Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the mediating role of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the context of Grabbike services in Kendari City. This study is important for application providers, especially in responding to the challenges of online transportation competition, especially online motorcycle taxis. In addition, for the government, this study is an input in formulating urban transportation planning based on community needs. This study involved a population of 160 respondents who used Grabbike services in Kendari City. and used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is proven to have an effect on loyalty, while price does not have a significant impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi komunikasi Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dalam membentuk opini publik untuk mendukung optimalisasi terminal penumpang dan meningkatkan kepatuhan perizinan transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana disebutkan bahwa penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang memaparkan permasalahan mengenai strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dalam membentuk opini publik khususnya mengenai optimalisasi terminal dan mendorong kepatuhan perizinan transportasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dalam membentuk opini publik mengenai optimalisasi terminal dan kepatuhan perizinan transportasi lebih dari sekedar penyebaran informasi. Strategi yang dilaksanakan antara lain komunikasi langsung dan kunjungan lapangan, komunikasi dengan melibatkan instansi lain, komunikasi dengan dukungan media massa dan media daring, digitalisasi dan transparansi data serta penguatan etika dan penguatan kredibilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh peran strategis yang diniliki oleh Pelabuhan Nambo  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan mekanisme Collaborative Governance dalam alam mendukung distribusi barang, khususnya Aspal Buton, serta menjadi pendorong utama perekonomian daerah. Dalam pengelolaannya, pelabuhan melibatkan berbagai stakeholder, seperti pemerintah daerah, pengelola pelabuhan, perusahaan pelayaran, pengusaha logistik, dan masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan mekanisme Collaborative Governance dalam pengelolaan Pelabuhan Nambo Kabupaten Buton, dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan dinamika kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak yang terlibat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Buton (Pelabuhan Nambo) dan di Kota Kendari dari Bulan Juni-September 2024. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Mekanisme Collaborative Governance sangat diperlukan dalam pengelolaan Pelabuhan Nambo sehingga akan mendorong penyelenggaraan transportasi dan bongkar muat logistic menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif serta meningkatnya kinerja pelabuhan itu sendiri.

Abstract

This research is a literature study that aims to analyse the role of talent management in supporting the optimisation of public services. Talent management is seen as a strategic approach to ensure the availability of quality human resources in the bureaucracy, through the process of identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential individuals. In this study, literature was added through a systematic search process using scientific databases such as Google Scholar and ResearchGate, with the keywords "talent management in the public sector," "bureaucratic reform," and "public service performance." The selected literature includes indexed international journals and e-books published from 2020 to 2025 to ensure relevance and topicality. This study highlights that the implementation of effective talent management can improve the performance of public organizations, encourage innovation, and strengthen the accountability and responsiveness of services to the public. However, the success of its implementation is greatly influenced by the commitment of the leadership, a competency-based management system, and a supportive organizational culture. This study also identifies challenges in the implementation of talent management in the public sector, such as limited regulations, political intervention, and a lack of integration with strategic planning. Thus, talent management is a vital foundation in bureaucratic reform to create more professional, effective, and community-oriented public services.

Abstract

The discipline and compliance of public transportation drivers are crucial factors in ensuring safe, comfortable, and secure transportation. North Kolaka Regency, as one of the entry and exit points to Southeast Sulawesi Province, with its high volume of goods and people, faces various challenges related to administrative violations, vehicle roadworthiness, and compliance with transportation laws. This community service initiative aims to improve drivers' and transportation business owners' understanding of the importance of implementing regulations, licensing procedures, and applicable legal sanctions through outreach, direct education, enforcement, supervision, and law enforcement. The activities included problem mapping, outreach, outreach, education, and evaluation of drivers' perceptions and understanding. The results of the initiative indicate an increase in drivers' knowledge of law enforcement provisions and their awareness of complying with technical and administrative transportation requirements.

Abstract

Terminal land utilization is a crucial aspect in improving the effectiveness of transportation services, developing the local economy, and optimizing regional spatial planning. However, various issues such as inappropriate land use, lack of understanding among the public and business actors, and weak coordination between stakeholders remain challenges in terminal management. This community service activity aims to provide outreach regarding the importance of appropriate and sustainable terminal land utilization. The methods used included outreach, focus group discussions, and participant understanding assessments. The outreach activity lasted one day (Saturday, November 8, 2025), targeting the community around the Sangi-Sangi Type B Terminal in South Konawe Regency. The results showed a significant increase in understanding of terminal functions, land zoning regulations, legal business opportunities, and the positive impact of terminal development on the regional economy. This activity is expected to be the first step in strengthening terminal governance to be more efficient, orderly, and economically valuable for South Konawe Regency.
