Abstract

Supervision is one of the important things that must be done in education. The important role of supervision that focuses on the principles and objectives in Islamic education is increasingly significant in the face of dynamic changes in the world of education that continues to grow. This study aims to examine what is meant by supervision and supervision and its principles in the context of Islamic education to the objectives of educational supervision. The method used in this research is using Literature Review study or literature review by using data collection techniques in the form of quotations from various sources, such as books, scientific journal articles. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to detail and describe the relevant findings from the literature reviewed. The results show that the study of the principles of supervision in the context of education is as follows: (1) Scientific Principles, (2) Deliberative Principles, (3) Cooperative Principles, (4) Constructive Principles, (5) Principles of Responsibility, (6) Principles of Prudence in Decision Making. The targets of supervision and supervision in education are carried out in order to improve the quality of the learning process which includes: (1) Curriculum Development and Guidance, (2) Learning Improvement and Refinement, and, (3) Teacher and School Staff Resource Development.

Abstract

Employee ethics are an important factor that supports the creation of a positive work culture foundation and can improve employee professionalism in an organization, institution, or office. The purpose of this study is to determine the ethics of office employees from an Islamic perspective and the implementation of moral values ​​in the work environment, the research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, the results of the study show 1) Office employee ethics are moral and behavioral guidelines that must be adhered to by every worker in carrying out their professional duties, 2) in Islam, ethics are closely related to moral science, which is a discipline that discusses various moral virtues and how to obtain them so that humans can adorn themselves with commendable qualities, 3) Akhlakul Karimah is a rule or norm that regulates the relationship between humans, God and the universe, Akhlakul Karimah is interpreted as a commendable trait or good deeds. Akhlakul Karimah shows the perfection of a person's faith in Allah SWT. which includes the noble character in Islam, namely, patience, sincerity, humbleness, honesty, trustworthiness, forgiveness and contentment, 4) The code of professional ethics is a norm that is accepted and applied by a professional group to provide guidance to its members regarding the behavior that should be.

Abstract

The author created this article with the aim of enabling the reader to understand the whole of the detailed understanding of Systems, Information, and Management as well as its relationship with the understanding of the name Management Information System according to the Experts and to present the theory of the principles of Resource Management in the Qur'an by reference to some combinations of the Scriptures. This article uses qualitative methods through library literature. The results indicate that there is a link between systems, information, and management that the organization really needs to work Management Information System to manage managed information resources so that it can produce and update goods and services. At the same time we produce five principles that should be used in the implementation of Management Information Systems in the review of the Qur'an and its interpretation. Which is the first; Principles of Accuracy in Searching and Managing Information, Second; Transparency and Honesty in Management, Third; Managing Resources With Wisdom, Fourth; Fair Decision-making, and Fifth; Development and Innovation.
