Abstract

This study seeks to examine the public relations strategies employed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia Regional Division III in the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs aimed at fostering community empowerment in Palembang City, South Sumatra. Adopting a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, the research focuses on the procedural execution of the CSR initiatives, which encompasses four critical stages: problem definition, planning and programming, execution and communication, and program evaluation. The findings indicate that PT Kereta Api Indonesia Regional Division III endeavors to adhere to the prescribed stages sequentially. However, the study identifies notable challenges, including insufficient socialization during the program's implementation phase and a lack of follow-up on evaluation outcomes, which may hinder the program's overall effectiveness.

Abstract

Rebranding rumah sakit merupakan strategi penting untuk mengatasi stigma, memperkuat identitas organisasi, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi rebranding Rumah Sakit Khusus Kusta Sungai Kundur menjadi Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Rivai Abdullah (RSUP DRA) Banyuasin. Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi proses rebranding yang mencakup transformasi identitas, strategi komunikasi, pengembangan layanan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari analisis dokumen, wawancara dengan manajemen rumah sakit dan tenaga kesehatan, serta literatur terkait rebranding dan manajemen pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rebranding dilakukan melalui lima dimensi utama: (1) transformasi identitas organisasi dan repositioning dari rumah sakit khusus menjadi rumah sakit umum pusat; (2) strategi komunikasi internal, eksternal, dan partisipatif untuk membangun citra baru; (3) pengembangan layanan kesehatan melalui penambahan fasilitas dan peningkatan mutu; (4) manajemen perubahan dengan pelatihan SDM dan kepemimpinan transformatif; serta (5) dukungan kebijakan pemerintah. Dampak rebranding terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan pasien, penguatan citra positif, dan pencapaian akreditasi lebih baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rebranding RSUP DRA berhasil mengatasi stigma, memperluas segmen pasien, dan memperkuat posisi sebagai rumah sakit rujukan regional.

Abstract

This study explores how employee experience, mental toughness, psychological wellbeing, and work motivation influence organizational commitment and job performance among Generation Z in Indonesia. Drawing on data from the Central Statistics Agency (2020), which indicates Generation Z's dominance in the Indonesian workforce (27.94%), this research adopts a survey design with 330 respondents from the Jabodetabek area. Using the PLS-SEM approach, the study finds that these factors positively and significantly impact organizational commitment. Moreover, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between these variables and job performance. These findings emphasize the importance of nurturing organizational commitment, especially among Generation Z, who seek supportive workplaces promoting psychological wellbeing and offering career growth opportunities. Thus, organizations should devise tailored strategies to foster employee wellbeing, motivation, and commitment for sustainable success.
