Abstract

The adoption of digital payments by micromerchants in South Jakarta remains low. This study aims to investigate the reasons behind this reluctance, identify the factors that contribute to it, and suggest potential solutions. Qualitative research method was used. The research sample consisted of microentrepreneurs in the culinary, food and beverage, grocery, and home laundry sectors. Data were collected through interviews and observations in order to gain a more detailed understanding. The findings indicate that a significant proportion of small entrepreneurs remain reluctant to utilize digital payments because of a lack of comprehension regarding its utilization. This underscores the necessity for the provision of education and training to micro-merchants regarding the advantages and operational aspects of digital payments. This could potentially enhance the adoption of digital payments among micromerchants and facilitate more efficient business operations.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly changed Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital HRM practices specifically digital recruitment, technology-based training, and information system supported performance management on employee performance in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 120 employees in the information technology services sector in Jakarta. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which each digital HRM variable influences performance. The results of the study indicate that all three digital HRM practices have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Digital recruitment accelerates the process of searching for and selecting more appropriate candidates. Technology-based training increases flexibility and learning effectiveness. Meanwhile, digital performance management allows for more transparent, accurate, and real-time evaluations. Overall, the three variables explain 67% of the variation in employee performance.

Abstract

Enhancing worker productivity is a crucial objective for any kind of firm. Employee performance might benefit from a positive work environment. Studies that particularly focus on the function of work motivation as a mediator in the interaction between the work environment and employee performance are scarce, nevertheless. This study aims to examine the role that work motivation plays as a mediator in the link that exists between the work environment and employee performance. This study uses a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional research design. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees in company X. With the use of the SPSS software, the gathered data was subsequently examined using a regression test. The study's findings demonstrate that the relationship between employee performance and the work environment is mediated by job motivation. Furthermore, employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the work environment. An setting that is conducive to work can boost employee motivation, which in turn can enhance performance.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial dalam mendukung aktivitas kerja, khususnya dalam ranah pelayanan, promosi, dan komunikasi pada Rumah BUMN Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap dua informan kunci yang merupakan pegawai aktif di Rumah BUMN Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan memiliki persepsi yang sangat positif terhadap penggunaan media sosial. Media sosial dianggap mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja, memperluas jangkauan pelatihan kepada UMKM binaan, serta mempercepat koordinasi internal. Platform yang sering digunakan meliputi Instagram, WhatsApp, dan TikTok. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan penggunaan media sosial meliputi literasi digital, infrastruktur teknologi, dan kebijakan manajerial.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between financial management practices and corporate performance. It aims to analyze how key components such as cash management, debt management, working capital management, and capital structure impact the financial outcomes of firms, using performance indicators like Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The study highlights the importance of efficient cash flow management, strategic debt usage, and optimized working capital in driving profitability and stability. Additionally, the research identifies how technology, particularly financial management software and big data analytics, plays a pivotal role in enhancing decision-making processes. The findings suggest that companies adopting a balanced approach to financial management, coupled with technological advancements, experience better financial performance and long-term sustainability. This paper provides actionable insights for business managers, financial analysts, and policymakers aiming to improve financial management strategies.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas dinamika kolaborasi tim dan efisiensi kerja sebagai faktor kunci dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kolaborasi tim yang efektif diidentifikasi sebagai landasan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan pencapaian sasaran organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis interaksi tim dan dampaknya terhadap hasil kerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa elemen-elemen seperti komunikasi terbuka, saling pengertian, dan pembagian tanggung jawab yang jelas memainkan peran vital dalam menciptakan atmosfer kerja yang kooperatif. Selain itu, efisiensi kerja menjadi poin kritis dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Strategi manajemen waktu yang bijak, peningkatan proses kerja, dan penerapan teknologi terkini adalah elemen-elemen yang ditemukan berkontribusi pada efisiensi kerja. Studi ini memaparkan bagaimana dinamika kolaborasi tim dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan interpersonal dan pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the SWOT analysis of Screen Printing Parts SMEs in order to obtain the right marketing strategy. Screen Printing Parts is one of the MSMEs located in South Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta, which has been developing since 2017. Onderdil Sablon produces screen printing clothes and screen printing tools. Since starting his business, Onderdil Sablon have always been faced with various kinds of obstacles. The number of similar companies that have emerged makes it difficult for Onderdil Sablon to maintain their product position due to increasingly fierce industry competition. The condition of intense competition is a problem faced Onderdil Sablon. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy for UMKM Screen Printing Parts through SWOT analysis. In determining the marketing strategy, it is necessary to know the internal factors of strengths and weaknesses, as well as external factors of opportunities and threats. The strategy that can be applied, namely the ST strategy is a strategy that uses the strengths of the company to overcome threats or commonly called a diversification strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan risiko terhadap minat masyarakat dalam penggunaan pinjaman online di Kabupaten Bogor. Layanan pinjaman online (fintech lending) semakin populer karena prosesnya yang mudah dan cepat, namun masih menghadirkan risiko seperti penyalahgunaan data pribadi, bunga tinggi, dan keberadaan platform ilegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan atau mengenal layanan pinjaman online. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin, yang dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat (sig. 0,027 < 0,05; β = 0,330). Risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan (sig. 0,552 > 0,05; β = -0,074). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat (sig. F = 0,002 < 0,05) dengan R² sebesar 0,068. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor kemudahan penggunaan menjadi penentu utama, sementara risiko belum menjadi pertimbangan dominan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan transparansi, literasi digital, dan perlindungan data pribadi agar penggunaan pinjaman online lebih bijak.
