Abstract

Pengalaman ekonomi sosialis yang dianut oleh Uni Soviet (USSR) dan Republik Rakyat Cina (RRC) dapat menjadi pelajaran bagi Negara-negara muslim melaksanakan ekonomi non-ribawi dan berbasis bagi hasil. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah sistem ekonomi sosialis pasar dalam mengatasi isu-isu reformasi dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Isu kordinasi antara birokrasi pemerintah dan kebebasan pasar ternyata masih menjadi hambatan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang optimal. Birokrasi yang panjang telah berpengaruh terhadap kepekaan reaksi pasar kedua untuk merespon pergerakan ekonomi global

Abstract

One resolution of moral hazard in venture capital (CV) is clarity and certainty in his Covenant. This article about it by analyzing the juridical basis of the Covenant pattern for CV results within the scope of KUHPerdata and KHES of mudarabah in solving CV. Abstract

Because of the strict regulation, the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) needs to minimize the implementation of early marriage. KUA Jetis sub-district, Bantul Regency has conducted juridical and sociological efforts based on qualitative research organized. Through documentation, observation and interviews with KUA employees and sub-district employees, these conclusions were obtained.

Abstract

This study intends to explore bait al-mal as the principal of financial institution in Islam within the view of fikih muamalah and the history of bait al-mal in the era of classical jurisprudence in order to get clarity about the role of government in social security, especially that developed in Andalusia. Management of bait al-mal has clarified the role of the government as a mandate of God's Right. Utilization of God's right other than for Him alone, also expanded for the benefit of public altogether. Social security system in Islam has implemented it both in its muamalah fiqh and its economic history. All of that is based on the government's obligation to engage in social security system to guarantee law enforcement in all aspects of life and maintenance of economic and political stability.

Abstract

this paper examines the inheritance relating to joint property in marriage and recipients in the form of a comparison between Islamic law and customary law normatively. Customary law here is related to other customs and customs adopted by the Muslim community. Islamic law and customary law of Indonesian Muslim tribes have in common especially in terms of inheritance barriers. The potential for equality in the distribution of inheritance, including shared and inherited assets, is also very prominent.

Abstract

This study describes community action research on the health problems of the santri family due to the impact of COVID 19 in the mosque environment at the neighborhood level of Malang residents. Community action research was carried out using simple ingredients to increase physical immunity so that the effects of disease caused by the COVID 19 virus could be reduced by self-medication. The santri families who have been positively exposed are isolated and consume simple ingredients to vomit and / or have diarrhea so that the santri family is healthy again. The health model of a simple herb is to return an imbalanced body condition back into balance through self-medication so that the family experiences pleasant subjective experiences.

Abstract

The direction of the Qibla is very important in salat prayer. Having to know the direction means being part of a series of prerequisite prayer requirements. For the people of Mecca and those who live there, Qibla is not a problem because they do not experience difficulties in determining it. However, for countries and cities outside Mecca in the State of Saudi Arabia it is a very important issue as to which direction the Qibla to the Ka'bah is right to accurate. There are several methods that have been invented and have been practiced and achieved accurate results, but not all ulama of fiqh can fully accept them. Through the study of Indonesian literature on the direction of the Qibla and discussed with descriptive qualitative, opinions and reasons are further explored that help address the need for discussion in astronomy. Not all circles are capable of accepting technological developments, there are some groups who refuse that it is sufficient to determine the direction of the Qibla facing west. Among the groups who reject it, namely traditional scholars or ancient kyai, they believe that the mosque built by the wali cannot be wrong or may not face the Qibla.

Abstract

Abstract

This Qualitative research is to see the suitability of land waqf implementation, especially in the administrative area of ​​the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Pandak District, Bantul Regency, with the prevailing regulations in Indonesia. The sociological juridical approach was chosen in analyzing the data collected by observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Some of the informants are the Registration Officer for the Akta Ikrar Waqf (PPAIW KUA and staff); Nadzir Legal Entity; and individual Wakif in Pandak District. The implementation of land waqf in Pandak District is in accordance with the applicable provisions, namely Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. However, several obstacles, especially in land law certainty and the active participation of all parties involved in land ownership, must receive immediate attention. Socialization regarding Law N0. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf can be implemented in a sustainable manner so that the benefits can be extended to the productive waqf area. The action can be through face-to-face counseling or community recitation activities in addition to the use of electronic and print media.
