Abstract

140/90 mmhg. Berdasarkan data pelayanan hipertensi di Puskesmas Ciracas Tahun 2023 sebanyak 25.064 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan, Aktivitas Fisik, Dan Jenis Makanan Yang Dikonsumsi Terhadap Kejadian Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Ciracas Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatakan studi cross sectional dilakukan di Puskesmas Ciracas. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 25.064 dengan jumlah sampel 100 pasien. Hasil univariat berdasarkan derajat hipertensi sebagian besarnya terkena hipertensi derajat 1 (64%) dan derajat 2 (36%). Pasien tingkat pengetahuan kurang baik (69%) dan tingkat pengetahuan baik (31%). Pasien dengan aktivitas fisik rendah (72%) dan yang aktivitas fisik tinggi (28%). Pasien paling banyak mengkonsumsi jenis makanan tinggi garam (86%) dan yang mengkonsumsi jenis makanan rendah garam (14%). Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan p value (0,011), aktivitas fisik p value (0,034) dan jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi p value (0,034) dengan kejadian hipertensi. Kesimpulan didapatkan semua variabel berhubungan seperti tingkat pengetahuan, aktivitas fisik, dan jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi. Sarannya pengetahuan pasien lebih ditingkatkan lagi dengan melakukan sosialisasi edukasi tentang hiopertensi tidak hanya untuk kelompok prolanis tapi juga pada pelayanan umum lainnya agar mencegah bertambahnya kasus hipertensi. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Tingkat Pengetahuan, Aktivitas Fisik dan Jenis Makanan.

Abstract

        This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing, brand image, service quality, and consumer trust on purchasing decisions of Tokopedia e-commerce users in Purwokerto. The research used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Purwokerto residents who are Tokopedia users. The sampling method used was Purposive sampling, namely respondents based on criteria, in this case the selected respondents were Tokopedia users who live in Purwokerto, and have made transactions on Tokopedia at least once. A sample of 110 respondents was determined using the Lemeshow formula, data were collected through a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on purchasing decisions. The study shows that all independent variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This study confirms that an effective content marketing strategy, strengthening brand image, improving service quality, and building consumer trust are very important in increasing purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform.
