Abstract

Manajemen peserta didik dibutuhkan agar peserta didik dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai yang diharapkan dalam meraih keberhasilan, sehingga bisa mendorong prestasi akademik maupun non akademik. Tujuan dari manajemen peserta didik adalah untuk mengelola seluruh aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan siswa, sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berlangsung secara tertib, terstruktur, dan tanpa hambatan yang berarti. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan, pembinaan, evaluasi dan mutasi peserta didik di SDN 2 Bebengan, Kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian peneliti sendiri, alat bantu kamera, tape recorder, pedoman observasi, dokumentasi dan pedoman wawancara. Keabsahan data meliputi uji kredibilitas, triangulasi sumber, triangulasi tehnik, uji transferability dan uji dependability. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Perencanaan peserta didik di SDN 2 Bebengan, meliputi a) analisis kebutuhan peserta didik; b) rekrutmen peserta didik; c) seleksi peserta didik; d) penempatan peserta didik. 2) Pembinaan peserta didik di SDN 2 Bebengan, meliputi a) pembinaan kelas dilakukan oleh guru kelas pada jam pelajaran,; b) pembinaan sekolah dilakukan oleh guru BK terhadap siswa yang mengalami permasalahan kenakalan atau terlambat masuk sekolah; c) pembinaan oleh kepala sekolah dilakukan pada semua siswa pada saat kegiatan upacara maupun dalam kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran peserta didik di SDN 2 Bebengan, diantaranya a) evaluasi dilakukan 2 kali dalam satu semester yang membahas terkait dengan kendala pembelajaran maupun permasalahan siswa dimasing-masing kelas; b) Evaluasi dimana masing masing wali kelas melaporkan perkembangan dan kemajuan kelas; c) Hasil evaluasi akan menjadi bahan acuan dalam menentukan kebijakan ke depannya sekaligus mencari solusi bersama; d) Evaluasi juga membahas dinamika permasalahan guru dan peserta didik dalam proses di lingkungan sekolah. 4) Mutasi peserta didik di SDN 2 Bebengan, yaitu: a) mutasi masuk dimana siswa dari sekolah lain ingin masuk ke SD Negeri 2 Bebengan. b) mutasi keluar yaitu siswa SD Negeri 2 Bebengan yang ingin keluar dari sekolah dan pindah ke sekolah yang lain.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of student management at SD Negeri 2 Bebengan, a Transformative Model School in Boja District, Kendal Regency. The research aims to describe how key components of student management—planning, development, evaluation, and transfer—are practiced and contribute to improving educational quality. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through structured observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The findings show that student planning is conducted collaboratively through data-informed strategies involving recruitment, orientation, and placement. Student development is supported through mentoring, guidance, co-curricular activities, and character education, ensuring holistic growth. Evaluation of learning is systematic, combining diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments used to adapt instructional practices and inform academic decisions. The school also employs regulated transfer and dropout management procedures to maintain continuity in student learning. These practices are aligned with national education standards and international best practices in student-centered management. The study concludes that structured and inclusive student management enhances academic outcomes and personal development. Recommendations include improving digital data systems, enhancing teacher training in socio-emotional learning, and strengthening parental involvement and post-pandemic support systems.

Abstract

Provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 57 of 2021 concerning Education Standards and Minister of National Education Regulation No. 19 of 2007 concerning Education Management Standards by Elementary and Secondary Education Units set standardized indicators for education management from elementary to secondary levels. One form of indicator is the relationship between education and the quality of educational reports. However, there is an issue of weak educational quality reports that vary and often lead to bias, resulting in planning that is merely focused on administrative document fulfillment rather than achieving the intended goals. The research focus is on developing a platform as a solution to the Education Report based on Minister of National Education Regulation No. 19 of 2007. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to examine how the newly launched Indonesian Education Report platform can be utilized in data-based education planning to ensure more targeted planning and enhance the quality of education. The analysis results indicate that the Education Profile and Report platforms of each education unit serve as empirical databases that will be used as the basis for the development of ARKAS. The provision of educational services within these data-based education units will be more optimal as they are based on data from each indicator achievement available on the Education Profile and Report platform.
