Abstract

Problem Statement The rapid development of information and communication technology has a significant impact on adolescent behavior, one of which is online game addiction. Online games, which have become one of the favorite entertainments for teenagers, have led to the emergence of the phenomenon known as gaming disorder, which is characterized by an uncontrollable pattern of gaming behavior. Objective This study aims to analyze the risk factors of gaming disorder in adolescents, as well as to explore its management efforts through the PECI OREN (Peer Coaching For Teens) method. Method The research was conducted using a descriptive-analytic design, involving 86 high school students at risk of experiencing gaming disorder. The instrument used to measure gaming disorder symptoms is the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale–Short-Form (IGDS9-SF). Finding The research results show that 11.6% of respondents are at risk of experiencing gaming disorder, with the highest score found in the symptom of "escape motivation," which indicates the use of games to cope with negative feelings. Conclusion Effective management of gaming disorder can be carried out through various efforts, including education, parental monitoring, and the implementation of the PECI OREN method, which involves the role of peers in providing social support.

Abstract

Background: The development of information technology has encouraged libraries to adopt innovations in their services, one of which is through a book proposal web service. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the utilization of the book proposal web service on the availability and completeness of new collection at the Trenggalek Regency Archives and Library. Methods: This research employs field research with a qualitative descriptive approach based on the DeLone and McLean Information Success Model (2003), which consisst of six main indicators. Data collection includes observations and interviews with four users of the book proposal web service. The collected data was then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusing drawing. Results: The result indicate that the book proposal web provides easy access for users, several challenges remain, such a lack of clarity regarding proposal status, delays in follows-ups suboptimal system reliability, and suboptimal system reliability. Despite these challenges, the service contribute are still to aligning the library’s collection with user’s needs, though some book categories are still considered incomplete. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it is necessary information transparency, optimize follow-up of proposals, and improve the system to be more stable so that this service can be more effectivein increasing library collections according to user needs.

Abstract

Transformer is a very important thing for distributing electricity. One of the troubles that happen to transformer is overload which can shorten their life or worse case it can cause an explosion. Up until now, PLN Corporation still doesn’t have mitigation alerts for overload. Load monitoring is still done manually along with inputting data on the web. It can cause false inputting of data due to human error. So, this research was made that can be monitored on the web and shown as a diagram with real-time parameters. This research can also be moved to its place because it’s portable. This research uses a current sensor and voltage sensor also GPS which is processed by a microcontroller and then the result is shown in LCD and monitoring web by ESP8266. Hopefully, this research can help PLN mitigate overload and reduce human error, remembering that substation transformer costs a lot. The result of the test shows that this system could read voltage and current values with average sensitivity 0,1803% and 1,15%. Besides, it has GPS to detect location when it moves place and it has high accurate.
