Abstract

Abstrak. Pada paper ini disajikan pengembangan integrasi numeris berdasarkan polinomial Lagrange. Metoda yang dihasilkan mirip dengan metoda Gaussian-quadrature, dengan perbedaan terletak pada pengambilan titik-titik integrasi. Metoda memberikan hasil integrasi yang sangat baik, dengan kesalahan sebesar 0.2% -0.5% pada integrasi fungsi sinusoidal. Metoda yang dihasilkan juga dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persamaan differensial waktu orde 1 dengan hasil yang sangat baik. Abstract. In this paper, a development of a numerical integration method based on Lagrangian polynomial is presented. The resulted method like Gaussian-quadrature’s method, but differs in points of integration sampling. The method gives a very good result in integration of sinusoidal function, with error about 0.2% - 0.5% to exact solution. The method can also be used for solving first order time differential equation, with very good result.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan desain ABF dan perhitungan beban kompresor untuk membekukan 250kg adonan roti dalam 1 jam dengan jumlah ruang ABF yang sebanyak 2 ruangan. Ruangan memiliki beban kalor sebesar 41,5 kW dengan target temperatur ruangan -35̊C. Setiap ruangan ABF ditopang oleh kompresor 62WBHE dengan refrigerant ammonia. Hasil pengolahan data total kapasitas kompresor yang ada saat ini sebesar 58,2 kW x 2 kompresor atau sebesar 116,4 kW, sedangkan beban kalor hasil perhitungan pada ruangan ABF adalah sebesar 37,81 kW x 2 ruangan atau sebesar 75,62 kW, selisih 40,78 kW, atau cukup untuk membuat satu ruangan ABF lagi dengan desain dan kapasitas yang sama.

Abstract

Reduce the pressure and reheating CNG, created a tool called a pressure reducing system (PRS) which consists of a pressure reducing regulator, heating CNG or we call this section with heat exchanger and measuring tools or gas meter. In connection with this task, will be discussed on the heat exchanger in the heat of this CNG. In this study, a survey was conducted on the heat exchanger Pressure Reducing System (PRS) is installed with a capacity of 200 m3/h, while the use of CNG for the production process is 150 m3/h. CNG temperature after coming out of the PRS read on the thermometer is at 50ºC. From these data it can be concluded that the heat exchanger is greater than the required capacity. In order to get heat exchanger in accordance with the capacity of 150 m3/h will be redesigned according to the capacity. From the data obtained it can be concluded that the pressure reducing system capacity greater use of capacity will value of higher effectiveness at about 90%. As for usage as needed obtained effectiveness of 70%. The advantages that can be drawn is that the efficiency in terms of construction materials and a smaller space than the existing PRS.

Abstract

Dengan pertumbuhan penggunaan sepeda motor yang demikian pesatnya, maka bermunculanlah tempat-tempat perawatan sepeda motor,  mulai dari kelas pinggir jalan hingga bengkel-bengkel resmi ATPM, maka faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perancangan ini adalah Kebutuhan akan gerak yang dilakukan oleh sistem pneumatik, Komponen-komponen apa saja yang diperlukan, Efisiensi antara kebutuhan dengan jumlah komponen yang diperlukan. Untuk itu dirancang suatu alat dengan sistem pneumatik dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh kebutuhan udara mampat rata-rata 319,6 liter/menit, sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut digunakan Kompresor Swan Model SVP(U)-203 dengan kapasitas produksi 355 liter/menit. Selain itu juga dirancang bike lift yang digunakan yang mempunyai beban maksimal 350 kg. Pemilihan ini berdasar dari berat sepeda motor yang banyak beredar di Indonesia.

Abstract

Mesin Air Blast Freezer (ABF) adalah salah satu alat pembeku makanan dalam dunia refrigerasi. Dalam perancangan Air Blast Freezer ini, tahapan yang paling menentukan adalah saat perhitungan beban kalor yang akan menjadi acuan bagi perancang dalam pemilihan kompresor. PT. Mayekawa Indonesia dalam hal ini untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan untuk 2 unit ruangan ABF dengan kebutuhan membekukan adonan roti berkapasitas 250 kg/jam di tiap ruangan melakukan perhitungan beban kalor ABF dengan asumsi total beban kalor sebesar 41,5 kW dan menggunakan kompresor 62WBHE 900rpm sebagai penopangnya. Sehingga saat ini terdapat 2 kompresor tipe 62WBHE 900rpm yang berjalan, dan 2 unit kompresor yang sama direncanakan untuk projek 2 ABF selanjutnya. Kondisi aktual yang didapatkan dengan cara observasi dan analisa perhitungan serta pemilihan kompresor, beban kalor ternyata hanya 37,81 kW, dan cukup apabila hanya menggunakan kompresor 42WBHE 900rpm yang ukurannya lebih kecil dan kebutuhan dayanya juga lebih kecil.

Abstract

Professional competency is the basic foundation for prospective counselors. This research aims to examine the urgency of professional competence for prospective counselors. The data source in this library study research was obtained from research articles found on google scholar in the period 2018 - 2023. Data was obtained through Harzing's publish or perish application. By using the keywords professional competence of counselors and professional competence of prospective counselors, 400 articles related to these keywords were obtained. Based on the sorting of data analysis, 13 articles were relevant to the objectives of this research. The research results show that seven aspects of competency must be mastered, including 1) being able to carry out assessment activities; 2) mastering the theory of counseling well and being able to implement it; 3) able to develop guidance and counseling programs; 4) able to implement the designed guidance and counseling program; 5) master the process assessment instruments and counseling results assessment; 6) Understand and be able to maintain professional ethics; 7) able to carry out research in developing the science of guidance and counseling. These results are important for prospective counselors to improve their professional competence so they can compete with current global challenges. This research recommends that future researchers provide interventions to prospective counselors to improve professional competence.

Abstract

PT Syukur Jamin Mulia adalah: sebuah perusahaan yang berlokasi di Komplek Cemara Hijau Blok. FF No. 17, Medan dan bergerak dalam bidang penjualan pupuk. Menurunnya loyalitas kerja karyawan membuat karyawan menjadi tidak taat pada peraturan dan berbagai kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan masih kurang selektif sehingga menghasilkan karyawan yang tidak dapat tahan bekerja lama dalam perusahaan. Selama aktivitas kerja berlangsung, karyawan telihat sedikit khawatir dengan pekerjaannya karena karyawan takut tidak dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tepat waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 38 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, penyebaran daftar pertanyaan, studi dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara rekrutmen dan stres kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Syukur Jamin Mulia Medan. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara rekrutmen terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Syukur Jamin Mulia Medan. Secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh antara stres kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Syukur Jamin Mulia Medan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel rekrutmen lebih banyak memberikan pengaruh daripada variabel stres kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Syukur Jamin Mulia Medan.

Abstract

This article was created with the aim of knowing what factors influence student behavior, what efforts are made by the guidance counselor in overcoming them, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in dealing with behavior violating student rules. The supporting factors for the guidance counselor in overcoming the behavior of SMPN 1 Rao Selatan students are cooperation between teachers, the existence of a habitutation program carried out at school, collaboration with parents of students, and motivation from students. Whil the inhibiting factors for the counseling teacher in overcoming behavior violating the rules are parents, association outside of school, and the lack of awareness of the students themselves.

Abstract

Education is one way for individuals to explore their potential. Education is a necessity of human rights. Every individual has the right to receive education according to his wishes and needs. Interest in continuing education at tertiary institutions is of course the desire of every individual. So in this case it is necessary to study the factors that support students’ interest in continuing higher education. In describing these factors, researchers used a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods. Based on the results of research conducted that the supporting factors of student interest in MAN 1 Bukittinggi City are influenced by internal or external factors and external factors.

Abstract

Things that influence students' aggressive behavior at school are peer association and viewing of violence on social media. The aims of the research are (1) to find out how much influence peer association partially has on students' aggressive behavior (2) to find out how much influence social media violence shows partially on student aggressive behavior (3) find out how much influence peer association and social media violence shows simultaneously to the aggressive behavior of students. Associative type quantitative research methods. The research population for class IX students at SMPN 3 Lubuk Attitude is 120 students. The sampling technique used the Proportional Random Sampling technique and obtained a sample of 92 students. The research instruments were the peer association scale, the scale of social media violence broadcasts and the aggressive behavior scale which were compiled and developed by the researchers themselves. Data analysis is descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of peer association (X1) partially on aggressive behavior of students (Y) with a significant value of 0.008 <0.05; (2) There is a positive and significant effect of the social media violence display variable (X2) partially on the aggressive behavior of students (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05; (3) There is a positive influence between peer association variables (X1) and social media violence shows (X2) together on aggressive behavior of students (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
