The purpose of this study was to (i) identify and analyze the effect of the dimensions of service quality that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri and (ii) to identify and analyze Dimensions in service quality the most dominant effect on guest satisfaction satisfaction that come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. The research was conducted at Hotel Borobudur Asri, with a population of 100 with a total sampling technique sampling, which means that all members of the population sampled as many as 100 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive research to explain the data and a description of the study, while for analyzing quantitative data using a multiple linear regression analysis.The research proves that the simultaneous results of this study prove the conjecture H0 is rejected and H1 accepted that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously significantly positive effect on the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. Partially tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has been implemented well in achieving guest satisfaction that come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. Based on the results of the study found that the dimensions of service quality based on the reliability of the dominant influence on the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. This means that guests have been able to understand that the perceived satisfaction is determined by all employees in providing services to work quickly in the service process and provide service with no favoritism (fair and do not discriminate) to give confidence to the guests a quality service.

This study aims to measure "the influence of Joko Widodo's social media on the electability of Joko Widodo in the 2019 Presidential Election." As the basis of this study, the theory of Computer Mediated Communication is used. In addition, the cognitive response theory. The research method used is explanatory. While the sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data was analyzed using R and T. Based on the results of the analysis showing that the influence between Joko Widodo's Instagram social media and Elektabilitas Joko Widodo is at a strong level of influence.

ANTV television station is one of the television has a flagship program that became the current phenomenon is the Indian series "Uttaran" which aired every day. This show is not only interested in teenagers but also among housewives. This research uses quantitative approach with the aim to know whether there is influence between watching impression Uttaran in ANTV to social behavior of housewife in RT 05 RW 08 Keluarahan Malaka Sari Kecamatan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. The research technique used in this research is survey and technical data analysis that is tested simple regression that begins with univariate analysis for descriptive statistic and then proceed with bivariate analysis of pearson correlations. The results of this study also shows that watching uttaran impressions affect the social behavior of housewives, so H0 is rejected means that the variables watching the uttaran impressive effect positive and significan on the social behavior of housewife variables. This research needs to be examined from the side of men who notebene they can only give comments made by mothers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi digital Public Relations pada label music Demajors dalam mempublikasikan album kepada khalayak. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep public relations, digital public relations dengan pendekatan kualitatif, paradigma yang digunakan post positivisme serta pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sebagai label music independent Demajors dalam hal ini divisi Promotion & Media Relations berhasil menyampaikan pesan ke khalayak dengan menggunakan media sosial (new media) sehingga mampu bersaing dengan label mainstream. Kegiatan publikasi dilakukan dengan merujuk pada segmentasi musik yang sesuai dengan karakter musiknya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa digital public relations menjadi tool yang tepat untuk mempublikasikan album kepada khlayak yang sekaligus menjadi pembeda dengan label musik independen yang ada di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: implementasi, digital public relations, demajors

This research aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance as well as the mediating effect of Organizational Commitment between Transformational Leadership on affecting Employee Performance in non-star hotels in Medan (North Sumatra) during the “New Normal” period. This is a survey research, using all employees who work in two non-star hotels in the city of Medan (North Sumatra) as research sample, totaling 60 Employees. The results are described descriptively in which were processed using SPSS version 23.0. The mediation variable test was carried out using the Sobel Test with significance level of p <.05. The results showed that there is a positive and significant direct effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance partially. Similarly, simultaneously there is an indirect effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment or in other words Organizational Commitment is able to mediate the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance. The results of this study prove that the conceptions of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment are still relevant today and also contribute to improve employee performance in the hotel industry in Indonesia, especially non-star hotels in Medan (North Sumatra) in New Normal period. Thus we purpose further research to be conducted to examine worker commitments trough factor analysis approach. Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 menggeser cara-cara manusia berkomunikasi. Seperti halnya yang dilakukan oleh warga perumahan Arga Padma Nirwana yang kini lebih aktif menggunakan WhatsApp Group (WAG). WAG tersebut sebagai bentuk ruang publik virtual yang digunakan untuk berinteraksi dan menyampaikan pesan-pesan komunikasi warga. Beragam dinamika dalam penggunaan salah satu platform digital tersebut muncul dan memengaruhi hubungan sosial di antara warga. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan WhatsApp Group terhadap hubungan sosial antar warga. WhatsApp Grup merupakan salah satu bentuk media baru. Sehingga salah satu landasan teori yang digunakan adalah teori Computer Mediated Communication. Selain itu teori Hubungan Dialektika Relasional dan konsep efektivitas WhatsApp Group digunakan juga dalam penelitian ini. Pada akhinrya teori maupun konsep tersebut membantu peneliti dalam menyiapkan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Peneliti menggunakan paradigma positivist dan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Survei dilakukan terhadap 105 responden. Dari hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa penggunaan WhatsApp Grup mempengaruhi Hubungan Sosial antar warga sebesar 20,2%. Hubungan ini tergolong pada tingkatan yang sedang.

Kecenderungan masyarakat Indonesia yang menerima informasi secara mentah-mentah dan dengan mudah menyebarkannya tanpa mencari tahu terlebih dahulu kebenaran dan informasi tersebut membuat hoaks masih dengan mudah beredar di internet, Sebaran hoaks dan dampak yang makin massif di Indonesia membutuhkan pendekatan dan cara yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif. Humas Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI yang bertugas mengawasi dan melaksanakan kebijakan di bidang komunikasi dan informatika juga terus berupaya memerangi peredaran hoaks dalam Menyosialisasikan program Lambe Hoaks kepada masyarakat, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana strategi Humas Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI dalam Menyosialisasikan program lambe hoaks, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus dan menggunakan teori difusi inovasi oleh Everett M Roger. hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Proses difusi inovasi pada program Lambe Hoaks ini juga meliputi empat unsur didalamnya yaitu Inovasi, Saluran Komunikasi, Jangka waktu serta Sistem Sosial, selain itu program Lambe Hoaks merupakan sebuah inovasi baru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi masyarakat mengenai klarifikasi berita hoaks yang beredar.
