Abstract

This study aims to evaluate end-user satisfaction with the online exam e-learning website at SMK Pelayaran Ampari Jayapura using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The EUCS framework consists of five key variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 active students who had used the website for online examinations. The data analysis results show that the average scores for each variable are as follows: content 3.97; accuracy 3.88; format 3.85; ease of use 3.90; and timeliness 3.83. Among these variables, content received the highest score, indicating that the information presented on the system is perceived as relevant and useful by the users. On the other hand, timeliness obtained the lowest score, highlighting a need for improvement in the system’s responsiveness and punctuality in delivering information or access to exams. The overall average score of 3.89 suggests that users are generally satisfied with the system. Based on these findings, it is recommended that improvements focus on enhancing system performance, particularly in terms of access speed, exam scheduling, and user interface features to make the platform more interactive and responsive. The results of this study are expected to serve as strategic input for system developers and administrators in improving the quality of e-learning services, especially for the effective and efficient implementation of online assessments in vocational high school settings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of end user satisfaction with the e-learning website at SMK Pelayaran Ampari using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach. The EUCS method includes five main variables, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents who were active students who had used the website. The results of data processing showed that the average score for each variable was: content 3.97; accuracy 3.88; format 3.85; ease of use 3.90; and timeliness 3.83. Of the five variables, the content variable had the highest score, indicating that the information presented in the system was considered relevant and according to user needs. However, the timeliness variable got the lowest score, indicating that the speed and timeliness of the system in presenting information or exam access still needed to be improved. Overall, the average score of 3.89 indicated that users were quite satisfied with the available system. Recommendations for improvement are directed at improving system performance in terms of access speed, exam time management, and interface features to be more interactive and responsive. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for developers and system managers in improving the quality of e-learning services during exam implementation.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Ampari menghadapi tantangan dalam mengalokasikan anggaran promosi secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan biaya promosi Sekolah Menegah Kejuriuan Ampari dengan menggunakan metode linier programing. Metode linier programing dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menemukan solusi optimal untuk masalah pengalokasian sumber daya terbatas. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data terkait biaya-biaya promosi yang dikeluarkan oleh Sekolah Menegah kejuruan Ampari, seperti biaya iklan, biaya pameran, biaya kunjungan ke sekolah, dan lain-lain. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model linier programing untuk menentukan kombinasi kegiatan promosi yang dapat meminimalkan biaya total promosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode linier programing, Sekolah Menegah kejuruan Ampari dapat mengoptimalkan biaya promosi hingga 20% dari anggaran sebelumnya. Strategi promosi yang dihasilkan meliputi alokasi dana yang lebih efisien pada kegiatan-kegiatan promosi tertentu, seperti peningkatan anggaran untuk iklan digital dan pengurangan biaya pameran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Ampari dalam mengelola anggaran promosi secara optimal. Selain itu, temuan ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi sekolah-sekolah lain yang ingin mengoptimalkan biaya promosi menggunakan pendekatan linier programing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model proses antrian rawat jalan di Puskesmas menggunakan konsep Finite State Automata (FSA) dengan dua jenis layanan, yaitu faskes umum dan faskes BPJS, guna meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan. Model ini dirancang untuk meminimalkan waktu tunggu pasien, memudahkan pengelolaan alur pasien, serta meningkatkan transparansi layanan. Dengan pendekatan FSA, setiap tahapan dalam proses antrian diuraikan menjadi state yang mewakili kondisi tertentu, dan setiap transisi antar state diatur berdasarkan jenis layanan yang diterima pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan FSA dapat mengurangi ketidakteraturan antrian, mempercepat proses layanan, serta memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya medis dan administrasi.
