Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of a volcanic eruption simulation using a simple chemical reaction (baking soda and vinegar) in improving students' understanding of the concept of volcanic eruption and their science process skills. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with an exploratory practicum. This study did not use statistical population and sample sizes, as all activities were conducted within a single student group, acting as both implementers and observers. The data sources in this study were primary data obtained directly from observations during the practicum activities. Data collection instruments included observation sheets (direct observation), photographic documentation, and notes from experiments and group discussions. Based on the research results, it was found that the volcanic eruption simulation using simple materials (baking soda and vinegar) was very effective in clarifying understanding of the basic concept of volcanic eruption, making it suitable for widespread application in science education, particularly at the elementary level and in prospective teacher training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi risiko sistemik yang dihadapi oleh investor dan UMKM dalam ekosistem fintech yang berbasiskan AI dan blockchain di Indonesia. Ini adalah situasi rumit yang berkaitan dengan regulasi OJK, UU PDP 2024, serta prinsip syariah yang diterapkan pada unicorn dalam ekonomi gig. Analisis tentang kontrak pintar syariah menunjukkan adanya ketegangan antara cepatnya inovasi tokenomics dan minimnya perlindungan hukum dalam ekonomi, serta kebijakan pemerintah yang masih belum efektif dalam menangani transaksi digital yang berisiko tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis cara ancaman manipulasi pasar dapat muncul melalui teknologi AI blockchain dan memahami mekanisme regulasi yang ada untuk memberikan perlindungan kepada pelaku ekonomi, dengan mempertimbangkan peran OJK, prinsip mudharabah syariah, dan tata kelola unicorn. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui analisis dokumen regulasi seperti POJK No. 12/2021 dan UU PDP 2024. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya adanya reformasi regulasi hibrida yang memadukan AI RegTech, penguatan OJK melalui traceability blockchain, dan prinsip keadilan ekonomi syariah untuk melindungi investor serta mempercepat inklusi keuangan yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Pertanyaan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini meliputi: 1. Apa pengaruh perkembangan ancaman hukum dan ekonomi dari AI fintech blockchain terhadap investor syariah di Indonesia setelah penerapan PDP 2024? 2. Apa mekanisme regulasi OJK yang efektif dan inovatif yang melibatkan kontrak pintar, unicorn dalam ekonomi gig, serta prinsip mudharabah untuk mengurangi risiko.

Abstract

Pancasila as the ideology of the Indonesian nation must be a guideline for the life of the nation and state, the values ​​contained in Pancasila must be understood, inspired, and practiced in everyday life. However, not all Indonesian people understand the values ​​contained in Pancasila, so there are many deviations that occur in the application of Pancasila values. In the era of globalization, the times, and the development of science and technology (IPTEK) there are many deviations from the values ​​of Pancasila. The purpose of this paper is to provide information that many Indonesian people do not understand the values ​​of Pancasila, even practice the values ​​contained in Pancasila, also invite readers to practice the values ​​of Pancasila, because Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation that must be used as a way of life. . Pancasila as an ideology, namely in addition to its position as the basis of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, it is also a national ideology of Indonesia which is implemented consistently in the life of the state. The research conducted is based on looking at the facts that exist in the surrounding environment in the community.
