Abstract

Dalam hal kehidupan ada peran seorang pemimpin karena tanpa adanya pemimpin maka segala sesuatu atau segala hal akan susah dalam mengatur keseimbangannya. Keseimbangan antara tuntutan individu dan tujuan organisasi harus tercapai, karena kepemimpinan itu adalah usaha yang disengaja yang dikerjakan oleh seorang (pemimpin) untuk mewujudkan tujuan organisasi melalui individu lain dengan cara menginspirasi orang lain untuk melaksanakannya. dari pihak yang melaksanakan pelaksanaannya seorang pemimpinan sangat bertanggung jawab dengan perannya serta selalu di jalan yang benar tanpa mementingkan kepentingan pribadi, untuk menjadi pemimpin yang bisa dikatakan sempurna harus paham agama serta urusan dunia. seorang pemimpin juga harus memahami dasar-dasar kepemimpinan baik dalam konteks kecil maupun besar, termasuk negara, organisasi, dan keluarga, serta dalam diskusi dan situasi lainnya. Maka dari itu peran pemimpin sangat penting dan besar dalam suatu negara, organisasi maupun keluarga. Nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dalam Al-Qur'anmencakup keadilan, amanah, musyawarah, dan integritas moral yang menjadi landasan kepemimpinan Islami yang efektif. Pemimpin Islami adil, istiqomah, dan terbuka; menjaga hukum setara, disiplin, sabar, inovatif, serta sadar lingkungan internal-eksternal, demi menciptakan organisasi berintegritas dan berkelanjutan. Pemimpin Islami juga menjunjung amanah, tabligh, hikmah, fathonah, menjaga etos kerja, komunikasi efektif, dan kepedulian sosial. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi kepemimpinan dari perspektif nilai-nilai Al-Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi tinjauan pustaka, yaitu pengumpulan data dari Al-Qur'an, buku, jurnal, tafsir, dan sumber lainnya. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Lembaga Pendidikan, Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The management of educational facilities and infrastructure has a vital role in creating quality, effective and efficient education. This research aims to analyze the governance of educational facilities from an Islamic perspective through the literature study method. Data were collected from books, journals and documents related to education management and Islamic principles. The results show that good governance contributes to improving the quality of learning and creating a conducive environment. In the Islamic view, management not only emphasizes material aspects, but also spiritual values such as justice, trust, transparency and responsibility. The application of these principles is important to build an education system that not only educates intellectually, but also shapes the character and morals of students. Thus, optimal management supports the creation of holistic and sustainable education in facing global challenges.

Abstract

The ethics of the teaching profession are the main pillars in the implementation of Islamic education with character. The transformation of professional ethics does not only concern the scientific and professional aspects, but also the spiritual, moral, and social dimensions. This study aims to examine the role of the transformation of the ethics of the teaching profession in shaping the character of students based on Islamic values. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the transformation of the ethics of the teaching profession involves increasing integrity, moral responsibility, sincerity in teaching, and exemplary behavior that is sourced from Islamic teachings. The implementation of this ethics consistently can create Islamic education that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has a strong and religious character.

Abstract

Leadership is one of the key factors determining whether an organization will achieve victory or experience failure, achieve success or experience setbacks, and be accepted or rejected by the surrounding environment.. The purpose of this study is to examine leadership in the world of education in more depth, especially from the perspective of Islamic teachings. This study is included in the category of qualitative research with a literature review approach. Data collection was carried out through tracing and analyzing relevant literature, such as books and scientific articles, which were then combined to produce findings. The research findings reveal that leadership in Islamic education is based on obedience to Allah SWT and the importance of building harmonious social interactions. The three main principles of Islamic leadership are Amanah (responsibility and trustworthiness), Adil (upholding justice in all aspects of life), and Musyawarah (respecting points of view and building joint decisions). These principles require educational leaders to set a good example by managing resources with integrity, treating all parties fairly, and prioritizing collaborative decision-making.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how School-Based Management (SBM) is implemented in Islamic educational institutions and Determine the elements influencing its success and the obstacles encountered in the implementation of SBM. In addition, this journal also provides strategic recommendations to optimize the implementation of SBM in the Islamic education environment. The analysis was carried out by examining the existing literature on SBM in the context of Islamic education. Emphasis is placed on supporting factors such as leadership, community participation, and government policy support. In addition, emerging challenges, such as resistance to change, resource limitations, and organizational culture conflicts, are also analyzed to get a clearer picture from the possible obstacles. The findings of the analysis show that strengthening leadership capacity, developing managerial training for educators, and increasing collaboration between educational institutions and local communities are the main strategies that can optimize the implementation of SBM. By employing this strategy, it is anticipated that SBM can be applied successfully improving educational standards in Islamic institutions, while contributing positively to the growth of students' character and competencies.

Abstract

Evaluation in Islamic Education Management is a crucial aspect for assessing the extent to which the goals of Islamic education can be effectively achieved. This study aims to understand the definition, objectives, and functions of evaluation in supporting the realization of Islamic educational goals. The method used is a qualitative approach through library research, by reviewing various relevant sources. Islamic education aims to shape individuals who are faithful, pious, knowledgeable, and possess noble character; therefore, evaluation is necessary to measure the success of educational programs, improve teaching methods, and develop learning strategies based on Islamic values. Evaluation in Islamic education also serves as a diagnostic and corrective tool for the overall learning system, although its implementation often faces challenges such as limited human resources, time constraints, and lack of coordination among stakeholders.

Abstract

Planning, directing, implementing and supervising student activities at school is part of student management, which aims to create a learning environment that supports overall student growth. Including achievement assessments, extracurricular activities, and character development. In addition to providing a living environment that supports students' development into morally mature and responsible human beings, the goal is to ensure students' growth in academic, social and emotional areas. The rivew literature review process was used in the review of this research article. This process organizes the resources needed to write a research proposal based on research findings and helps in categorizing the current body of literature into relevant subjects. In this case it is intended that by monitoring students' reading of the hadith and Al-Quran, everyone can help them in achieving their academic goals. Character development, equity, lifelong learning, and a supportive learning environment are some of these ideals. Al-Qur'an verses, such as QS. An-Nahl verse 125, emphasizes the importance of disseminating information wisely and participating in productive debates

Abstract

The author created this article with the aim of enabling the reader to understand the whole of the detailed understanding of Systems, Information, and Management as well as its relationship with the understanding of the name Management Information System according to the Experts and to present the theory of the principles of Resource Management in the Qur'an by reference to some combinations of the Scriptures. This article uses qualitative methods through library literature. The results indicate that there is a link between systems, information, and management that the organization really needs to work Management Information System to manage managed information resources so that it can produce and update goods and services. At the same time we produce five principles that should be used in the implementation of Management Information Systems in the review of the Qur'an and its interpretation. Which is the first; Principles of Accuracy in Searching and Managing Information, Second; Transparency and Honesty in Management, Third; Managing Resources With Wisdom, Fourth; Fair Decision-making, and Fifth; Development and Innovation.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure have a very important role in supporting an effective and quality learning process. This article aims to present the results of research on the relationship between the principles of the Qur'an and efforts to improve the quality of educational facilities, as well as to evaluate and optimize their management in order to support the achievement of student quality. This research is based on the importance of increasing awareness of the role of educational facility management in encouraging the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. The method used is a literature study, which examines in depth the concept of educational facility and infrastructure management, its application according to the perspective of the Qur'an, its objectives, elements, and underlying principles. The research findings show that facility and infrastructure management is an essential component that cannot be separated from the education system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah kontribusi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam pembentukan kepribadian siswa pada institusi pendidikan Islam. Latar penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pembentukan karakter siswa sebagai bagian integral dari tujuan pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya menitikberatkan pada aspek intelektual, tetapi juga pada aspek emosional dan spiritual. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi adalah kurang maksimalnya pemanfaatan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sebagai sarana pembinaan karakter, padahal kegiatan tersebut berpotensi besar untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerjasama, serta nilai-nilai Islami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat difungsikan sebagai media yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa serta menggali peran guru dan strategi yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan kegiatan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai jurnal akademik, buku, dan dokumen terkait. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler memegang peranan penting dalam pembentukan karakter siswa apabila dilaksanakan dengan terstruktur dan selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam, serta didukung oleh peran aktif guru dan penerapan strategi yang tepat. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter berbasis ekstrakurikuler di lembaga pendidikan Islam.
