Abstract

This research describes the implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN 88 Pekanbaru. The type of research chosen is a qualitative approach, the instruments used are interview guidelines and observation guidelines. The results showed that the implementation of the school literacy movement (GLS) at SDN 88 Pekanbaru had not been carried out optimally. Literacy is a language skill possessed by a person in communicating reading, spe aking, listening and writing, one of the most common supports for literacy is the library, schools can implement a library visit program. The library visit program is an organized activity that is applied to students regularly every week with different classes to carry out literacy activities. Qualitative research is research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning (subject perspective) are emphasized in qualitative research. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. In addition, this theoretical basis is also useful for providing an overview of the research setting and as material for discussing research results.

Abstract

The present study sets out to design an assessment tool using Quizizz to evaluate understanding of the values and meaning of Pancasila among fourth-grade elementary students. The study applied the ADDIE development framework, which consists of five key steps: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. According to assessments by two language experts, the instrument was deemed highly valid and dependable. The first expert assigned an average score of 81%, while the second gave 90%, resulting in an overall average of 85%, placing the tool in the "very valid" category. Additionally, an evaluation by an assessment specialist produced a validation score of 94%. The instrument’s reliability was tested through the Quizizz platform with 26 fourth-grade students, yielding Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.774, 0.753, and 0.734. As all scores surpassed the accepted threshold of 0.7, it can be concluded that this tool is proper to use in assessing students' comprehension of Pancasila’s values and significance.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien mencerminkan reaksi emosional yang muncul setelah pasien mengevaluasi layanan kesehatan yang diterimanya dengan harapan atau ekspektasi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kemaraya Kendari serta mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan tersebut. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian didasarkan pada urgensi untuk menilai mutu layanan farmasi yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling selama periode Agustus hingga September 2025. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengevaluasi lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, empati, jaminan, dan aspek fisik. Diharapkan hasil studi ini mampu memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai mutu pelayanan kefarmasian serta aspek-aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan guna mendorong peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan turut berkontribusi dalam pengembangan standar kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Puskesmas serta menjadi landasan dalam upaya perbaikan layanan kesehatan yang berfokus pada kebutuhan dan kepuasan pasien. masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah, terutama kelompok rentan
