Abstract

Education aims to increase the quantity and quality of students. In the learning process, the selection of appropriate learning methods greatly affects the high and low learning outcomes of students. learning methods are ways that educators can make the teaching and learning process run effectively. The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in Islamic Religious Education subjects. because the learning methods used are still not varied. To overcome these problems, researchers applied the Question-and-Answer method with the aim of improving Islamic Education learning outcomes in class IV students of SDN 03 Ampalu. This research uses the type of classroom action research (PTK). The subjects in this study were class IV students of SDN 03 Ampalu totaling 15 students consisting of 7 male students and 8 female students. Classroom action research was carried out in four cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. In this study there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out using observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the average learning outcomes of students have increased. It is known that the KKM value that has been determined from the school is 70. In cycle I, it is known that 8 students have not completed the research with a percentage of 62% and 7 students who have completed it. In cycle II, there was an increase of 9 students who were complete with a percentage of 69% and 6 students who were not complete. Furthermore, in cycle III there was an increase of 11 students with a percentage of 77% and 4 students who were not complete with a percentage. Furthermore, in cycle IV it also increased as many as 14 students reached a complete score with a percentage of 82%, only 1 student who was not complete. Thus, the question and answer method can improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SDN 03 Ampalu.

Abstract

It is caused by conventional learning methods that do not involve students actively in the learning process. The application of the PBL model is expected to encourage active participation of students in solving real problems so as to improve concept understanding and critical thinking skills. This research uses the type of classroom action research (PTK). The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 01 Jopang Manganti, totaling 11 students consisting of 3 male students and 8 female students. Classroom action research was carried out in four cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. In this study there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out using observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the average learning outcomes of students have increased. It is known that the KKM value that has been determined from the school is 75. In the research, it is known that 8 students have not completed with a percentage of 73% and 3 students who have completed with a percentage of 27%. In cycle I, there was an increase of 4 students who were complete with a percentage of 40% and students who were not complete with a percentage of 60%. Furthermore, in cycle II it increased by 6 students with a percentage of 55% and 5 students who were not complete with a percentage of 45%. Furthermore, in cycle III it increased by 8 students with a percentage of 72.73% and 3 students who were not complete with a percentage of 27.73%. In cycle IV students reached a complete score with a percentage of 100%. Thus, the Problem Based Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at UPTD SDN 01 Jopang Manganti.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 01 Talang Maua. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 01 Talang Maua through the Cooperative Learning method. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The method used in the study is two cycles, namely the Cooperative Learning method. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation/action, observation/observation, and reflection. Each cycle consists of one meeting (3 lesson hours). The population used is 10 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests and interviews. The results of this study show an increase in student learning outcomes from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. The learning outcomes of students at the pre-action stage were 42%, in cycle I (first) increased to 67%, in cycle II (second) also increased to 92%. Thus, a recommendation can be submitted that the application of the Cooperative Learning method can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education material for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education of students at VII UPTD SMPN 1 Kecamatan Harau. Video media is the most appropriate and accurate learning media in conveying messages and will really help students' understanding. The aim of this research is to: determine the increase in results students learn Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through video learning media at VII UPTD SMPN 1 Kecamatan Harau. The data collection techniques used are tests and observations. The results of the research show that video media in PAI subjects is able to increase students' learning motivation, especially class V students at VII UPTD SMPN 1 Kecamatan Harau. Quantitative evidence can be seen of an increase in the motivation variable test from the first and second meetings. The test results also experienced an increase from pre-action results of 45%, in cycle I (first) it increased to 60%, in cycle II (second) it also increased to 90%. Meanwhile, qualitative evidence can be explained from the number of students who said they were happy the use of video media increases motivation and student concentration on subjects, PAI.
