Abstract

Educational management is a systematic effort in managing various resources to achieve educational goals efficiently and effectively. In the context of Islamic educational institutions, the quality of management greatly influences the success of the educational process, including the planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation stages of the program. This study aims to examine the extent to which educational management contributes to increasing the effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions. The method used is a qualitative approach with library research techniques, namely analyzing various relevant references. The findings show that the application of appropriate educational management principles can increase the effectiveness of institutions, both in terms of administration, learning processes, and human resource development. Systematic management also helps create a productive, collaborative, and quality-oriented learning environment. Thus, strengthening educational management is a key element in building superior and competitive Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Transparent and accountable school financial administration supports the smooth running of education programs. Through proper planning, recording, and reporting, funds are used efficiently and prevent misuse. This principle is important to improve the quality of education, achieve educational goals, and involve stakeholders in the supervision and evaluation of school financial management. The discussion uses a qualitative approach with a literature analysis method. Data were collected from various documents such as books, journals, notes, and digital sources. After collection, a content analysis was carried out on the data, including understanding, explanation, and conclusions, with reference to information from writings, recordings, and images related to the research. School financial transparency means openness of information on the use of funds that is clear and accessible to all parties, building trust and ensuring fairness. Accountability is the responsibility of the institution in managing funds according to plans and regulations. This openness encourages community participation and trust, in accordance with the principles of fairness, efficiency, and public accountability. Transparency and accountability in school financial management are important to build trust and ensure efficient use of funds. Through open reporting, internal supervision, and community and school committee involvement, fund management becomes fair and responsible, supporting the achievement of quality education and effective and sustainable financial governance.

Abstract

In the era of digital and globalization, Management Information Systems (MIS) are the key to modern office work efficiency. MIS supports data integration, rapid decision making, and process automation. However, challenges such as infrastructure, human resources, and work culture still hamper its implementation. This study offers a holistic approach to optimize MIS effectively and sustainably. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various documents such as books, journals, letters, and digital data. Data is collected from official sources and expert discussions, then analyzed using a content analysis approach. This process includes interpretation, explanation, and drawing conclusions based on written documentation, voice, and images. Management Information Systems (MIS) are important in modern offices to improve efficiency, data integration, and technology-based decision making. With the support of cloud, IoT, and big data, MIS accelerates work processes. However, challenges such as human resources, infrastructure, and work culture require adaptive strategies for MIS implementation to be successful and sustainable. Implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) is very important in modern offices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and real-time decision making. However, technical, human resources, and infrastructure challenges must be overcome with adaptive strategies. With proper planning and integration, MIS can create a productive and competitive work environment, and drive an organization's digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Knowing the perceptions of prospective students of class X schools in STEM through EDP 2) Knowing gender differences in perceptions of prospective students of class X in the field of STEM through EDP. The research design used in this research is experimental research. Data collection refers to the integrated STEM learning module “Mousetrap Car” which is divided into 3 sessions, namely let's build car, mousetrap car, and mousetrap car race. The data and data sources used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data was obtained from observation and documentation, while quantitative data was obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, where all members are sampled. The participants in this study were 28 students of class X sains SMA Masa Depan Yogyakarta. The results of this study can be opened 1) Students' perceptions of EDP-based STEM learning are positive, students show good attitudes and characteristics in learning, students' interests and motivations are positive, but do not really affect students' self-efficacy to choose and study STEM 2). Gender differences in the perceptions of the tenth graders of Future High School in this study did not show a significant difference. Male and female students of class X sains SMA Masa Depan Yogyakarta.
