Abstract

The system of information and communication in Islamic education in the digital era enables the more effective dissemination of Islamic values. Technology supports interactive learning, but challenges related to information verification still exist. This study integrates the values of the Qur'an to improve the quality of Islamic education and ensure the accuracy of information. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, the study analyzes the concepts of information and communication systems in Surah Al-Kahfi 13, Ali Imran 110, and Al-Hujurat 6 through scholarly journal articles. The results show: QS. Al-Kahfi 13 emphasizes the importance of truth, ethics, and morality in the Islamic education information system. Islamic education should wisely utilize technology to spread correct knowledge, prioritize spiritual values, and encourage positive change. QS. Ali Imran 110 calls for the use of modern technology, such as Qur'an apps and interactive videos, to convey Islamic values in an engaging way. QS. Al-Hujurat 6 highlights the importance of information verification to prevent hoaxes and ensure valid religious information through proper digital literacy.

Abstract

Islamic universities in Indonesia face significant challenges in balancing Islamic values with the needs of modern education and global competition. The dynamics of changes in national higher education policies and the demands of international accreditation create adaptive pressure for these institutions to transform without losing their distinctive identity. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic higher education policies in integrating Islamic values with international academic standards, as well as identifying optimal policy models for institutional development in the digital era. How can Islamic universities develop policies that strengthen Islamic identity while increasing global competitiveness? What are the challenges of implementing scientific integration policies in Islamic universities? The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method at five leading Islamic universities. Data were collected using library research method, by analyzing various sources from books and journals related to the theme of the mutual relationship between politics and policy and education in Islamic universities. The study identified three models of effective integration policies: (1) transformative-adaptive model, (2) conservative-selective model, and (3) progressive-innovative model. Policy implementation is influenced by leadership, organizational culture, and capacity factors. Universities that implement the transformative-adaptive model show an optimal balance between strengthening Islamic values ​​and increasing global competitiveness.

Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam manajemen pendidikan yang berperan strategis dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan mutu pembelajaran. Perkembangan paradigma supervisi menunjukkan adanya pergeseran dari pendekatan pengawasan administratif menuju pendekatan pembinaan profesional yang bersifat kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan dengan tuntutan tersebut adalah supervisi model pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, prinsip, peran supervisor, serta implementasi supervisi model pengembangan dalam konteks pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kepustakaan. Data diperoleh dari buku ajar manajemen dan supervisi pendidikan yang diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2020–2025 serta artikel jurnal nasional bereputasi yang terindeks SINTA 2 dan SINTA 3 pada periode 2023–2025. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan penelusuran literatur, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi model pengembangan menekankan prinsip humanistik, kolaboratif, reflektif, dan berkelanjutan, dengan supervisor berperan sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, dan mitra profesional bagi guru. Implementasi supervisi model pengembangan yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan berkesinambungan berpotensi meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, kualitas pembelajaran, serta mutu pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, supervisi model pengembangan dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi efektif dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah.
