Abstract

Abstract  The research approach used is a type of experimental research using a pre-experimental design that is one group pretests-posttest design. From the data analysis above, the results obtained for the correlation of 0.877 from mean X1 = 9.9700 with a standard deviation of 0.62619 and mean X2 = 9.8108 with a standard deviation of 0.6380, while for the results of the pre-test and post-test results obtained mean 0.159220 with a standard deviation of 0.32138 and the result of the t test is 2.477, thus Ho is accepted so that the ladder drill exercise provided can increase the running speed of 60 meters in Sidoarjo LOC Basketball School.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lari 12 menit dan laribolak balik terhadap peningkatan daya tahan VO2. Hasil data dari penelitian dianalisisdengan menggunakan teknik analisis varian satu jalur atau one way anova dengan tarafsignifikansi 0,05. Dari uji tersebut diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 8,385< 4,41 Ftabel pada hasilpretest dan posttest kelompok X1 dan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 5,831< 4,41 Ftabel padahasil pretest dan posttest kelompok X1, kemudian untuk kelompok kontrol diperolehFhitung sebesar 0,00039< 4,41 dan untuk selisih kelompok X1 dengan kelompok kontroldiperoleh Fhitung sebesar 112,71 > 4,20 Ftabel dan selisih kelompok X2 dengan kelompokkontrol diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 73,14 > 4,20 Ftabel. Perolehan tersebut merujuk padahasil penelitian yang diperoleh. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh signifikan antara latihan lari 12menit dan lari bolak balik dengan latihan konvensional terhadap peningkatan daya tahanpemain.

Abstract

Research development of aim products in the form of a model of learning-oriented bullets starting play in an effort to create a situation of active learning. The research method used is the method of research development (research and development), of the Brog and Gall which is divided into two stages, namely the early research (needs analysis) and development. Research conducted at SDN Klojen in Malang city. The instruments used are the now and interviews. Data were analyzed with a qualitative analysis techniques and qualitative descriptive. Based on the results of the expert analysis of the game, Physical Education in Elementary School , Learning experts and experts of athletics (Shot Put) assessing learning models Shot Put berorintasi play is at 88.75% category with good qualifications and a small group of trial results and large group shows that the model of learning is playing berorintasi cartridges starting at 84.72% category with the qualification of “good” so that learning the berorintasi bullet starting play have can be used as a model for improve the quality of learning making learning active and fun

Abstract

This study aims to design of  basic jumping movement learning models through modification of traditional games in order to fun, interesting, varied, interactive, effective and help students improve gross motor skills in elementary school student. In this study, researchers used a development model referring to research and development. Learning media required data at 81.25%, learning experts at 75.00%, learning expert models obtained 87.50%, trials with 8 subjects (small groups) 89.84%, first trials with subjects 30 84, 38%, the final product test 83.13%. This reseach conlude that the basic jumping movement learning through the modification of traditional knee games to improve gross motor skills in elementary school student can be used. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pembelajaran gerak dasar melompat melalui modifikasi permainan tradisional yang menyenangkan, menarik, bervariasi, interaktif dan efektif dan membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan gerakan motorik kasar pada anak-anak sekolah dasar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan. Media pembelajaran diperlukan data sebesar 81,25%, ahli pembelajaran sebesar 75,00%, model ahli pembelajaran memperoleh hasil 87,50%, uji coba dengan 8 subyek (kelompok kecil) 89,84%, uji coba lapangan dengan subjek 30 84,38%, uji coba produk akhir 83,13%. Dapat dinyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran gerak dasar melompat melalui modifikasi permainan tradisional lutut untuk meningkatkan gerakan motorik kasar pada anak-anak sekolah dasar dapat digunakan.Â
