Abstract

The implementation of training and socialization on risk management, as per Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Regulation No. 09 of 2020, aims to enhance the competence of Senior Supervisors and Internal Auditors in relation to their core duties and functions in cooperative supervision. It also aims to familiarize officials responsible for cooperative development and functional supervisors with guidelines for conducting cooperative supervision and inspections within the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Kemenkop UKM). This initiative was conducted by the Community Service Team of STIMA IMMI Jakarta and Paramadina University Jakarta in collaboration with the Internal Supervisory and Auditor Unit of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. The purpose of the training and socialization program is to elevate competence, skills, knowledge, and attitudes to anticipate the increasing incidence of fraud cases in cooperatives due to the weak implementation of supervision and audits by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. The issue of fraud in cooperatives throughout Indonesia has reached hundreds of trillions of rupiah. Training and socialization, conducted using the active learning method, have had a positive impact on participants, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of participants in engaging in discussions and group activities, as well as the smooth execution of the program and its alignment with the participants' needs. Quantitatively, the PKM program has successfully improved the participants' abilities, as demonstrated by the increase in the average pre-test score from 67.4 to 75.8 during the post-test.

Abstract

The higher education role is evolving from focusing on teaching, research, and innovation to becoming a key player in shaping and influencing the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This article used the systematic literature review (SLR) method to investigate how entrepreneurial universities can encourage collaboration across sectors to drive socio-economic growth. Based on the results of identification, screening and eligibility checking of 1375 documents, 30 articles discussing entrepreneurial universities and collaboration were examined. The collaborations are driven by addressing societal issues, fostering innovation, developing commercial potential, and gaining access to funding or subsidy programs, with the role of universities strengthened by regulations on ownership of intellectual property and distribution of royalties to inventors. Collaboration is also related to the university's ability to encourage innovation and connect it with the market and the institutional framework. In addition, entrepreneurship training, apart from being closely linked to applied research, encourages academics to turn their business plans into start-up ventures. In this context, government institutions have a passive role in collaboration. Thus, to enhance a sustainable and impactful entrepreneurial ecosystem, policymakers are urged to foster an entrepreneurial and innovative culture, create conducive environments for start-up and MSME growth, and encourage active collaboration and contributions from all stakeholders.

This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 120 employees in the information technology services sector in Jakarta. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which each digital HRM variable influences performance. The results of the study indicate that all three digital HRM practices have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Digital recruitment accelerates the process of searching for and selecting more appropriate candidates. Technology-based training increases flexibility and learning effectiveness. Meanwhile, digital performance management allows for more transparent, accurate, and real-time evaluations. Overall, the three variables explain 67% of the variation in employee performance.

There is an influence of Communication on Work Effectiveness, it is proven that the tcount value for the Communication variable (X2) is 7,222, while the ttable value for N = 85 is 1,988. Based on the calculations in the table above, the influence was tested for the three variables, and based on the Model Summary table, the Adjusted R Square (R2) value was 0.649. This shows that 64.9% of organizational culture (X1) and communication (X2) together influence employee job satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Gang Desa (formerly Gang Coklat) is a settlement in Limus Nunggal Village, Cileungsi, near the elite area of Kota Wisata Cibubur. Behind the splendor of Kota Wisata, the residents of Gang Desa live on low incomes. The lack of knowledge and skills in processing food based on local agricultural products for their children's snacks, makes them in an urgent situation to be able to acquire economically valuable skills that can be managed together. This PKM aims to empower housewives to process healthy and ready-to-eat foods from taro gandoang and turn them into culinary businesses to earn additional income. The activity was carried out from May to September 2025, attended by 20 fostered partners divided into two Joint Business Groups. The methods applied were socialization, namely education about healthy and nutritious food; training included practical processing of ingredients, marketing theory: branding, logos, product names and packaging; digital marketing technique theory: practical culinary content creation, and theory of calculating the cost of goods sold. After several training sessions and repetitions of processing basic taro ingredients into delicious and economically valuable foods, partners appeared to be skilled at practicing the recipes taught. Furthermore, they understand the importance of branding, logos, product naming, and food packaging techniques, as well as calculating Cost of Goods Sold and creating culinary containers. However, due to limited mobile phone availability, not all partners are proficient in culinary content creation. This program has successfully motivated partners to create culinary businesses using taro gandoang as a base ingredient, with support from implementing partners. Keywords: taro gandoang, digital marketing, Cost of Goods Sold.
