Abstract

Managing human resources (HR) has become important in this century, considering that HRis central to achieving organizational goals. Without the role of humans, even though thevarious areas needed have been fulfilled, the organization will never run smoothly becausehumans are the driving force or lever that determines the running of the organization. Thetype of research used is quantitative research and data collection techniques usingquestionnaires, interviews and documentation for 150 respondents. The analytical tool usedin this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that workexperience and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance CV. BG.Sukirman kencong, while Islamic work ethics do not have a significant effect on employeeperformance CV. BG. Sukirman Kencong. This research is only able to explain employeeperformance of 77.2%, so there are other factors outside the model studied that is able toexplain employee performance.

Abstract

Currently, technological development is progressing rapidly. One of the areas is in artificial intelligence and computer vision technology. One of the branches of science studied in artificial intelligence and computer vision technology is deep learning, which focuses on the use of artificial neural networks that learn about classification and object detection directly through images and videos. With the advent of deep learning, researchers are focusing on developing a jengkol (dogfruit) ripeness detection system using deep learning methods. This research uses 1500 jengkol images as a dataset and uses Roboflow for labeling. The results of the labeling will be divided into 3 types of classes: young, medium, and old jengkol. The YOLOV5 algorithm is used for training the jengkol dataset. The next stage is testing, where the approaches used are confusion matrix, classification report, Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), as well as the F1-Score value. The purpose of this testing is to see the precision results and identify the optimal accuracy on data from the trained model that can be achieved by the system being tested or evaluated, which involves compiling a classification report into three categories: young, medium, and old, based on visual characteristics that can be detected by the deep learning algorithm. From the real-time testing and evaluation results obtained in this study, the accuracy value is 80%.

Abstract

Employee retention is one of the main challenges in human resource management, especially in the retail sector which has a high turnover rate. This research aims to analyze the influence of Rewards, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, and Employee Engagement on employee retention levels at Karunia Damai Sejati (KDS) Department Store Genteng. This research uses quantitative methods with a causal approach. The research population was all 65 KDS employees, using a total sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that Rewards and Job Satisfaction have a significant influence on employee retention, with ttt values of 2,764 (p=0.008) and 3,834 (p=0.000), respectively. However, Organizational Culture (t=0.539, p=0.592) and Employee Engagement (t=1.442, p=0.155) did not have a partially significant effect. Simultaneously, these four independent variables have a significant effect on employee retention (F=30.527, p=0.000), with an R2 value of 0.671, indicating that 67.1% of the variation in employee retention can be explained by these variables. This research emphasizes the importance of Rewards and Job Satisfaction as priorities in strategies to increase employee retention.

Abstract

Manajemen aset sekolah yang efektif merupakan aspek krusial dalam mendukung mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan aset dan tanggung jawab pegawai di SMA Negeri 2 Muara Beliti. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya kesadaran dan tanggung jawab pegawai dalam memelihara aset sekolah, dimana sekitar 65% aset sekolah tidak mendapatkan perawatan dan pemeliharaan yang memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci (kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha, guru, dan staf), dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dipastikan melalui triangulasi sumber, metode, dan waktu, serta member checking dan audit trail. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program SDM memegang peranan krusial dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan aset sekolah. Program SDM yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kompetensi pegawai dalam pengelolaan aset. Temuan utama penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tiga area penting: (1) perlunya program pelatihan terstruktur, (2) pentingnya membangun kesadaran kolektif, dan (3) urgensi mengembangkan sistem dokumentasi dan pemantauan yang efektif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan program HRD sangat bergantung pada dukungan dan komitmen semua pemangku kepentingan sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan berkala, pembentukan sistem pemantauan yang efektif, dan alokasi anggaran khusus untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Ping of Death attack is a type of denial of service (DoS) attack that exploits a vulnerability in the Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP). This attack is carried out by sending a large number of pings that exceed the maximum limit allowed by the network, causing the server or network device to become slow or even unresponsive. This attack can have a severe impact on server and network performance, especially for services that require high availability such as the Sinanan Lubuklinggau server. This research aims to design a Telegram Bot alert system as an automatic notification tool to detect Ping of Death attacks on the Sinanan Lubuklinggau server, using Snort, a detection system software that is infiltrating the "NIDS" network. Snort is used to detect attacks by examining data packets passing through the network. If Snort detects suspicious activity such as a Ping of Death attack, the system will immediately send an alert via the Telegram bot. The alert contains detailed information about the attack, including the IP address, attacker, timestamp, and location of the affected network. This system has also been proven to work well in high-traffic network environments without disrupting server performance. By implementing this system, network administrators can act more quickly to prevent and manage the threat of Ping of Death attacks, thereby maintaining the stability and security of the Sinanan Lubuklinggau server.

Abstract

This research discusses the security of the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) network using the CICIoMT2024 dataset to analyze and detect cyber attacks through the application of Machine Learning (ML) methods. This research uses the Chi-Square feature selection technique to identify important features, and uses the Random Forest algorithm for the data classification process. The utilization of Chi-Square features, especially in the analysis of network traffic of IoT devices, has not been widely explored, so this research makes a new contribution to the field. The result of the Chi-Square feature selection are used to train Machine Learning models to classify data between normal traffic and traffic containing attacks. In the experiments conducted, the Random Forest algorithm showed excellent performance by achieving up to 100% accuracy, as well as high precision, recall, F1-Score values. These results show that Random Forest is able to handle the complexity of IoMT data effectively. Thus, it can be concluded that the Random Forest algorithm is very relevant and effective to use in IoMT network security research.

Abstract

This paper investigates the evolving nature of social stratification in Banten, a province with a complex socio-historical background shaped by both traditional hierarchies and contemporary socio-economic forces. Drawing on sociological theories of stratification and social change, this study critically analyzes how structural and cultural transformations have contributed to shifts in class structure, status distribution, and access to resources among different segments of Bantenese society. Historically, social stratification in Banten was deeply influenced by feudal relations, religious authority, and kinship-based systems. However, the past few decades have witnessed significant changes triggered by rapid urbanization, industrial development, educational expansion, and increasing integration with national and global markets. Through qualitative methods—including in-depth interviews with community leaders, historical document analysis, and ethnographic fieldwork—this research identifies several key factors driving these changes: (1) the role of formal education in enabling upward social mobility; (2) the diversification of employment opportunities beyond traditional agrarian sectors; (3) the impact of regional autonomy and democratization in redistributing political power; and (4) the influence of digital media and consumer culture in reshaping social aspirations and identity. Additionally, migration flows and rural-to-urban transitions have reconfigured local social dynamics, generating both opportunities for mobility and new forms of inequality. The findings highlight the multi-dimensional and fluid nature of stratification in contemporary Banten. While traditional markers of status such as lineage and religious prestige persist in certain contexts, they increasingly coexist—and at times compete—with meritocratic and economic indicators of social standing. This research contributes to a broader understanding of how localized processes of stratification are embedded within national development trajectories, and how communities negotiate social change amidst tensions between continuity and transformation.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires the education sector to adapt by implementing digital-based learning methods. Microsoft Excel is a powerful data processing software with great potential as a learning tool. However, at SMKS Yadika 10 Kosambi, its utilization has not been optimal, leading many students to struggle with understanding data processing concepts. Through this Community Service Program (PKM), training on the use of Microsoft Excel was provided to Grade X students to improve their digital literacy and data processing skills. The training was conducted interactively, covering topics such as introduction to Excel, basic formulas, and creating charts. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of data processing concepts and their ability to use basic Excel features, which are expected to support their readiness for the technology-driven job market.

Abstract

Wuluhan is a sub-district located in the south of Jember Regency. The location of Wuluhan District is close to Ambulu, Puger and Balung Districts. The government center is in Dukuh Dempok Village. There are seven villages in Wuluhan District, namely: Lojejer, Ampel, Dukuh Dempok, Taman Sari, Glundengan, Tanjungrejo and Kesilir. MSMEs in Kesilir Village are starting to try to get back on their feet after being affected by the Covid pandemic. The development that must be carried out by MSMEs is through marketing strategies and strengthening business legality (NIB, PIRT, Halal). Activities agreed upon between the implementation team and partners include: First, emphasizing training and assistance in determining and determining marketing strategies, and the second priority scale is emphasizing training and assistance regarding strengthening business legality (NIB, PIRT, Halal).
