Abstract

Grade II students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ittihad in Jambi City are struggling with reading comprehension, which is affecting their ability to understand the content of reading materials, accurately interpret information, and answer questions related to the text. To help kids become better readers, educators have developed the Reading Guidance Approach. The research here follows the four-step model proposed by Kemmis and McTaggart: preparation, execution, evaluation, and revision. The purpose of this research is to help second graders studying Indonesian at Nurul Ittihad Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Jambi City enhance their reading comprehension abilities. Data was gathered via observation, interviews, assessments, and recording over the course of two cycles of three sessions each. The research found that between cycles I and II, instructor activities rose by 17% and student activities increased by 8%. From 28% in the pre-cycle, 71% in Cycle I, and 89% in Cycle II, the results of the learning completeness test indicated a steady rise. According to these findings, second graders at Nurul Ittihad Private Elementary School in Jambi City who are studying Indonesian benefit from the reading guidance strategy in terms of their reading comprehension abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' interest in reading using local wisdom-based comic media, in class III Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhajirin Jambi City. Students' reading interest is still relatively low in Natural and Social Sciences subjects, totaling 26 people. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model consisting of 2 cycles. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' interest in reading by using comic media based on local wisdom with the percentage of the average value of students' interest in reading in the pre-cycle 33.13%, cycle I 67.45%, and cycle II 92.01% with a very high student interest category, and the percentage of student success in the pre-cycle 11%, cycle 1 61.53%, and cycle II 100% with a very high student interest category. As well as an increase in teacher and student activities in cycle 1 60% and cycle II 87.2%.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the condition of students who are still lacking in literacy activities carried out by the school in the morning 15 minutes before learning begins. This study aims to determine Teacher Efforts in Improving Students' Literacy Skills through the Reading Corner at MI SALAMAH Jambi City, the method used in this study is qualitative using data collection instruments in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources are the Principal, Class Teachers, and students, Data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, Teacher Efforts in Improving Students' Literacy Skills through the Reading Corner at MI Salamah Jambi City have been implemented well, for example, children can already speak well and correctly but there are also those who still cannot speak correctly. Supporting and inhibiting factors in Teacher Efforts in Improving Students' Literacy Skills through the Reading Corner at MI Salamah Jambi City, The supporting factors are such as facilities and infrastructure, having a reading corner in the classroom, and environmental factors. While the inhibiting factors are, the books in the reading corner are inadequate, and still incomplete, as well as factors within the students and parents. Teachers' efforts to improve students' literacy skills through the reading corner are by utilizing existing facilities, and always providing motivation to students and increasing the number of books in the reading corner.

Abstract

Strategi pengembangan lembaga keuangan dan entitas syariah menjadi kunci dalam mendukung terwujudnya Indonesia Emas 2045. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan tantangan yang dihadapi sektor keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Hasil kajian mengungkap bahwa penerapan prinsip syariah, diversifikasi produk keuangan, dan ketahanan terhadap krisis merupakan keunggulan utama sektor ini. Di sisi lain, tantangan seperti keterbatasan inovasi, kurangnya SDM yang kompeten, serta fragmentasi regulasi masih menjadi hambatan signifikan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, disusun sejumlah strategi utama, seperti peningkatan literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah, akselerasi digitalisasi melalui fintech syariah, penguatan tata kelola syariah, diversifikasi layanan, serta integrasi keuangan sosial Islam dan pemberdayaan UMKM. Implementasi strategi ini secara kolaboratif diyakini dapat memperkuat kontribusi lembaga keuangan syariah dalam menciptakan sistem keuangan nasional yang adil, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana metode Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) dapat meningkatkan akuntabilitas keuangan melalui pendekatan telaah pustaka secara mendalam. Tidak seperti sistem penganggaran tradisional yang mengacu pada data tahun-tahun sebelumnya, ZBB menuntut setiap pengeluaran dijustifikasi dari awal agar alokasi anggaran benar-benar mencerminkan kebutuhan aktual dan arah strategis organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ZBB mampu meningkatkan transparansi fiskal, memperkuat sistem pengawasan internal, dan mendorong tata kelola keuangan yang akuntabel di berbagai sektor. Namun, penerapan yang optimal sangat bergantung pada komitmen pimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan kesiapan infrastruktur sistem. Studi ini juga menggarisbawahi hambatan yang muncul, seperti resistensi birokrasi serta minimnya riset empiris, terutama di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya ZBB sebagai pendekatan strategis untuk membangun sistem keuangan publik yang efisien, transparan, dan bertanggung jawab.
