Abstract

ABSTRAK Dipenelitian ini bertujuannya bisa mengetahui hasil pengaruhnya Pelatihan, Pengalaman dan Kemampuan Kerja Karyawan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pengalaman Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the results of the effect of Training, Experience and Work Ability of Employees on Employee Work Performance at PT. Musi Forest Persada, Muara Enim Regency. The sample in this research is 50 people/respondent, the method used in this research is quantitative method. The technique of collecting data is by using a questionnaire and the analysis technique is to collect data using the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. Hypothesis test results proves that in this study there is a partial and simultaneous influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. This can be seen from the results of the t test (partially) of the Training variable (X1) with a sig. 0.011 < 0.05, Work Experience (X2) with a sig. 0.001 < 0.05 and Workability (X3) with a sig. 0.001 < 0.05. So it can be stated that the three independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Musi Forest Persada, Muara Enim Regency. While the value of the F test (simultaneously) is sig. 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of Employee Training, Experience and Work Ability have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Musi Forest Persada, Muara Enim Regency. Keywords : Training, Work Experience, Work Ability, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dynamics of internal engagement among members of the Palembang City Arts Council in managing traditional arts. It focuses on understanding how internal engagement shapes organizational effectiveness, decision-making processes, and the sustainability of traditional arts within a local cultural institution context. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with council members, participatory observation of organizational activities, and document analysis of programs and policy outputs. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of internal engagement. The findings reveal that internal engagement among members is uneven and largely administrative or symbolic. Engagement is influenced by institutional structure, clarity of roles, internal communication patterns, and resource limitations. Higher levels of engagement are associated with stronger collaboration, greater program innovation, and more effective management of traditional arts. This study is applicable to the fields of arts management, cultural governance, and organizational studies. The findings may serve as a reference for local arts councils, cultural institutions, and policymakers in strengthening internal governance mechanisms and improving the sustainability of traditional arts at the regional level. This study introduces internal engagement as a key non-technical factor in traditional arts management. It shifts the analytical focus from artistic preservation to institutional dynamics, offering new insights into how internal organizational processes influence the effectiveness and sustainability of local cultural institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direction and substance of the Merdeka Belajar policy, identify its implementation challenges from the perspective of justice and equal access to education, evaluate its contribution to the equalization of educational quality, particularly in 3T regions (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged areas), and formulate evidence-based strategic recommendations. This research employed a qualitative approach using the library research method. Data were collected through documentation studies of official policy documents, scientific journals, and relevant institutional reports, and were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing using source triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Belajar policy represents a paradigmatic transformation in education from a teacher-centered approach toward student-centered learning, implemented through the Merdeka Curriculum, National Assessment, and the Guru Penggerak program. However, the implementation of the policy still faces several structural challenges, including disparities in digital infrastructure, unequal teacher capacity, and weak coordination between central and regional governments. These conditions have hindered the equitable distribution of policy benefits, particularly in 3T regions, which remain the most vulnerable areas. The study concludes that achieving substantive educational justice requires policy differentiation based on regional typology, strengthening adaptive and contextual teacher training systems, accelerating digital infrastructure development, and reinforcing multi-stakeholder educational governance involving schools, universities, local governments, and industry sectors.
