This study aims to determine the use of Coretax application in making e-Bupot Unification at PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Lampung Branch. e-Bupot Unification is an electronic document used to report tax withholding and collection by tax withholders or collectors. The use of Coretax as an integrated taxation system is expected to simplify and speed up the company's tax administration process, especially in terms of Unification e-Bupot reporting. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the use of Coretax in making e-Bupot Unification has been running well and provides convenience for tax staff in terms of time efficiency, data management, and compliance with applicable tax provisions. However, there are still some obstacles such as technical glitches in the system and the need for increased training for users in order to maximize the use of the Coretax application. Abstract

The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly changed many facets of life, including how businesses operate. Among the most impacted industries, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) must adapt to these changes. One of the adaptive strategies adopted by MSME is incorporating digital technologies into their operational procedures. Restrictions on face-to-face interactions have compelled many MSME to transition to online buying and selling activities. This shift requires business owners to be prepared for digitalization as part of the new normal. With digital transformation acting as a moderating variable, this research attempts to investigate also evaluate the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) on the financial performance of MSME. The research focuses on MSME located in the banana chips industrial center in Bandar Lampung City. The sample comprises MSME actively involved in digital marketing and transactions. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The results showed that TQM significantly and positively affects the financial performance of MSME. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that digital transformation successfully modifies the correlation between TQM and financial performance.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to assist in the reporting of tax returns (SPT) using electronic forms (e-Forms) and to provide a comprehensive understanding of the community and business actors. It is expected to empower and enhance the understanding of annual tax reporting for residents and business actors in Purworejo Village, Negeri Katon District, and the Pesawaran Regency. Methodology: The implementation of this community service uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, a technique that enables the community to participate in making real action plans and monitoring and evaluating policies that affect their lives. Results: Through the training and socialization organized in this community service, business actors in the village became more aware of their tax obligations. Consequently, they are more diligent in recording their business transactions and income, enabling them to complete the e-Form SPT more accurately. Limitation: The results of this research may be difficult to announce because conditions in Purworejo Village may differ significantly from other villages or areas, making it difficult to generalize the findings. Contribution: By using digital technology and e-Form SPT, MSMEs can be more effective in fulfilling their tax reporting obligations and managing their administration. This activity encourages MSMEs to adopt modern technology, increase tax compliance, and reduce administrative burden.
