Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat membawa dampak perubahan pada seluruh aspek khususnya pada sektor pembayaran. Dompet elektronik atau e-wallet saat ini menjadi tren dimasyarakat karena fleksibilitas dan kenyamanannya. Namun adopsi e-wallet tidak lepas dari beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat konsumen untuk menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keamanan, privasi dan e-trust terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet di Indonesi, dengan membandingkan dua metode, yaitu Jaringan Saraf Tiruan dan Regresi Linear Berganda menggunakan SPSS dan MATLAB. Analisis perbandingan dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi metode yang memiliki tingkat akurasi paling baik. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan dalam penlitian ini dihitung menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, yang menghasilkan 165 reponden. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa metode Jaringan Saraf Tiruan memberikan hasil analisis yang jauh lebih baik dibandingkan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan hasil nilai yang didapat di setiap variable mendekati angka target yang diharapkan, sedangkan regresi linear berganda memberikan hasil yang kurang optimal khususnya pada variable keamanan dan privasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of Canva as an online design platform utilized in interactive learning, with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and using the WebQual 4.0 framework. Five relevant scientific articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, then reviewed based on three main dimensions: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. The results of the analysis show that Canva has a high level of usability, offers a charming and user-friendly interface. In addition, the quality of information is considered good because Canva provides various templates and educational design elements that support understanding of the material. However, the quality of service interaction is still relatively less than optimal, especially in the context of bold collaboration and interaction systems. Overall, Canva has proven effective in increasing student engagement and supporting creative visual learning processes. This study recommends improving user training and integrating Canva with digital learning systems so that users.

Abstract

Public Street Lighting or commonly referred to as PJU is one of the services organized by the Regional Government that aims for the public interest and is used in lighting the streets at night, generally street lighting is located on the right or left side of the road including poles, lights, and electric cables. therefore lighting is very important in security and comfort for road users for the smooth running of users in the economic movement of an area. The purpose of this study was to determine the innovation of the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Office in the Management and Development of Public Street Lighting (PJU) in Sidoarjo Regency. the research method used in this field survey is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. the location of this research is at the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Office. This research focuses on analyzing the innovation of the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Agency in the Maintenance and Development of Public Street Lighting (PJU) in Sidoarjo Regency. this research uses 2 (two) types of data, namely secondary data and primary data. the data collection technique used in writing this article is to conduct direct observation of the field location, namely interviews, documentation, and observation. as well as informant determination techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The theory used is the theory of innovation in the public sector from Everett M. Rogers (2003), which produces several indicators, namely the Relative Advantages indicator and the Compatibility indicator. The research results on the Relative Advantages indicator explained that structurally, the organizational logic built by the Ministry of Home Affairs is that the PJU management policy in the Region is managed by the Local Government Transportation Office. In the Compatibility indicator, it is explained that the PJU management by Sidoarjo Regency Government is a portrait of the misconnection between policy innovation and organizational policy.
