Abstract

Evaluasi termasuk dalam penilaian hasil belajar. Menurut Bandura, Self Efficacy diartikan untuk sampai pada tahapan target yang diinginkan atau ditentukan maka dibutuhkan pertimbangan seseorang tentang kemampuan dirinya yang akan memberikan dampak pada perilaku selanjutnya. Oleh sebab itu, self efficacy (efikasi diri) berdampak pada tinggi atau rendahnya kepercayaan siswa dalam menyelesaikan suatu tugas, baik secara akademik maupun tidak. Berdasarkan teori tersebut, maka efikasi diri adalah sebuah ketetapan diri seseorang untuk berbuat sesuatu secara tuntas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SDN Bintaro 09 Pagi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,2%. Selanjutnya Manfaat penelitian ini penulis memiliki harapan penelitian ini dapat menjadi petunjuk informasi, rekomendasi maupun masukan dalam penelitian selanjutnya yang terkait dengan self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: Self Efficacy, Hasil Belajar, Penilaian Harian, dan Ide Pokok Paragraf.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya observasi peneliti terhadap beberapa sekolah dasar yang ada didaerah Tegal Kunir, Mau.. Hasil Observasi dan wawancara peneliti adalah kurangnya minat literasi dilingkungan siswa sekolah dasar serta menurunnya nilai-nilai karakter siswa. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan sinergi orang tua dan guru dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan melalui literasi untuk membentuk karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Program Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk: 1)Pelatihan literasi digital untuk orang tua. 2)Diskusi literasi bersama guru. 3)pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi bersama siswa, 4) Pembuatan Pojok Baca Sekolah untuk siswa dan guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang melibatkan partisipasi orang tua, guru, dan masyarakat dalam membangun nilai-nilai AIK dalam gerakan literasi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan mulai bulan November 2024 hingga Januari 2025 selama 3 kali pertemuan. Hasil program ini juga mendorong kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua dengan adanya kontribusi orang tua dalam pelaksanaan wakaf buku untuk siswa, kesadaran guru akan literasi sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter dan memicu perubahan positif pada siswa, seperti meningkatnya minat membaca siswa, sikap saling menghargai, dan kepatuhan pada norma agama serta sosial, sekaligus menjadi model adaptif bagi pendidikan lain.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of school principal leadership management in improving teacher performance and enhancing students’ academic achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Pamijahan District. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method involving six madrasahs selected purposively. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The principal findings reveal that school principals play strategic roles as managers, supervisors, motivators, and educational leaders in optimizing teacher performance. Key leadership management practices include participatory planning, systematic task organization, professional development through continuous training, classroom supervision, and performance evaluations based on student learning outcomes. Teacher performance improvement was evidenced by more structured lesson planning, diversified teaching methods, and better classroom management. Consequently, students’ academic achievements showed significant improvement, indicated by increased attainment of minimum learning standards and active participation during lessons. Nevertheless, principals encountered challenges such as limited learning facilities and varied teacher motivation levels. These obstacles were addressed through collaborative strategies involving school committees and continuous professional development programs. Overall, effective leadership management from principals significantly contributes to enhancing teacher competence and student academic outcomes. This study underscores the vital role of transformational leadership in Islamic primary education, providing practical recommendations for school management development at the madrasah level. The findings also highlight the necessity of strengthening principal training programs and institutional support to ensure sustainable quality improvement in basic Islamic education.

Abstract

Cooperative learning strategies have been widely recognized for enhancing interpersonal skills and fostering positive student attitudes. The Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) model emphasizes structured group work and individual accountability, which are crucial in cultivating cooperative attitudes. In the context of Pancasila Education—a foundational course aimed at instilling national ideology and character building in Indonesian students—the integration of effective cooperative learning models is essential for promoting social harmony and civic responsibility. This study aims to investigate the effect of the STAD Cooperative Learning Model on students' cooperation attitudes within the framework of Pancasila Education. Specifically, it seeks to determine whether the implementation of the STAD model significantly enhances cooperative behaviors and attitudes among high school students engaged in the Pancasila curriculum. A quasi-experimental research design was employed, involving two groups of high school students enrolled in Pancasila Education classes. The experimental group participated in the STAD cooperative learning model, while the control group followed traditional instructional methods. Data were collected using a validated cooperation attitude questionnaire administered before and after the intervention. The sample comprised 200 students selected through stratified random sampling to ensure representativeness. Statistical analyses, including paired t-tests and ANCOVA, were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the STAD model. Preliminary findings indicate that students exposed to the STAD cooperative learning model exhibited a significant improvement in their cooperation attitudes compared to the control group (p < 0.05). The experimental group showed enhanced abilities in teamwork, communication, and mutual support, aligning with the core principles of Pancasila Education. Additionally, subgroup analyses revealed that the positive effects of the STAD model were consistent across different demographic variables, including gender and socio-economic status.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of physical activity on the social skills of elementary school students in South Tangerang. Utilizing a factor analysis approach, the research examines various dimensions of physical activity—including frequency, duration, and type—and their correlations with key social competencies such as communication, teamwork, empathy, and conflict resolution. A sample of 164 students from ten elementary schools in South Tangerang was selected through stratified random sampling to ensure representativeness. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and observational assessments conducted over six months. Statistical analysis revealed that regular participation in structured physical activities significantly enhances students' social skills, with team-based sports showing the most substantial positive effects. Additionally, the study identified specific factors within physical activity programs that contribute to developing social competencies, including cooperative gameplay, leadership opportunities, and inclusive participation strategies. These findings suggest that integrating comprehensive physical activity programs into the elementary school curriculum can foster essential social skills, thereby contributing to students' overall personal and academic development. The study recommends that educators and policymakers prioritize implementing and supporting diverse physical activity initiatives to promote a holistic educational environment. Future research should explore the long-term effects of sustained physical activity on social skills and investigate the potential moderating variables such as socioeconomic status and cultural background.
