Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) telah menjadi suatu bentuk usaha yang memberikan kontribusi baik kepada kemajuan ekonomi keluarga maupun ekonomi suatu wilayah. Hal ini terlihat dari semakin marak dan juga perhatian yang diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah di Indonesia, baik dengan pemberian kemudahan usaha maupun upaya-upaya pembinaan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan dan pengetahuan serta cara untuk mengetahui secara tepat tentang kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (Analisis SWOT) serta ketahanan berusaha agar dapat bertahan bahkan dapat berkembang lebih besar lagi dari usaha UMKM di Tangerang Selatan, khususnya Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Katering Tangerang Selatan (UCTS), baik yang telah mengalami pembinaan oleh Pemda maupun yang belum. Kemudian dilakukan pemaparan materi dan umpan balik dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi tentang analisis SWOT dan ketahanan usaha kepada anggota komunitas UCTS. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi maka terlihat bahwa kekuatan dari anggota komunitas UCTS adalah keahlian dan keterampilan dalam mengelola menu makanan, terjaminnya kebersihan, kecepatan dan ketepatan pelayanan, serta harga, terciptanya hubungan yang harmonis dengan para pemasok bahan baku dan terbentuknya jaringan pelanggan. Sementara itu, kelemahannya antara lain, akses ke pembiayaan, kapasitas dan kualitas, identitas dan branding serta kemajuan teknologi. Untuk peluang antara lain, dukungan pemerintah, teknologi, pertumbuhan ekonomi domestik dan inisiatif lokal, sedangkan hambatan atau ancaman antara lain, regulasi dan birokrasi: proses perizinan, kegagalan pada masa pandemi masih terbawa, dan adanya usaha skala besar.

Abstract

The era of Industry 5.0 marks a new phase in technological advancement, emphasizing human-centered innovation and collaboration through the integration of artificial intelligence, automation, and humanistic values. This study aims to: (1) analyze the characteristics of digital transformation relevant to both domestic and global contexts; (2) identify the competencies required by human resources (HR) to effectively adapt to digital work environments; and (3) formulate strategies and frameworks for the sustainable development and evaluation of digital-based HR competencies. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using data collection techniques such as literature review, limited qualitative surveys, and in-depth interviews with informants from the education, industry, and government sectors. Data analysis was conducted using a thematic approach to identify conceptual patterns aligned with the research objectives. The findings reveal that digital transformation drives changes in organizational work structures, making them more flexible, collaborative, and adaptive. It also demands competencies from HR that are not only technical (such as digital literacy, data management, and digital platform utilization) but also adaptive (such as critical thinking, virtual communication, self-directed learning, and digital ethics). Effective HR competency development strategies must be holistic, sustainable, and impact-driven, encompassing digital competency mapping, implementation of blended learning, career pathway integration, and data-driven performance evaluation. This study contributes to the development of both conceptual and practical models for building a human resource ecosystem capable of navigating the digital transformation in the Industry 5.0 era.

Abstract

In the competitive stock market dynamics, banks are always looking for strategies to improve their advantages. This study aims to investigate the importance of Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) in increasing banking competitiveness on the stock exchange. Using the literature review method, this study collects and reviews various relevant literature to identify and analyze the relationship between ROA, ROE and bank stock performance. The results of this study show that ROA and ROE have direct implications on how investors value banks. Banks that demonstrate high operational efficiency and good capital management capabilities often score higher in the eyes of investors. This is because good ROA and ROE reflect effective asset and capital management, which is critical to long-term profit sustainability. A high ROA indicates that the bank is able to maximize the return on its assets, while a high ROE indicates the bank's ability to generate value for shareholders from the funds they invest. This research reinforces the understanding that ROA and ROE optimization is not only about increasing profits, but also about building and maintaining investor trust and market reputation. Thus, banks should prioritize effective management of their assets and capital as part of their strategy to increase competitiveness in the stock market. This conclusion encourages the banking sector to focus more on financial-strategies that can increase ROA and ROE values in order to strengthen their position in this highly competitive stock market.
