Abstract

Study This aiming For analyze implementation strategy management financing at SDIT Al-Fitrah and evaluate the impact to achievement of status as school featured . Study This use approach studies case qualitative for get deep understanding​ about practices financing applied by the school. Data is collected through technique interview in-depth, observation participatory, and review relevant documentation Data analysis was performed with using interactive models from Miles and Huberman, which includes stages data reduction, data presentation, and extraction as well as verification Conclusion. Research results show that practice needs - based financing​ real (needs-based budgeting), involvement active parents and community, as well as Work The same with the business world and institutions external, including utilization technology information, in significant support effectiveness management finance school. Strategies the impact positive on improvement quality learning, provision adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as strengthening image and reputation school as institution superior and trusted education. In general overall, can concluded that management planned financing​ with good, good natured participatory, and implemented in a way transparent can become pillar main in build school quality, empowered private sector competition high, and trusted by the community. Findings This give implications practical for manager school private other in develop sustainable and oriented financing models​ quality.

Abstract

This study explores the reconstruction of the concept of riba from a contemporary fiqh perspective to understand how modern interpretations can adapt to global economic developments. The primary goal is to compare traditional and contemporary views on riba and analyze the contribution of contemporary thought in the current economic context. The research employs a literature review, including the analysis of works by classical and contemporary scholars and relevant Islamic financial instruments. The findings indicate that contemporary scholars use a more flexible and contextual approach, focusing on justice and the prevention of exploitation. The maqasid al-sharia approach is applied to evaluate financial transactions, enabling the development of innovative Islamic financial instruments like sukuk, mudharabah, and murabahah. These findings have significant implications for both fiqh theory and Islamic financial practice, providing a more dynamic and adaptive framework to meet modern economic needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam membangun hubungan sosial antaranggota Himpunan Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam (HIMKOPIS) periode 2025–2026. Komunikasi interpersonal memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis, meningkatkan solidaritas, serta memperkuat kerja sama dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota HIMKOPIS yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, sedangkan uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal di HIMKOPIS berlangsung dalam bentuk formal dan informal. Komunikasi formal terjadi dalam rapat dan koordinasi program kerja, sedangkan komunikasi informal berlangsung dalam interaksi sehari-hari antaranggota. Komunikasi interpersonal berperan penting dalam membangun hubungan sosial melalui keterbukaan, empati, sikap saling mendukung, dan rasa saling percaya. Faktor-faktor tersebut mampu memperkuat solidaritas, meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan, serta meminimalkan konflik dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dapat menciptakan hubungan sosial yang harmonis dan mendukung terciptanya iklim organisasi yang kondusif di lingkungan HIMKOPIS.
