Abstract

A fundamental characteristic of investor relations is the full disclosure of information for the companies that have gone public through the capital market and have the title "Tbk”. To public, a company that has declared going public, having the responsibility to disclose any information regarding the activities or internal actions of the company to all stakeholders, especially to its investors, counting when a public company is experiencing an internal crisis. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of communication tools in order to carry out public information disclosure by public companies (issuers) in maintaining stock liquidity. The study was conducted at the office of PT Bumi Resources, Tbk., 12th floor Bakrie Tower Jalan Epicentrum Utama Raya, Rasuna Epicentrum Kuningan, South Jakarta. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Techniques used in data collection include: a) Primary data in the form of in-depth interviews with key informants and data from the company, and b) Secondary Data obtained through literature such as books, journals, articles, and previous research related to this research. Communication tools carried out by the investor relations division consist of; Press release, News, Annual Report, Analyst Meeting, GMS, Website, Contact Center, Financial Reports, Financial Media Meeting and Financial Advertising. The use of these tools depends on the situation and conditions faced by the company.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini merupakan ejawantah peran perguruan tinggi dalam upaya untuk memampukan masyarakat Desa Mainan, Kecamatan Sembawa, Banyuasin melalui pemanfaatan dan optimalisasi potensi sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya yang dimiliki secara mandiri. Berdasarkan observasi dan diskusi terarah dengan pemangku kepentingan, mitra pengabdi yang ditunjuk adalalah Karang Taruna Satya Dharma Bhakti dengan kegiatan utama berupa pengembangan kewirausahaan pembuatan pot tanaman hias berbahan dasar kain atau ambal bekas. Pemilihan ini berdasarkan fakta bahwa saat ini tanaman hias menjadi kesukaan baru masyarakat Indonesia sehingga kebutuhan alat pendukung seperti pot semakin meningkat.  Produk pos tanaman hias ini kemudian dipasarkan melalui media sosial Facebook, Instagram, dan twitter untuk  memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan kesadaran produk pembeli. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan tambahan energi bagi pegiat kewirausahaan Karang Taruna Satya Dharma Bhakti karena mendapatkan pengetahuan untuk desain baru  dan penjualan yang semakin menjanjikan.Kata kunci : pemberdayaan, pot hias, pemasaran digital

Abstract

Garbage is used good that can cause environmental damage and threaten the sustainability of living things’ ecosystems. Waste that is not well-managed will turn into toxic compounds and will be harmful to health. Yet, if it handled properly, it can provide economic benefits. Waste management is not only the responsibility of the government but also the community. The purpose of this campaign activity was to change the mindset and behavior of the people in Sukamaju Village, Palembang in handling their household wastes, especially related to the sorting of organic and inorganic waste. Campaign activities were carried through 4 stages, namely, observation, socialization, providing assistance, and monitoring-evaluation. In general, the residents of Sukamaju urban village had finally realized that household wastes should have been sorted by their types. However, the results of the monitoring showed that the assistance for the trailer trash cans provided by the service team had not been used properly. Therefore, campaign activities should ideally be carried out periodically and continuously accompanied by other efforts in the form of creating a waste bank and training skills to process garbage into goods that have economic value.

Abstract

This paper is an  attempt to academically define Hizb ut Tahrir Indonesia's characteristics before its revocation. Although the Indonesian regime has officially disbanded this transnational organization in July 2017, its existence remains stimulating to discuss.  Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia's primary objective is to implement Islamic laws in total, which can only be accomplished within a superstate called al-Khilafah al-Islamiyah (Islamic Caliphate) led by a Khalifah (Caliph). Its followers believe that Islam will revive under the caliphate.  In Indonesia, Hizb ut-Tahrir actively criticized the government's policies through its articles,  preachings, and street rallies. The ideas were conveyed not only through direct campaigning but also via its internal media.  We argue, based on this study,  that HTI is part of  Islamic revival that wants to change the social-political structures through the re-creation of the caliphate by conducting intensive da'wa with nonviolent activities, as well as war of ideas as the strategy.

Abstract

Rumbai adalah jenis tanaman air yang banyak tumbuh di wilayah Desa Sidang Emas, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatra Selatan. Tanaman ini lazimnya digunakan sebagai bahan dasar produk anyaman seperti atap, tikar, bakul, dan tas. Namun ternyata, para perajin Desa Sidang Emas yang tergabung dalam UMKM Rumpun Mas belum mendapatkan manfaat ekonomi lebih dari produk yang dihasilkan. Hasil dari observasi dan diskusi kelompok terarah menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dihadapi oleh perajin dan UMKM Rumpun Mas terletak pada terbatasnya diversifikasi produk dan metode pemasaran serta penjualan yang pasif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tim pengabdian melakukan kegiatan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan inovasi produk termasuk pembuatan dan maksimalisasi media sosial dan aplikasi e-commerce. Pemilihan media sosial dan aplikasi e-commerce sebagai metode pemasaran dan penjualan berdasarkan pada realitas pertumbuhan media internet dan kuantitas pengguna yang semakin tinggi sehingga potensi untuk mempromosikan produk anyaman rumbai semakin luas. Pengabdian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa perajin mendapatkan pengetahuan baru terkait jenis dan model anyaman serta metode pemasaran. Satu produk baru yang dibuat adalah topi wisuda. Kemudian, selain tetap melaksanakan penjualan langsung, perajin dapat mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk mereka melalui media sosial Facebook dan Instagram serta beberapa aplikasi e-commerce. Dengan demikian, diharapkan penjualan produk anyaman para perajin dan UMKM Rumpun Mas semakin meningkat sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyakarat Desa Sidang Emas pada umumnya

Abstract

Yogyakarta adalah sebuah wilayah di selatan pulau Jawa yang rawan bencana alam. Maka diperlukan adanya peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat Yogyakarta dalam usaha pengurangan resiko bencana. Permasalahan terjadi saat komunikasi lembaga instansi yang berkaitan dengan penanganan bencana tidak terkoordinasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini mencoba melihat bagaimana komunikasi koordinasi setiap instansi dalam penanganan bencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa permasalahan yang terjadi dan bagaimana solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan pengambilan data  menggunakan pendekatan focus group discussion (FGD). Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah kurangnya komunikasi koordinasi antar instansi dalam tanggap bencana di Yogyakarta, dan perlu meningkatkan komunikasi koordinasi antar instansi.

Abstract

Pengguna internet di Indonesia selalu meningkat, terlebih lagi selama masa pandemi COVID-19, di mana rutinitas pekerjaan dan pembelajaran banyak dilakukan secara dalam jaringan. Akses ke berbagai konten digital semakin tinggi sementara tidak semuanya mengandung muatan positif. Dengan demikian, literasi digital menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Tujuan dari kegiatan literasi digital ini adalah sebagai upaya nyata untuk memperkuat ketahanan sosial budaya masyarakat, terutama ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Lorong Mari, Kelurahan Talang Bubuk, Palembang. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan sosial dengan metode Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang mengedepankan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat.  Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Talang Bubuk cenderung rendah sehingga memang diperlukan pelatihan literasi.Simpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil evaluasi adalah, pertama, ketahanan sosial budaya seolah terabaikan dalam konteks atau situasi saat ini. Kedua, literasi digital diperlukan sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan ketahanan sosial budaya di tengah masyarakat, utamanya di masa pandemi. Ketiga, literasi merupakan aktivitas yang membutuhkan proses berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan masyarakat serta pemangku kepentingan lain. Keempat, perlu adanya instrumen pengukuran literasi digital yang valid dan reliabel sebagai standar acuan umum. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan kegiatan literasi lanjutan secara berkala dengan tujuan mendirikan Kampung Literasi.

Abstract

Halal Tourism generally known as new concept of tourism industry that are particularly design for the muslims. Its important to be discussed because the sharia-based economic sector has been growing very rapidly lately, not only in the financial, culinary and fashion sectors but also in the tourism sector where the growth of Middle Eastern tourists is very rapid with a total of approximately 170,000 foreign tourists in 2018 and this figure is projected to increase to 250,000 foreign tourists in in 2019. The purpose of this study was to know how the communication strategy of halal tourism in Bandung. This made the researcher thought that halal tourism is important to be discussed specifically, especially in the Marketing Communication sector, besides its great potential, halal tourism itself requires strong branding so that the process of delivering information and the desires of visiting tourists will be even greater. The result of this study will be focused on Marketing Communication Strategy of Halal Tourism in Bandung. This study used a qualitative research method which the marketing communication strategy of halal tourism in Bandung was described in detail and clearly, then the final results presented the marketing communication strategy model. A case study approach was used in this study, and the validity of the data was tested by using data triangulation based on sources and experts in their fields. This marketing communication strategy is expected to be a reference for the marketing communication strategy of halal tourism in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mass media as the main channel of information was responsible for conveying information that became the public reference. Tirto.id, a verified news portal at the Press Council, reported six investigative news stories high lighting the government’s unpreparedness in dealing with the spread of Covid-19. The news between 27 February to 14 March 2020 were the objects of this research. Based on the objects, this research focused on the construction of Tirto.id on the reality of the government’s unpreparedness. This study used a descriptive qualitative method through Robert M. Entman’s framing analysis model. The reports of this study werestructured into: Define Problems, Diagnose Causes, Make Moral Judgments, and Treatment Recommendations. On the aspect of Define Problems, the research showed misinformation and coordination. The aspects of DiagnoseCauses were being ignored because of safe feeling. On the aspect of Make Moral Judgments, it showed criticism of biased policies. Meanwhile, on Treatment Recommendations, the state/government must be able to protect its people. The conclusion obtained showed that Tirto.id saw the government’s unpreparedness as a reflection of the country’s failure to protect its people due to unprofessional actions and biased policies in handling Covid-19.

Abstract

The business climate in the publishing sector has become quite a complex issue in Indonesia. But not only that, in publishing, licensing has its own dynamics. Media ownership must go through a licensing process which can be said to be easier than before. But in reality, there are still many Delivery Institutions that experience licensing problems, one of which is K2 FM Radio as a Local Public Delivery Institution (LPPL) in Indramayu Regency. In this research, the researcher wants to analyze what are the obstacles for K2 FM Radio, starting from its status which must comply with the law to the permit which has not been extended since 2022 and the researcher wants to know the government's role in the obstacles facing K2 FM Radio's licensing. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with 10 informants in the form of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), documentation studies and literature studies. The results of this research are that the obstacle to K2 FM Radio licensing is the dynamic change in position holders so that there is no official role that can focus on handling K2 FM Radio licensing issues. Apart from that, the government's role is minimal so that the budget support issued by K2 FM Radio as LPPL is not granted. K2 FM Radio needs someone who really loves radio so that the radio can develop.
