Abstract

Pendidikan berfungsi tidak sekedar sebagai cara untuk menyampaikan ilmu,tetapi juga berperan sangat penting dalam pengembangan karakter siswa. Pengajar memainkan peranan yang sangat krusial dan mereka memikul beban besar dalam membentuk nilai-nilai etika dan moral di kalangan generasi muda di negara kita. Etika profesional para pengajar memengaruhi efektivitas proses pembelajaran serta berfungsi sebagai contoh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari para siswa. Dalam artikel ini,saya berusaha menganalisis pembentukan karakter yang dilakukan oleh para guru melalui pengajaran humanistik,sikap teladan,dan hubungan guru-siswa yang baik. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur. Dalam proses penelitian ini,penulis mengumpulkan informasi dengan cara membaca,mengevaluasi,dan menganalisis publikasi serta artikel yang relevan yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini. Fokus tujuan utama adalah untuk menghasilkan pendidikan karakter dengan pengaruh maksimum etika guru dalam konteks pendidikan.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan banyak bergantung pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Namun, kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk efektivitas lembaga. Dengan demikian, untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, selain dilaksanakan secara struktur, juga harus dibarengi dengan pendekatan budaya. Kepala sekolah terdiri dari dua kata yaitu kepala sekolah dan sekolah. Seorang pemimpin dapat dipahami sebagai presiden atau kepala organisasi atau lembaga. Sekolah merupakan surga bagi siswa yang menginginkan pendidikan formal. Singkatnya, kepala sekolah dapat dipahami sebagai seorang guru fungsional, bertugas memimpin sekolah, tempat berlangsungnya proses belajar mengajar, atau tempat terjadinya interaksi antara guru dengan guru yang diterima siswa. pelajaran. . Sutradara berperan dalam pengembangan budaya Islami di lingkungan sekolah, peran ini menuntut sutradara untuk dapat menempatkan dirinya pada situasi yang berbeda yang dialaminya. Upaya kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan budaya sekolah yang fokus pada visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah, menciptakan komunikasi formal dan informal, inovasi, dan kemauan mengambil risiko, memiliki strategi yang jelas dan komitmen yang jelas. Sutradara juga berperan dalam semua proses pengembangan budaya Islam, seperti perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program pengembangan budaya Islam.

Abstract

Teachers have a strategic role as agents of change in Islamic education, by strengthening the character and spiritual values of students. This research aims to examine the role of teachers as agents of change in Islamic schools, as well as analyze the concept of human resource management (HRM) in Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, which aims to analyze various relevant literature sources. The main focus of this research is to identify strategies for developing teacher professionalism, challenges faced, and solutions in strengthening teacher human resources to improve the quality of education in Islamic schools. The problems raised are the low quality of teacher professionalism and the suboptimal management of human resources. The result of this research is that teachers have a strategic role in shaping superior generations through innovative, interactive and globally oriented learning. HR management in Islamic education must include strategic, professional, and spiritually valuable management. The development of teacher professionalism needs to be done through increasing competence, adaptation to change, and the quality of education in accordance with the demands of the 21st century. Strengthening teacher human resources in Islamic schools requires a sustainable strategy based on competence and Islamic values, in order to create a generation that is not only smart, but also has integrity.

Abstract

Educational management is a systematic effort in managing various resources to achieve educational goals efficiently and effectively. In the context of Islamic educational institutions, the quality of management greatly influences the success of the educational process, including the planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation stages of the program. This study aims to examine the extent to which educational management contributes to increasing the effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions. The method used is a qualitative approach with library research techniques, namely analyzing various relevant references. The findings show that the application of appropriate educational management principles can increase the effectiveness of institutions, both in terms of administration, learning processes, and human resource development. Systematic management also helps create a productive, collaborative, and quality-oriented learning environment. Thus, strengthening educational management is a key element in building superior and competitive Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study explores strategies in Islamic education management aimed at improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions. Educational quality is a vital indicator of an institution’s success in fulfilling its vision and mission. In the context of Islamic education, effective management requires the integration of Islamic values with professional administrative practices. This research uses a library research method, gathering information from books, journals, and relevant literature. The sources are divided into primary—such as books, scientific articles, and journals directly discussing Islamic education management—and secondary sources that remain relevant to the topic. The study finds that strategic planning, Islamic leadership, human resource development, and continuous evaluation are essential elements in enhancing educational quality. Moreover, the active involvement of stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents, contributes significantly to creating a positive and effective learning environment. These strategies support the sustainability and excellence of Islamic educational institutions in facing future challenges.
