Abstract

The Baitul Arqam program, held at SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati on March 19-20, 2025, aimed to strengthen Islamic identity and build the moral integrity of the participants. The program involved various educational activities, such as discussions on Muhammadiyah ideology, worship training, forums on Islamic values, and reflective activities. It focused not only on theory but also on spiritual experiences that heightened religious awareness. The program was conducted in three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The methods used included lectures, role-playing simulations, and discussions. The results of the implementation showed success in motivating participants to delve deeper into Muhammadiyah values, with high enthusiasm throughout the event. Participants also expressed great benefits in preparing themselves to become better Muhammadiyah cadres. Evaluation was carried out using a non-test approach, encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The success of this activity highlights the importance of careful planning and good coordination in supporting the strengthening of character and religious understanding among students. This program is expected to be held regularly to prepare future generations who are more committed to the values of the organization

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of the entrepreneurship program at SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation of "Market Day," and documentation of the P5 (Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students) modules. The results indicate that the school successfully synergizes ISMUBA (Al-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic) values with the Merdeka Curriculum framework. This integration fosters a "conscience-driven" mindset by embedding prophetic traits shiddiq, amanah, fathanah, and tabligh into business practices. Furthermore, the school utilizes a phygital approach, combining physical business laboratories with digital marketing on social media to enhance students' 21st-century competencies. An intensive mentorship system ensures that technical challenges are transformed into learning opportunities through continuous evaluation. The study concludes that the program effectively develops students into commercially competent and socially responsible innovators. To ensure long-term sustainability, it is suggested that the school expands external partnerships with local industries and formalizes certified digital literacy training for its students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accreditation preparation process at SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati, emphasizing teachers' self-awareness in understanding their emotions and professional roles. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, allowing for an in-depth exploration of the experiences, perceptions, and collaborative practices of the school community. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentary studies, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results indicate that the formation of an IASP-based Ad-Hoc team successfully enhanced task clarity and collective accountability. Furthermore, the digitalization of documents via cloud-based platforms improved efficiency, transparency, and data accessibility. Improvements in infrastructure also created a more conducive and representative learning environment. Additionally, strengthening the literacy culture and Muhammadiyah values proved effective in shaping students' character holistically. These findings underscore that accreditation preparation is not merely an administrative requirement but a comprehensive strategy for school quality improvement. Consequently, sustainability in digital system management, facility development, and the enhancement of teacher competence and self-awareness are essential to support long-term educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial management mechanisms at SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati in improving educational quality. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentary studies. The results show that financial planning is carried out systematically and participatively through the development of the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS), involving various school stakeholders. Financial implementation upholds the principles of transparency and accountability through a tiered verification system and orderly documentation. Furthermore, supervision is conducted sustainably through internal monitoring by the principal and external oversight by the foundation. Budget utilization is strategically focused on increasing teacher competence, providing technological facilities, and student character-building programs. Therefore, the integration of democratic planning and strict supervision creates effective fund utilization that directly impacts the quality of graduates. This study recommends the need for integrated digitalization of financial administration to accelerate real-time reporting and the strengthening of external partnerships to diversify funding sources to support sustainable educational innovation in the future.
