Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perangkat desa dan kualitas pelayanan publik di Desa Pringgasela, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari wawancara terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen diterapkan melalui lima tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, evaluasi, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Partisipasi masyarakat dalam forum seperti Musyawarah Desa (Musdes) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas tata kelola pemerintahan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa transformasi digital melalui aplikasi OpenSID telah mulai diterapkan untuk mempercepat pelayanan publik, meskipun masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur dan keterampilan teknologi di kalangan perangkat desa. Selain itu, BUMDes berperan sebagai pendorong ekonomi lokal, menciptakan peluang kerja, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Rekomendasi penelitian ini meliputi peningkatan infrastruktur digital, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi perangkat desa, dan penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa dan masyarakat. Dukungan kebijakan dari pemerintah pusat dan daerah juga diperlukan untuk menciptakan tata kelola desa yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and examine in depth the performance of civil servants in public services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The steps used in data analysis techniques are editing, clarifying data, then drawing conclusions. Service during the pandemic is not the same as before Covid-19. Working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic did not go as expected, because service activities in the office are work that must be completed at the office, not at home.

Abstract

Landscape development for ecotourism potential is one of the focuses of the National Development Planning Agency through the Indonesian Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan program. Currently, the tourism sector has the potential to contribute to the country's foreign exchange, like other ASEAN countries, where the tourism sector has contributed more than 10% of the country's foreign exchange. In Indonesia, the contribution of the tourism sector is still below 10%. Bali Province has become a favorite tourist destination, both for domestic and foreign tourists. However, along with the progress of modernity, the capacity of the Province of Bali has become very vulnerable, so that the development of tourism on the island of Bali can be directed to the island of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province. One of the potential areas to be developed is the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ), which is not too far from Zainuddin Abdul Majid International Airport (ZAMIA), making Mandalika have easy access for tourists. The development of new ecotourism areas requires scientific studies to identify the potential and social conditions of the local community. This study aims to explore the tourism potential based on the nature and culture of the people of Kuta Mandalika, as well as develop development and marketing strategies.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the key factors to get the best performance, because HR is an effective and efficient factor in determining and achieving goals. Employee performance is the result of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Basically, humans or someone who is in organizational life tries to determine and form an activity plan for all parties, so that carrying out activities does not conflict with the attitudes and behavior of each individual. The population in this study are employees of PT. Berlian Cahaya Bima, which is located at Jalan Selaparang Number 36, Mayura, Cakranegara District, Mataram City, has 120 employees. This study uses a known population and the sample used in this study is a minimum of 100 people. One of the samples taken was proportionate random sampling because the total population was known as 35 employees of PT. Bima Light Diamond. The type of data used is interval data, where the numbers start from the smallest to the largest scale and have the same distance from one another. While the data source used is primary by way of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a significant influence on motivation, which means that the company pays close attention to each employee's work, so that employees are always given support from the company when doing work; 2) motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, which means that the motivation given by the company has a positive effect on employees, so that employees are enthusiastic at work; 3) organizational culture does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, because job satisfaction is a (positive) attitude of employees towards their work that arises based on an assessment of the work situation; and 4) organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance, employees work based on the organizational culture adopted by the company, if organizational culture encounters obstacles that are happening to employees, then employee performance can be affected. Based on the results of research and processing of data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents as many as 150 questionnaires about the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The results of the evaluation of the goodness of fit indices on the structural model of the research results show good results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of human resources (HR), organizational culture, and Sapta Marga values on community satisfaction in public services in Pelambik Village, Southwest Praya District, Central Lombok Regency. A quantitative approach with a survey method was used, involving 95 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires, structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the quality of human resources, organizational culture, and values of Sapta Marga have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The value of Sapta Marga has the most dominant influence, followed by the quality of human resources and organizational culture. The determination coefficient (R²) test showed that 72.1% of the variation in community satisfaction could be explained by these three variables, while the rest was influenced by other factors such as infrastructure, regulations, and community participation. These findings confirm that improving the quality of public services at the village level requires synergy between improving the competence of the apparatus, fostering a positive organizational culture, and internalizing moral values such as Sapta Marga. This integrated strategy can strengthen the professionalism of the apparatus, increase the humanist service orientation, and strengthen the community's legitimacy and trust in the village government.

Abstract

Perajinan topi lontar merupakan salah satu potensi budaya lokal masyarakat Desa Santong, Kecamatan Terara, Lombok Timur, yang memiliki nilai identitas sekaligus peluang ekonomi kreatif. Namun, keberlanjutan kerajinan ini masih menghadapi kendala, terutama keterbatasan inovasi desain, kualitas produk yang belum seragam, dan rendahnya pemanfaatan media digital untuk pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengrajin dalam mengembangkan kerajinan topi lontar agar lebih bernilai ekonomi dan tetap berakar pada budaya lokal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan melibatkan 15 peserta dari kelompok pengrajin dan masyarakat usia produktif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, dan praktik langsung melalui tahapan identifikasi awal, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, praktik pengembangan produk, pengenalan pemasaran digital, serta evaluasi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan lembar evaluasi sederhana, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai nilai budaya, nilai ekonomi, inovasi desain, kualitas produk, dan pemasaran digital. Keterampilan peserta juga meningkat dalam pemilihan bahan, teknik anyaman, pembentukan pola, finishing, serta pengembangan variasi desain. Respon peserta terhadap kegiatan tergolong positif, ditandai dengan partisipasi aktif, keterbukaan terhadap inovasi, dan minat untuk melanjutkan pengembangan usaha kerajinan. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan melalui pendampingan desain, pengemasan, kelembagaan, dan promosi digital secara berkelanjutan oleh mitra. Empowering Lontar Hat Artisans through Product Innovation and Digital Marketing in Santong Village, East Lombok Lontar hat craftsmanship is one of the local cultural potentials of Santong Village, Terara District, East Lombok, which holds both cultural identity value and creative economic potential. However, the sustainability of this craft still faces several challenges, particularly limited design innovation, inconsistent product quality, and the low use of digital media for marketing. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of artisans in developing lontar hat products so that they have higher economic value while remaining rooted in local culture. The activity was carried out over two days and involved 15 participants consisting of artisans and productive-age community members. The implementation method used participatory, educational, and hands-on practice approaches through several stages, namely initial identification, program socialization, technical training, product development practice, introduction to digital marketing, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and simple evaluation sheets, then analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of cultural value, economic value, design innovation, product quality, and digital marketing. Participants’ skills also improved in material selection, weaving techniques, pattern formation, finishing, and product design variation. Participants’ responses to the activity were positive, as reflected in their active participation, openness to innovation, and interest in continuing craft business development. This program is recommended to be continued through sustained mentoring in design, packaging, institutional strengthening, and digital promotion
