Abstract

business intelligence and innovation are crucial in initiating and advancing company enterprises. This research examined the impact of business intelligence and innovation on business startups. A simple random sampling approach was used to gather data using questionnaires mailed to 173 workers and managers of enterprises in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The study used Pearson correlation and Regression analysis to ascertain the association between factors and the impact of business intelligence and innovation on company startups. The analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 26. The study findings demonstrate a direct and positive relationship between the variables of business intelligence and innovation for business startups. Additionally, business intelligence and innovation have a noteworthy impact on the success of business startups.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to understand the role of knowledge management in higher education institutions. This study aims to know to review the literature on knowledge management in general and its application to higher education institutions in particular. This study shows the importance of the KM in the academic sector or the role of the KM in advancing higher education. Indeed, the academic environment is a treasure trove of knowledge, but it is not well organized and therefore also useless and leads to repetition of the activity. However, KM has been accepted in a large number of sectors, organizations, institutes, universities, colleges, and the higher education sector in general, and the full potential of KM has been delivered. Previous research also sought to shed light on the importance of linking study with higher education. The contribution of this study is a practical and actionable step-by-step plan as well as a theoretical framework for the importance of the role of successful knowledge management in higher education institutions.

Abstract

Crises of organizational misdeeds arise when management takes certain decisions knowing the harmful consequences of the same towards the stakeholders and external parties. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of strategic planning and strategic thinking on crisis management. The importance of our research is that crisis management, A timely and accurate response to any critical incident is critical to mitigating impacts, a successful crisis management plan can prevent delays, and strategic thinking helps you identify opportunities for change, and take advantage of them. It also helps staff anticipate crises that may occur in the future. The study was conducted through Google Form. A survey of Kurdistan Regional Government residents aged 20 to over 60 years and residents of Halabja, Suleimani and surrounding areas, through a simple Random sample. Approximately 120 respondents were recruited who were recruited through an adaptive questionnaire. After analyzing the data through SPSS and its Correlation and regression models. Finally, strategic thinking and strategic planning play a crucial role in effective crisis management. By anticipating potential crises, developing proactive strategies and implementing structured plans, organizations can better navigate uncertain and challenging situations. Overall, integrating strategic thinking and planning into crisis management processes can enhance an organization’s ability to mitigate risks, respond quickly, and recover quickly from crises.
