Abstract

Merdeka Curriculum is a new approach in the education system that provides freedom and flexibility to learners to choose and organize learning according to their needs and interests. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as one of the important subjects in this curriculum also requires proper implementation of skills assessment to measure learners' abilities as to how far learners understand and apply religious principles in their daily lives. This research method uses library research which aims to explain the implementation of skills assessment in Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Education learning. First of all, skills assessment in PAI learning must be based on the expected competencies. Skills assessment in the Merdeka Curriculum in PAI learning can be carried out through various relevant evaluation methods. These methods can include observation assessment, individual or group assignments, presentations, and projects.

Abstract

Character education in Indonesia faces serious challenges due to the negative behavior of students, such as bullying, fighting, and rule violations. This phenomenon shows moral degradation that requires appropriate educational solutions. This research aims to analyze the relevance of Islamic education values during the Khulafaur Rashidin period as a strengthening of students' character in the modern era. The method used is descriptive qualitative through a literature study approach, by analyzing literature related to Islamic education values and their application in the current educational context. The results showed that the values of morality, justice, care, and wisdom taught by the caliphs, such as Abu Bakar Ash Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan, and Ali bin Talib, are still very relevant to be internalized in modern character education. Active learning methods, such as discussions and social activities, can be used to teach these values. This research is expected to provide guidance for educators in shaping the character of ethical and responsible learners, as well as creating a more effective and meaningful learning environment.

Abstract

Abstract The land granted by the late E to his family to be used as a private cemetery was converted by H's grandson, NA, who is the son of NH. The conversion of the donated land intended for a burial site into a private residence and the appropriateness of converting the donated land from a burial site into a private residence are contrary to Law No. 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles. This study uses an empirical research method with a fact approach, where the existing facts are then linked to the laws and regulations. The data analysis method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The conversion carried out by the great-granddaughter of the late E, namely NA, has been ongoing since 2017. This conversion is not in accordance with or is contrary to Article 19 of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles and Article 3 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, therefore adjustments are needed to align with the laws and regulations. Keywords: Land Use Change, Grant, Land Registration   Abstrak Tanah hibah yang diberikan oleh Alm. E pada keluarganya untuk dijadikan makam pribadi dialihfungsikan oleh cucu dari H yang bernama NA dan merupakan anak dari NH. terkait dengan pelaksanaan alih fungsi tanah hibah yang diperuntukkan makam, dijadikan sebagai tempat tinggal pribadi serta kesesuaian alih fungsi tanah hibah dari makam menjadi sebuah tempat tinggal pribadi bertentangan dengan Undang-undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1960 tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok-pokok Agraria. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode penelitian emprisis dengan memakai pendekatan fakta (Fact Approach), fakta yang ada kemudian dikaitkan dengan Peraturan Perundang-undangan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualilatif. Pelaksanaan alih fungsi yang dilakukan oleh cicit dari Alm. E yaitu saudari NA terjadi sejak tahun 2017 Pelaksanaan alih fungsi tersebut tidak sesuai atau bertentangan dengan Pasal 19 Undang-undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1960 tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok-pokok Agraria dan Pasal 3 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah, sehingga perlu dilakukan penyesuaian agar selaras dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.
