Abstract

Abstract Jakpreneur is a programme initiated by the Jakarta Provincial Government to encourage family economic empowerment through support for MSMEs. This programme aims to improve the family economy, especially among the lower middle class, by providing training, access to capital, and market access facilities. Jakpreneur also collaborates between the government, the business sector, and the community in creating an environment that supports the growth of MSMEs. With training provided by industry experts and business practitioners, participants of this programme are empowered to develop managerial, marketing, and financial skills. The data analysis technique uses qualitative research, by obtaining an overview of Jakpreneur. Using secondary data collection methods, namely by utilising existing documents. The results of this study show that Jakpreneur has had a positive impact with increased business growth, income, and welfare of participant families. However, challenges such as additional access to capital and market expansion remain the focus of ongoing development. Keywords: jakprenuer, economic empowerment,UMKM Abstrak Jakpreneur merupakan program yang diinsiasi oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga melalui dukungan kepada UMKM. Program ini bertujuan untuk menngkatkan ekonomi keluarga, khususnya di kalangan ekonomi menengah ke bawah, dengan memberikan pelatihan, akses modal, dan fasilitas akses pasar. Jakpreneur juga berkolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor bisnis, dan masyarakat dalam meniciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM. Dengan adanya pelatihan yang diselenggrakan dari ahli industri dan praktis bisnis, peserta program ini diberdayakan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan manajerial, pemasaran, dan keuangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan memproleh gambaran mengenai Jakpreneur. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan dari data sekunder yaitu dengan pemanfaatan dokumen yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Jakpreneur telah memberikan dampak positif dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan usaha, pendapatan, dan kesejahteraan keluarga peserta. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti akses tambahan terhadap modal dan perluasan pasar masih menjadi fokus pengembangan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: jakprenuer, pemberdayaan ekonomi, UMKM

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the form of PLS supervision and monitoring activities in PKBM Teratai. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by collecting data through interviews and observations which were carried out in April 2023 in Cilegon, Banten. The results of data analysis in this study stated that the problems in PKBM Teratai included obstacles from the learning residents themselves such as a lack of awareness of learning, the limited number of infrastructure facilities, and after monitoring some of the learning residents experienced learning trauma so that the need for counseling personnel such as counseling guidance so that learning citizens can develop themselves according to their potential. The results of this monitoring evaluation can be seen from the planning of learning programs, the implementation of learning activities including implementation constraints, achievement of learning program indicators, administration of study groups, best practices during program implementation, serious problems to their resolution steps.
