Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the State Defense (Bela Negara) strategy in achieving sustainable tourism in Sleman Regency. Sleman Regency possesses significant tourism potential, which necessitates sustainable development to ensure the preservation of its natural and cultural resources, improvement of service quality, and empowerment of local communities. This research employs descriptive qualitative methods, including interviews, observations, and literature studies, to explore these issues. The findings reveal that the Bela Negara strategy significantly contributes to sustainable tourism through enhanced environmental awareness, increased community participation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in protecting natural resources, culture, and the environment. Tourism actors also continuously work on improving service quality and strengthening local communities through training, job creation, and cultural preservation. These efforts lead to the betterment of service quality, environmental conservation, and cultural preservation, ensuring the overall sustainability of tourism in the region. This study provides a deeper understanding of the importance of the Bela Negara strategy and highlights the need for increased cooperation among stakeholders for sustainable tourism development. The results underscore the critical role of a well-planned Bela Negara strategy that integrates social, economic, and environmental aspects to achieve sustainable tourism development in Sleman Regency.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the concentration of Trichoderma sp. effective for controlling Fusarium oxysporum wilt in chilli plants, which was carried out in Banguntapan Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul District, from March to October 2018. The study used a complete randomized block design consisting of 5 treatments of Trichoderma sp. ie 0.0 g, 2.50 g, 5.0 g, 7.50 g and 10.0 g biomass / m2 with 4 replications each treatment. Application was carried out by isolating the biomass of Trichoderma sp. inoculated in 2.5 kg of organic fertilizer / compost, then sprinkled on the ield before chilli seedlings were planted. Based on the analysis of the incubation period and the intensity of the attacks, showed that the treatment of Trichoderma sp. with a concentration of 10.0 g of biomass gave effective results and reduced the intensity of Fusarium oxysporum wilt attack by 12.15 percent.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kedokteran forensik pada tahap penyidikan dalam proses pembuktian tindak pidana pembunuhan di RS. Bhayangkara Makassar Biddokkes Polda Sulawesi Selatan sejauh ini belum optimal, hal ini disebabkan adanya anggapan bahwa keterangan langsung yang diberikan oleh ahli kedokteran forensik di hadapan penyidik tidak diperlukan dalam proses pembuktian tindak pidana pembunuhan, keterbatasan tenaga kesehatan terutama dokter forensik serta pada beberapa kasus tidak dilibatkannya fungsi kedokteran forensik oleh penyidik dalam penanganan tindak pidana pembunuhan.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Pengetahuan Tenaga Kesehatan dan Masyarakat Terhadap Undang-undang Kesehatan yang Baru (Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan) sejauh ini masih minim utamnya yang berkaitan dengan hal-hal yang substansial yakni pengetahuan terkait ketentuan pidana, pasal dan bab yang diatur dalam undang-undang kesehatan yang baru. Adapun rekomendasi penelitian adalah diperlukan adanya sosialisasi secara intens oleh pemangku kepentingan bidang kesehatan (Kadinkes/Kepala Rumah Sakit) terkait undang-undang kesehatan yang baru (Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023) khususnya kepada para pelaku atau praktisi bidang kesehatan.
