose of the service is to improve knowledge and practice of household waste management and reduce environmental impacts through composting. Methods include participatory workshops, distribution of practical guides, and direct monitoring. The results show significant improvements in waste segregation, composter bucket use, and reduction in waste ending up in landfills. The compost produced also provides direct benefits for plant growth. This service supports the adoption of simple technologies for organic waste management in rural communities, potentially improving environmental quality and community sustainability.

Abstract

The results of learning to run short distances are less developed, especially in the 100 meter number. One of the causes, according to the results of direct observation conducted by the author on male students of Class VIII MTs Ma'arif Sukanagara, Darmaraja District, Sumedang Regency, is the situation and conditions of physical education learning itself, it seems that students in general lack varied and challenging learning experiences. Based on the findings in the field and at the same time the solution to this problem, the author wants to try to improve the learning outcomes of short distance running in the form of a game so that students' motivation to learn is maintained. One form of the game that the author will apply is the traditional baren game, "In the implementation of the game, children are required to exert agility and running speed, trying to be able to exceed the opponent's boundary/line of victory more quickly." This game The number of members of each each team of five to 10 children, either all boys, or all girls or a mix of boys and girls Determining the number of team members by suit or lot. Baren traditional games are very close to the impression of fun, various creative expressions, innovative, movement skills, physical fitness will be formed and are very suitable for the needs of junior high school aged children. Besides that, also with the playing atmosphere, the saturation factor can be minimized, the authors can draw the conclusion that the baren game has a significant influence on the learning outcomes of the 100-meter sprint in Class VIII Boys MTs Ma'arif Sukanagara, Darmaraja District, Sumedang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi atas dasar observasi penulis di MA Negeri 2 Sumedang. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan penulis di MA Negeri 2 Sumedang, sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki belum memadai, misalnya saja lapangan bola voli, meja untuk tenis meja yang belum mencukupi, alat-alat atau media peraga pendidikan yang belum lengkap. Sarana dan prasarana olahraga untuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan masih belum mencukupi sehingga pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan menjadi kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuaan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga terhadap motivasi siswa kealas X di MA Negeri 2 Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MA Negeri 2 Sumedang yang berjumlah 90 orang, dan semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh seluruh siswa kelas X untuk mengukur pengaruh ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga terhadap motivasi siswa kelas X dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran penjas di MA Negeri 2 Sumedang. Analisis data dilakukan mengunankan uji statistik uji T untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) variabel sarana dan prasaran olahraga (X) menunjukan hasil nilai thitung 3.038 ≥ ttabel sebesar 1.987, sehingga ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga berpengaruh terhadap motivasi siswa kelas X dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran penjas di MA Negeri 2 Sumedang dengan nilai R square (R2) sebesar 0,095. Sehingga dapat dikatakan variabel bebas (X) mempengaruhi variabel terikat (Y) sebesar 9,5%. Sedangkan sisanya yakni 90,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
