Abstract

Parents often commit acts of violence against children, although the goal is to educate but most parents take the wrong steps, as a result many children experience trauma and child development worsens due to the violence given when they were little. Many habits are often dangerous for children but parents are often not aware of it, so many children get bad impacts from these habits. Parents should be more careful in taking a stance towards their students, and this is very important because it greatly affects the child's future development. Although most parents are not aware that what is given to children has a great influence on children both mentally and physically.

Abstract

Freedom of association, assembly, and expression is one of the important rights that both national and international legal instruments have guaranteed. This freedom has certain limitations so that it does not conflict with the rights of others and does not interfere with national security. In terms of securing this act of freedom, law enforcement officers are obliged to respect standard human rights principles that should not be violated, including the use of violence against demonstrators. However, in practice, there are still many cases of repressive actions by law enforcement officers against demonstrators which have become the focus of many parties. The rights of victims of human rights violations by law enforcement officers are often forgotten and unresolved. The violence committed by the authorities against the demonstrators in the Revised TNI Law seems to have made democracy disappear, so what is the purpose of the rule of law in Indonesia? The actions taken by law enforcement officers in this case the Police and TNI (Indonesian National Army) are a serious violation of Human Rights. Citizens who are expressing their voting rights should be protected, not the other way around.

Abstract

: Penelitian ini membahas fenomena eksploitasi anak di ladang tembakau, khususnya di Lombok (NTB) dan Jember (Jawa Timur), dengan pendekatan hukum dan kriminologi. Anak-anak dilibatkan dalam pekerjaan berbahaya seperti memanen tembakau, membawa beban berat, dan terpapar nikotin serta pestisida, dengan jam kerja yang panjang dan tanpa perlindungan hukum yang memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk eksploitasi anak, menganalisis efektivitas perlindungan hukum, dan memahami akar masalah melalui teori-teori kriminologi seperti teori konflik, teori ekologi sosial dan teori strain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif-empiris, dengan data diperoleh dari studi literatur, laporan lembaga HAM, dan dokumen hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Indonesia memiliki perangkat hukum nasional dan telah meratifikasi konvensi internasional, implementasi perlindungan anak masih sangat lemah. Eksploitasi anak dalam industri tembakau merupakan bentuk kejahatan struktural akibat ketimpangan ekonomi, minimnya pengawasan negara, dan lemahnya tanggung jawab sosial korporasi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penguatan pengawasan, reformasi kebijakan rantai pasok industri, serta sinergi antar instansi dan edukasi masyarakat untuk mencegah eksploitasi anak.
