Abstract

This paper was aimed at revealing the Egyptian Government's intervention in the management of Al-Azharwaqf. The data was collected by interviewing officials at the Al-Azhar University in Egypt, officials at the Egyptian Ministry of Education, academics and Waqf researchers in Egypt. The results of this study indicated that Egyptian Government intervened and took over the management of Al-Azharwaqf by issuing laws related to waqf and its management from 1923 to 1971. The impact of the takeover of Al-Azharwaqf management by the State also made Al-Azhar was no longer economically independent and was held hostage by the government.

Abstract

Pinjaman Online oleh masyarakat Indonesia merupakan salah satu produk dari Financial Technology yang sedang berkembang di dunia. Ketidaktahuan masyarakat mengenai ini dimanfaatkan pelaku untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang semakin besar, dan tidak segan-segan menggunakan cara kasar dalam proses penagihan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penjelasan mengenai pentingnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap perkembangan teknologi bidang ekonomi khususnya Pinjaman Online yang dirasa sangat memudahkan masyarakat karna persyaratan dan pencairan dana yang mudah, praktis dan cepat.Literasi atau sosialisasi mengenai masalah seperti ini dapat dilakukan secara sinergis Otoritas Jasa Keuangan selaku pemegang regulasi industry jasa keuangan. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan di lokasi yang memiliki tingkat pendidikan tinggi di Jawa Tengah dengan  tingkat ekonomi yang tinggi pula yaitu Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kota Surakarta  sebagai objek dari penelitian ini.Hasil dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa masyarakat Surakarta yang didominasi oleh generasi muda telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang pinjaman online. Berdasarkan pengetahuan tersebut, masyarakat dapat memilih pinjaman online legal yang aman digunakan karena pinjaman online legal di bawah pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) tidak seperti pinjaman online ilegal yang dapat membahayakan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of halal awareness, seller reputation and product promotion both partially and simultaneously on the interest in buying food through the Shopee application, especially for Shopeefood feature service users in the Surakarta City area. As for the type of research method, it is quantitative based on primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data sources are obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires with gform media while secondary data is through books, journals, web pages, etc. The number of samples taken was 120 respondents with nonprobability sampling techniques. The method is carried out by survey. Data analysis techniques to answer hypotheses using multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous test (F), determination test, and partial test (t) with a significant level of 5% (α = 0.05) processed with the help of SPSS 25 software. Based on the partial test, halal awareness did not have a positive and insignificant effect on buying interest. Simultaneously testing halal awareness, seller reputation and product promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Abstract

This research aims to explain the importance of interpretation of the law — to the formulation of legal texts that already have legal certainty — for a law enforcement officer who aims to maintain the value of justice and the usefulness of the law, especially in the realm of Islamic family law and Syariah Economics. So that the judge as law enforcement who in the speech is considered to know the law (ius curia novit) is able to solve the problems that enter based on certainty, justice, and legal expediency. This is then made a subject matter as an interesting study of what is the method of interpretation as part of the method of legal discovery, besides that there is also the relevance of the ijitihad method as one way in the interpretation of law to the application of Islamic family law and Syariah Economics. This research is a literature study that tries to describe the importance of interpretation of legal texts (laws and regulations) through descriptive-analysis methods that process data qualitatively, so as to generate answers about the importance of legal interpretation and examples of its application in Islamic family law and Syariah Economics.

Abstract

This study empirically demonstrates efforts to strengthen the performance of identity and corporate governance on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia, the influence of corporate identity performance on Islamic banking governance in Indonesia, and the influence of the performance of corporate identity and governance on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia.  This is due to the low social function of Islamic banks in Indonesia towards the sustainability of better business, social, and environmental performance.  Types of quantitative research with an ex post facto research design. The research population of all Islamic banks in Indonesia included BMI, BSI, BMSI, and BSMI samples.  The data were analysed using simple additive weighting techniques by modelling using SEM-PLS techniques. The study's conclusions show that strengthening corporate identity performance and corporate governance towards the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia is carried out with regulations, policies, and Sharia compliance. Corporate identity performance positively and significantly affects Islamic banking governance in Indonesia. A company's management has no effect on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study provides recommendations from the government as a policy regulator that contributes to the supervision of Islamic banks in Indonesia, especially in the implementation of corporate governance, which includes the ethical performance of companies and the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia by making systematic regulations as a reference for Islamic banks. Islamic banks in Indonesia need to re-reflect on neglected social activities because they prioritise commercial activities too much, thus ignoring social activities which are also at the core of bank activities as intermediary institutions and financial services.

Abstract

This research is research to determine the effect of CAR, NPF, FDR, and inflation in Bank Mega Syariah return on assets (ROA) in 20, This research is quantitative research with secondary data, obtained from Bnak Mega Syariah quarterly financial report in 2016 – 2023. The research uses a purposive sampling technique for sampling, the sample used in this research is quarterly financial report data consisting of 32 CAR data, 32 NPF data, 32 FDR data and 32 inflation statistics for quarterly months data in 2016 – 2023 data Analysis techniques in research use quantitative analysis techniques using Eviews Software to process data. The result showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Ratio (NPF) and Inflation do not affect Return On Assets (ROA), only Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) affects Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

A particular emphasis will be placed on the banner manufacturing service that Surya Printing Lampung offers to accomplish the purpose of this research, which is to investigate the influence of the promotion mix (7P) on the purchasing decision of consumers. A total of 96 samples, as part of this investigation, were used to perform multiple regression. The assistance of SPSS version 23 was used. According to the obtained regression analysis, factors such as value, position, location, and procedures, as well as physical evidence, have a favorable and significant impact through statistics on retail customers' purchasing decision. Off-product and people variables, on the other hand, do not provide evidence of such a link. While this is going on, the marketing mix (7P), which is determined by the F test, is affecting the decision to purchase banner manufacturing services from Surya Printing Lampung. Abstract

The aims of this study are to see whether or not digital literacy, security, and brand image are affected by customer interest in using Muamalat DIN. This research is based on the use of the Muamalat DIN application issued by Bank Muamalat which is few about only around 37% of all customers in a Sub Branch. This type of research is quantitative research with a SEM-PLS approach and the primary data is the data used in this study which was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and online to customers of Bank Muamalat Sub Branch Boyolali. The sample of this study was taken using a simple random sampling technique and the Taro Yamane formula was used to calculate the number of samples used. The results of the study show that digital literacy does not have a significant effect on customer interest in using Muamalat DIN at Bank Muamalat Sub Branch Boyolali. Meanwhile, security and brand image have a significant effect on customer interest in using Muamalat DIN at Bank Muamalat Sub Branch Boyolali.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine the influence of ICSR on financial performance and reputation of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia on period 2019-2023. This study reveals how much impact the implementation of ICSR has on Islamic banks. The data sourced from annual reports of Islamic banks, this study uses multiple linear regression models. The number of samples in this study is 9 Islamic commercial banks registered by Indonesia Financial Service Authority (OJK). By using SPSS 23 software analysis tools, the result is ICSR has significantly affect the reputation of Islamic banks due to their foundational principles to contribute to the society in accordance to the principles of Islamic philanthropy. But the financial performance variable, ICSR showed no significant influence due of performance because of performance for some reason which could relate to ICSR initiatives focused on Islamic Phylantropi based aspects, does not directly affect financial metrics (profitability, ROA) and focus on short-term financial data, missing the delayed payoff of ICSR. This research takes a more actual observation year than the previous research and uses more accurate indicators in accordance with the regulations of the regulators.
