Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly changed Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital HRM practices specifically digital recruitment, technology-based training, and information system supported performance management on employee performance in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 120 employees in the information technology services sector in Jakarta. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which each digital HRM variable influences performance. The results of the study indicate that all three digital HRM practices have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Digital recruitment accelerates the process of searching for and selecting more appropriate candidates. Technology-based training increases flexibility and learning effectiveness. Meanwhile, digital performance management allows for more transparent, accurate, and real-time evaluations. Overall, the three variables explain 67% of the variation in employee performance.

Abstract

Inventory efficiency is a crucial factor in logistics management which has a direct impact on the company's operational and financial performance. Implementation of appropriate logistics policies, such as Just-In-Time (JIT), Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI), and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), can significantly influence inventory management efficiency. This research aims to analyze the influence of logistics policies on inventory efficiency in the company environment. The main focus is to identify the relationship between logistics policy implementation and inventory efficiency as well as to evaluate the factors that influence inventory performance in companies. This research uses a quantitative approach using a survey of 40 respondents who are personnel related to logistics management in companies. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire designed to measure perceptions of the effectiveness of logistics policies and inventory efficiency. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha reliability test, simple linear regression, and F significance test. The results of the analysis show that logistics policies such as JIT, VMI, and EOQ have a significant positive correlation with inventory efficiency. The regression coefficient between Logistics Policy and Inventory Efficiency is 0.739, with a very low statistical significance value (p = 0.000), indicating the strong influence of logistics policy on inventory performance. The reliability test results show a high level of confidence in the measurement instruments used in this research.

Abstract

This study analyzes the modernization of TNI AL weaponry systems to support maritime defense tasks in Indonesian jurisdictional waters. Using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, the research identifies the challenges and obstacles faced, as well as determining modernization priorities. The ANP results show that modernizing the Indonesian Navy Warship (KRI) is the top priority, followed by the development of Fast Missile Boats (KCR), the modernization of the Maritime Air Defense System, and the procurement of new submarines. Additionally, the Indonesian Navy faces both conventional military threats, such as naval attacks from other countries, and asymmetric threats, including piracy and maritime terrorism. To address these threats, the Indonesian Navy needs to develop advanced technologies, including cyber security and monitoring technologies to prevent illegal activities at sea. The study also finds that modernization efforts face various obstacles, requiring the improvement of maintenance facilities and intensive training. The use of ANP and NVivo helps formulate an effective modernization strategy to enhance operational readiness and the maritime defense capabilities of the Indonesian Navy.
